초고속인터넷의 고객유지와 충성도 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 초고속인터넷 접속서비스에서 $\ulcorner$서비스 품질$\longrightarrow$고객만족$\longrightarrow$재구매의도(고객충성도)$\lrcorner$의 일반적인 인과관계가 적용되는지를 규명하고, 고객만족, 재구매의도와 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질속성을 살펴보면서, 궁극적으로 품질속성 중 고객유지와 충성도를 향상시키는 핵심 품질요소를 도출하기 위한 모형을 이론적으로 제시하고, 그 모형의 유효성을 설문조사와 이에 대한 실증분석을 통해 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 모형을 검증하기 위하여 세 단계의 분석과정을 수행하였다. 첫째, 전반적 서비스 품질과 고객만족, 재구매의도(또는 고객충성도), 그러고 고객만족과 재구매의도 및 고객충성도의 상호관계를 검증하였다. 둘째, 고객만족, 재구매의도 및 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 선행변수인 품질속성(서비스 성능, 서비스 지원, 부가서비스, 이용요금, 과금, 절차 편리성)들의 영향력을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 공통적 개념으로 분류된 품질속성이 개별적인 품질요소의 미세한 차이를 제대로 반영하지 못하는 단점을 극복하고, 고객유지와 충성도 향상을 위한 핵심 품질요소를 도출하기 위하여 품질속성을 대표하는 품질요소들과 재구매의도와 고객충성도의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 초고속인터넷 접속서비스 이용자를 대상으로 웹설문조사를 실시하여 총 551 개의 표본을 분석에 사용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 품질은 재구매의도와 고객충성도에 비해 고객만족에 높은 설명력을 갖고 있으며, 재구매의도에 대한 서비스 품질과 고객만족의 설명력은 미미한 것으로 나타나, 고객만족이 더 높은 설명력을 갖는다는 기존의 연구와 차이를 보여 향후 추가적인 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다. 둘째, 여섯 가지의 품질속성들 중 서비스 이용과정에서 1, 2 회의 적은 경험을 하게 되는 서비스 이용절차의 편리성을 제외하곤 나머지 속성 모두 고객만족, 재구매의도 및 고객충성도의 선행변수로써 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 절차 편리성은 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 충성도는 고객이 서비스를 총체적인 관점에서 평가하고 나타나는 행동이라는 시사점을 얻었다. 셋째, 재구매의도와 고객충성도를 결정하는 품질요소로서는 서비스 안정성, 불만사항 처리결과, 회사의 이미지, 다양한 부가서비스가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 초고속인터넷 접속서비스의 품질 및 결과변수들에 대한 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 경쟁이 치열해지는 시장 환경에서 미래의 재무적 성과와 수익성을 보장하는 충성스런 고객을 확보하기 위하여 필수적으로 관리되어야 할 핵심 품질요소의 제시와 이에 따른 제언을 하였기 때문에 사업자들이 품질 및 마케팅 전략을 수립함에 있어서 이론적, 실무적 근거를 제공하여 준다.

A Study on the Behaviors and Customer Satisfactions of University Library Users of the Electronic Journals (대학도서관 전자저널이용자의 이용행태와 만족도에 관한 연구 - K대학교 도서관이용자를 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzed the user behaviors of the electronic journal users and the influences of service quality of electronic journals on the customer satisfactions, customer loyalty, and frequency of visit to the library building. Approximately 60 percent of users prefer e-journal to printed formats. Service quality of electronic journal was measured by four dimensions: reliability of service, convenience of service, public relations, and user instructions.100 faculty members and 267 graduate school students were surveyed using questionnaires. It was concluded that each dimensions of service quality positively influenced on the customer satisfactions, and customer satisfaction positively influenced on loyalty, and negatively on frequency of visit to the library building.

  • The influence of SNS platform in the mobile environment has grown greatly. Among the various social networking services(SNS), this study analyzed the question of 311 women to investigate whether any difference exists between reliability of contents information, informativeness and playfulness as well as how attributes of contents information influence user attitude depending on the difference in type of providing information provided by "Innisfree" Cosmetics, the company account of Instagram. According to analysis, first, no difference exists between reliability of contents information, informativeness and playfulness depending on the type of providing information. Second, reliability and the playfulness of contents information influence purchase intention. Third, contents information "informativeness" and "playfulness" influence loyalty. Fourth, the "informativeness" and "playfulness" of contents information influence User Satisfaction. Considering such result, it is confirmed that the type of providing information provided by company does not influence account attributes and the "playfulness" of contents information is significant factor which influences all user attitude.

