The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Gratifications Obtained (GO) on behavioral intention targeting Over-the-Top (OTT). The study chooses quality of content, variety of content, leisure activity, entertainment, the convenience of watching, and reasonable rate ratio as factors of GO. The number of subjects for the research is 330 people aged from their twenties to thirties in Daegu and Gyeongbok province. This study employs multi-regression analysis to analyze the impacts of GO on behavioral intention. The analysis shows that quality of content and variety of content influence behavioral intention at a significance level of 0.01, and entertainment and the convenience of watching influence at a significance level of 0.05.

This study aims to redefine Vlog, ASMR, and Muk-bang contents as 'Need Fulfillment Video Contents,' which are emerging as major genres among the video contents. And this study explores the relationships between consumers' motives, viewing satisfaction, and consumers' characteristics such as demographic characteristics, big five personality traits, and individualism-collectivism tendencies in terms of uses and gratifications theory. Statistical analysis techniques such as factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze 441 samples. As a result, age, income level, and collectivism were found to influence consumers' choice of Need Fulfillment Video Content genre. It was also found that the motivation of using Need Fulfillment Video Contents consisted of five factors: self-assessment and improvement, sensory stimulation and relaxation, entertainment, escapism and passing time, and following trends. Also, each usage motive influenced the viewing satisfaction in various ways. Based on the results of the analyses, the study concludes with discussion of the academic significance and practical implications for Need Fulfillment Video Contents industry development.

This study examines the use of medical care by the poor through analysing KNHANES III databases, and the focus of the study is on under-satisfaction of medical needs and the impact of the medicare system. The results of analysis are summerized as follows; the poor had generally suffered from poor health condition, and did not have economic resoure to satisfy the medical needs. But, the beneficiaries of the medicare used much more medical care than non-poor. The result of logistic regression suggest that the medicare affected significantly on increase of uses. Consquently, the medicare system effectively made up the lack of economic resoure of the poor. However, the Medicare did not sufficient to satisfy all the medical needs of the poor. Over 20% of the poor had experinced the abandonment of meical care uses, "the lack of econmic resource" was most important reason. The result of logistic regression suggest that all the poor such as Medicare I and Medicare II beneficiaries, and near-poor class had much more probabilities of giving up the use of medical care than non-poor. It is necessary to raise up the benefit level of the current medicare system such as the reduction of non-secured medical cost, the alleviation of user's burden etc.

This paper suggests an instruction code sufficiency algorithm preventing data collision when multiple transponders attempt to connect in the radio frequency identification system. Conventional time domain procedure generates unconditional collision. On the other hand, this algorithm prevents data collision by transmitting data when it meets instruction code. When multiple transponders are transmitting data coincidently, they exploit desired data with using difference of arrival time generated by recognition distance, respectively. As a result of simulation, utilizing the wireless recognition system, adopting the suggested algorithm, operating in 13.56MHz frequency band, it verify that there is Anti-collision and data loss by ensuring transmission time difference of one bit by adopting this algorithm.

Objective:Korea has 3,170 islands with about 188,000 inhabitants. These inhabitants' needs for health services might go unmet because of geographic isolation, slimmer availability of health services, and higher proportion of the elderly compared with the mainland population. Unmet health service needs might result in serious health problems for these island residents. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate their unmet health service needs and related factors from population of Nowha island. Methods: The survey was conducted from July 30 to August 1 by trained interviewers. Target population were residents in Nohwa island and the sampling method was incomplete quota sampling. General characteristics, socioeconomic status, utilization of health service, and unmet medical service needs were investigated. First univariate and then multivariate logistic analyses were done for the statistical analysis. Results: 324 residents were surveyed and the proportion of unmet health services needs was 26.5%. People living alone and of female sex had increased health services needs based on univariable analysis. From the multivariate analysis, those living alone increased the health services needs. Self-determined low socioeconomic status and medical aid increased the proportion of unmet medical needs, but these were not statistically significant. Conclusion:In Nowha island, those who are elder, and of lower socioeconomic status had much higher unmet medical needs. The results suggest the need for more social support by qualified health services to solve this unmet medical needs problem.

