This study is to observe the correlation between user properties and user behavior on the mobile game, one of the most prominent digital contents with the most mutual interaction. Among various factors affecting on behaviors of game users, the user properties itself was accentuated, and the effect of individual and psychological quality on the use of game was evaluated. The user properties were mainly categorized into five factors of "interpersonal relationship", "level of game skill", "inclination of innovation", "self-esteem", and "competitive spirit", and the use behavior of game was categorized mainly into two types - quantitative behavior of "amount of use (time of use, consumption cost)" and qualitative behavior of "perceived satisfaction level (perceived enjoyment, perceived service quality, and perceived price)". As a result of study, in general, as the user quality subjected in this study is stronger, the amount of use and satisfaction level are higher. This study is to observe what type of user qualities leads to the more use, consumption, and satisfaction level of game contents to contribute to the study about the use of conventional digital contents and heavy use.

대학도서관의 정보기술 환경과 이용자의 정보기술 이용능력이 도서관 이용행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 독립변인으로 선정된 도서관 집단간의 비교와 이용자 집단간의 비교를 통한 비교실험을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대학도서관의 정보기술 환경에 따른 도서관 정보기술 이용행태는 대체적으로 차이가 없으며 개인의 정보기술 이용능력에 따른 도서관 정보기술 이용행태는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

중국에서는 관광, 휴식, 체험교육의 목적으로 농촌지역의 놀이농원이 증가하고 있다. 특히 농촌지역 수변공간의 놀이공원에 대한 이용의 증가는 수변공간에 대한 경관 및 단지 설계가 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 산동성 등주시의 수변놀이농원의 이용자 1194명을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰 등의 연구방법을 통하여 이용 행태와 요구를 분석하였다. 이용자들은 연령대에 따라 다른 이용행태 및 요구를 보이고 있다. 먼저 이용행태에서 20대 이하는 흥미와 동적인 놀이의 이용행태를 선호하며, 연령대가 증가함에 따라 덜 동적인 이용행태를 선호하였다. 또한 모든 이용자들은 새롭고, 흥미롭고, 편안한 이용시설에 대한 요구가 높았다. 경관요소에 대한 평가에서 20대와 41살 이상의 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 20~40살 집단간에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 20대의 이용자들은 시설이용에서 안전성과 레크리에이션기능에 대한 요구가 높았고, 41살 이상의 이용자들은 휴식시설과 공간의 확대를 요구하였다. 또한 이용자들의 대부분이 휴식시설에 대한 요구에서 그늘, 편안함, 양적인 차원에서 시설확대 및 보완의 요구가 높았다. 따라서 농촌관광에서 여가공간의 이용하는데 있어서 방문객의 태도와 만족도에 관한 연구들은 인본주의에 바탕을 둔 편의시설의 확대와 질적 개선이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 최근에 증가하고 있는 중국인의 한국관광 및 방문에 대비하여 중국인의 관광시설선호와 이용만족 증가를 위한 실증적인 자료수집과 대안모색이 필요하다.

With the understandings on users' needs and behaviors of university institutional repositories, the purpose of this study is to investigate the user behaviors and to provide some suggestions to improve the university institutional repository. To achieve the purpose of this study, a questionnaires survey was conducted with users in three university institutional repositories including KOSAS, S-Space and DSpace@INHA. Based on the results of the survey analyses, possible improvement areas and suggestions were made such as users' recognition, access point, searching environment, and utilization of university institutional repository.