An Analysis of Complaining Behavior of Public Library Users (공공도서관 이용자의 불평행동에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to investigate extensively the complaint responses of the public library users, as an example of the complaining behaviors of the clients in not-for-profit organization. It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining behaviors including attitude toward complaining, cost of the complaining, likelihood of success, of success, product, external attributions and loyalty, and complaint responses including exit, voice(redress seeking), negative word-of-mouth and third party complaints, of the public library users, based on the theoretical backgrounds. It also examines the free use as a new variable of antecedents for not-for-profit organizations. Final data through questionaries are obtained from 515 unsatisfied adult public library users in Taegu, 456 of them analysed with SPSS 10.0 for Windows.

  • Currently, online searching sites offer a variety of services such as just sorting by price, manufacturer, sorting by release date for sale as well as the product reviews to help and enjoy online shopping provided consumers with more shopping information. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of online product reviews attributes (informativeness and usefulness) and familiarity on consumers' loyalty in online product searching site via trust and satisfaction. To identify these relationships, the secondary data or past studies were collected and theoretically arranged. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain the relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 8 Hypotheses were established, there was executed the survey of 175 customers. As the result of test that make the relations of used variables clear, i can get the conclusion; site familiarity and informativeness, Usefulness of online reviews have the positive effect empirically on trust building and loyalty. From the empirical test, i suggest the strategic advices in online product searching site. To increase the consumers' loyalty, it would be developed that a variety of methods and ways to raise the site familiarity and informativeness, usefulness in online product reviews. It is necessary for sticking the consumers to raise the positive trust building and satisfaction. The results of this study would help companies operating the online product searching site.

A Study on Differences in Flow and Loyalty according to the type of Online Game players (게임 플레이어 유형에 따른 몰입 및 충성도 연구)

  • In this study, the differences in flow and loyalty according to the type of online game players were analyzed. Game players spending more than two hours per week were found to have statistically significant higher degree of flow than players spending less than two hours a week. Players who play games for more than three hours a week were found to have higher degree of loyalty than players spending less than those who played for an hour a week. Players who played games for more than six months showed statistically significant higher degree of flow than players who played less than six months. Players who played games six to nine months showed higher degree of loyalty than players who played under three months. High-level/status game players showed higher degree of flow and loyalty than low-level/status game players.

  • The China smartphone market saw continuous growth since 2010, with total smartphone users up to 5,190 million by the end of 2014. For marketers, it seems some careful consideration will be required when it comes to deciding on how to capture loyal customers to bring profit for a company. Thus, this study aims to develop a model to investigate the factors influencing customer loyalty through brand attitude in China's smartphone market. Twelve research hypotheses derived from this model are validated using a field survey of Sumsung smartphone users in China. The results indicate that customer loyalty is jointly influenced by brand loyalty and perceived product quality. At the same time, critical mass and perceived product quality has a significant influence on brand image.

  • The study examined how the fun elements of online games and gamers' self-construals affected their flow experience and loyalty to games, focusing on the comparison between the social gamers and the asocial gamers. Results showed that, first, there were significant differences between the two groups in the respective fun elements of achievement, challenge, and closeness; second, differences of gamers' self-construals were found in game environment rather than lifeworld environment; third, the flow experience and game loyalty of social gamers were higher than those of asocial gamers; finally, there were significant differences between the two groups in the effects of the fun elements and gamers' self-construals on their flow experience and game loyalty.

  • In recent years, the interest and importance of the sharing economy is increasing, and car sharing services are being activated. This study examined the effect of shopping value perceived by consumers on brand loyalty and intention to use the car sharing service. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of these relationships on utilitarian and hedonic shopping values. To verify this, data were collected from 364 car sharing users and analyzed using structural equation modeling. As a result, both utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value had a positive effect on brand loyalty. Brand loyalty had a positive effect on intention to use. Therefore, this study can confirm that the use situation of car sharing service is a theoretical and practical point in suggesting shopping value considering consumption attribute. This implies that a consumer-oriented approach to the sharing economy is needed.

It selects and analyzes empirically some of the antecedents of the complaining behaviors including perceived severity of dissatisfaction, perception of free un, attitude toward complaining, cost of the complaining, likelihood of success, product/service importance, external attributions and loyalty : and complaint responses including exit, voice(redress seeking), negative word-of-mouth and third party complaints, of the academic library users, based on the theoretical backgrounds. Final data through questionaries are obtained from 582 unsatisfied academic library users in 5 universities in those areas, 542 of them analysed with SPSS 11.0 for Windows.