본 연구는 인터넷 이용수준이 전통적 미디어의 이용수준에 미치는 영향과 수용지들의 미디어 소비 패턴에 대해 살펴보았다. 미디어 대체이론, 이용과 충족이론, 미디어 레퍼토리 연구를 바탕으로 인터넷 이용이 전통적 미디어의 이용에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 개인들의 정보와 오락 미디어 레퍼토리, 인터넷 레퍼토리에 영향을 미치는 사회적, 심리/태도적 변인과 인구통계학적 특징 등도 검토하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 있는 18세 이상 성인들을 대상으로 성별, 나이별, 지역별 층화표집방법을 이용해 표본을 추출하고 500개의 유효 서베이 설문지를 수집하였다. 데이터의 분석결과, 인터넷 이용정도가 다른 매체에 미치는 영향은 각 미디어별로 세 가지 다른 양상을-상호보완적 영향, 대체 치환의 영향, 그리고 영향을 받지 않음-보였으나 대체로 인터넷은 다른 미디어의 대체 미디어라기보다는 보완적인 매체로 현재 이용되고 있음이 나타났다. 또, 전반적인 미디어 이용시간 측면에서는 인터넷을 많이 이용하는 응답자일수록 오락과 정보 미디어 레퍼토리 크기가 더 컸던 것으로 나타나, 현재까지는 인터넷이 다른 미디어와 상호 보완하는 양상, 피들러(Fidler)의 미디어 변형이론 가운데 공존 공진화 현상을 보여주었다. 응답자들은 평균 2.01개와 2.25개의 오락과 정보 미디어 레퍼토리를 가졌으며 텔레비전, 신문, 인터넷을 두 미디어 레퍼토리의 3대 주요 미디어로 꼽았다. 또한 인터넷 레퍼토리와 사회적, 태도적 변인들간의 상관관계는 최근의 이용 충족이론과 미디어 레퍼토리 연구에서 나타났던 결과들과 일치해 사회적, 심리 태도적 요인들이(친밀도, 접근성, 유용성, 여가시간) 미디어 레퍼토리의 크기에도 영향을 미친다는 사실이 검증되었다.

중국 대학생의 미니블로그 이용 시, 이용동기에 있어서 두 매체 모두 '정보공유', '자아존재감', '대인커뮤니케이션', '엔터테인먼트' 요인이 나타났으며, 모바일에서는 '유명인 접근성'요인이 추가적으로 나타났다. 충족요인에 있어서 두 매체 모두 '콘텐츠', '사회적 교류', '관계형성' 요인이 나타났으며, 두 매체의 차이로 PC의 '기능성', '편리성' 요인에 반해, 모바일에서는 '정보공유', '엔터테인먼트'요인이 나타났다.

인간의 욕구는 무한하다고 한다. 이 무한한 욕구를 충족시켜 주기 위하여 많은 연구가 행하여져 왔으며, 오늘날과 같은 과학의 발달을 가져오게 되었다. 그 중에서도 눈에 보이지 않는 조그마한 물체를 보고 싶어하는 욕망을 충족시키기 위한 연구를 거듭한 결과 렌즈를 통한 빛의 굴절 작용을 이용하여 미세한 물체를 확대하여 보는 광학현미경(Light Microscope 또는 Optical Microscope)이 개발되었다. 그러나 과학의 발달로 인한 여러가지 현상의 다양활를 관찰하기에는 광학현미경의 기능만으로는 한계점에 도달하게 되었다. 이 기능을 향상시키기 위하여 광원을 빛 대신 파장이 매우 짧은 전자선을 이용한 전자현미경이 개발되었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of unmet medical need using data from the Korea Health Panel study from 2009 to 2013 (excluding 2010), and to analyze the trends of unmet medical need and related factors. The subjects of this study were 11,598 in 2009, 11,035 in 2011, 10,584 in 2012, 10,099 in 2013, and 7,144 people in panel data, and conducted frequency analysis, chi-square test and generalized estimating equation. As a result of the analysis by year, it was found that women, under middle school graduation, medical aid, the lowest household income and low subjective health status experienced more unmet medical need. As a result of analysis using generalized estimating equation, women, under 40 years of age, under elementary school graduation, lowest quartile household income, subjective health status of less than 20 points, and activity restrictions are more likely to experience unmet medical need. Based on these results, we intend to provide basic data for establishing policies on the use of medical services.

(1) 무기유황의 총요구량이 메치오닌에 의하여 충족될 수 있는지는 불확실하나 무기유형은 닭이 이용할 수 있다. 만약에 무기유황이 메치오닌에 의하여 충족된다면 이는 비효과적이며 실제적으로 비경제적이라 하겠다. (2) 무기유황은 성장촉진효과 이외에 환우상태를 더욱 개선할 수 있으며 부로일러종계에서 문제되는 각약 방지에 효과적이다. (3) 무기유황은 옥수수 대두박위주사료에 첨가함으로써 함유황아미노산의 많은 량을 대체할 수 있다.