최근 사회 전반적으로 급격히 진행되고 있는 디지털 컨버전스 트렌드의 한 모습으로등장한 RFID/USN의 급속한 이용과 관련한 이용자들의 이용행태와 서비스 활성화를위한 방향을 분석 전망한다. 이를 분석함에 있어 필수적으로 요구되는 RFID/USN의 개념, 서비스 특징 및 국내외 산업동향을 분석하고 관련 응용서비스의 이용과 관련하여 예비 이용자들이 어떤 행태를 보일 것인지 분석하고 전략적 시사점을 도출한다. 이를 위하여 이용자들의 이용행태 분석과 관련하여 예비 이용자에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사내용은 RFID/USN 응용서비스 활용수준, 분야별 이용 현황, 만족도, 이용의 문제점, 이용의향 및 수용도, 관련 비용 지불 정도 및 수용가격, 이용시기 및 용도, 지원 육성 분야 등이다. 또한 응용서비스 활용정도가 상대적으로 높은 집단에 대하여 표적 분석을 통하여 잠재시장에 대하여 추정 분석하고, 향후 응용서비스 활성화를 위한 시사점과 사업화 방향 및 정책 추진방향을 도출한다.

This research looked into both meaning and value of library catalog through the information behavior of user and suggested a plan to improve the quality and search functions, which are reflected the users' information needs and search behavior. U-CAT, a experimentally developed with reinforcing the contents and search functions of current library catalogs, was tested with the degree of satisfaction by the sample user group. The test results showed that the user's satisfaction on U-CAT was very high. The result verified that a little change with current library catalogs (to upgrade its quality) could result in a higher satisfaction of user group.

This study analyzed the characteristics of library service users' information seeking behavior based on the grounded theory methodology. After interviewing twelve undergraduate students, the researcher coded the data based on the grounded theory methodology. As a result of the entire coding processes, this study constructed the library service users' information seeking behavior model. According to the model, the following ten factors are important when explaining library service users' information seeking behavior: the information users' environment, other people, users' experiences, recognition of information sources, information provided, memory, a need-creating environment, information gathering, information use, and satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.

The appearance and evolution of cloud service is potentially one of the major advances in information and communication technology. However, it is necessary to identify and understand the various issues of cloud service, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of it. While a lot of studies such as cloud business model, profit model and technology itself are currently taking place in cloud service considering provider's aspects, there are a few researches dealing with cloud service user's aspects. This paper presents the user behavior analysis focused on SaaS users and discusses the development strategy of SaaS service based on the results of user behavior analysis. In order to analyze the user behavior, we surveyed SaaS users divided into two groups such as present and future user groups. Eventually, we proposed the SaaS prospects, development strategy and policy issues based on user behavior analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze library space use patterns through users' smartphone WiFi. This study is applied a method to detect WiFi signal of users' smartphone to analyze the in-library wayfinding of users. The library usage data were collected for four months in a library in Seoul, Korea. The results show that the average 37.9% of library users revisits the library the next month. Half of users stay under 7 minutes in the library. Users mainly visit the library between 2 and 3 o'clock, and few users visit the library after 5 pm on weekends. The floor moving pattern result shows that the co-visit rate between the third and fourth floor is higher than others, in that these two floors are mainly composed of book shelves. These results indicate that the method to detect the WiFi signal for spatial pattern analysis could be more effective than observation which was used in previous research. It, therefore, is expected that this method would be applied in other libraries to analyze and enhance the library space usage.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스에 대한 기존의 논의는 주로 사업자의 입장에서 클라우드 비즈니스 모델의 발굴, 수익 모델의 발굴, 클라우드 기술 발전에 따른 전망 등에 초점을 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 정작 클라우드 서비스 이용자는 상대적으로 낮은 관심을 받아온 것이 사실이다. 이는 새로운 기술에 비즈니스 모델이 등장하면 반복되던 현상이 클라우드 서비스 분야에서도 반복되고 있는 것으로도 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스중 SaaS 서비스의 이용자 측면에서 서비스 이용행태를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 향후 SaaS 서비스의 전망에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 SaaS 서비스 이용자를 현재 서비스를 이용하고 있는 이용자군과 현재에는 SaaS 서비스를 이용하지는 않지만 향후에는 서비스를 이용할 의도를 가지고 있는 잠재이용자군로 구분하여 설문조사를 수행한 설문결과를 토대로 이용자의 이용행태를 분석하고 향후 SaaS 서비스 전망을 기술하기로 한다.
