The purpose of this study is to suggest how to improve the public library service for the disabled, by analyzing stakeholders' needs for it. To this end, it analyzed stakeholders' needs, by conducting an analysis on the current condition of the public library service for the disabled, and IPA on and FGI with the disabled, beneficiaries of the service and service provides, employees in charge of it. The findings show that the current condition of the public library service for the disabled is very poor in terms of disabled users, budget for the service for the disabled and special data for the disabled. For the analysis on the needs for the service for the disabled, the results of IPA suggest that it is necessary to improve relevant policies and manage integrated programs reflecting users' needs, and those of FGI indicate that perceptions on disability need to be improved among the disabled, the non-disabled and employees, and that the usage guidance and publicity are required for disabled users to generally use the public library service.

Today, the archives strive to move towards more open and hospitable spaces for its users and to provide differentiated services based on detailed user needs and behavior for their own survival and development. Building services for children is especially vital in changing public awareness and expanding the customer base. Therefore this study aims to present fundamental data required for improving exhibit services by understanding children users' perceptions and needs. For such purposes, this study examines the cases of both domestic and overseas exhibit services of presidential archives. Also, the study included the surveys of children and parents who have accompanied children visiting the presidential archive and experiencing the exhibit services. This study is meaningful in that it conducted the evaluation of archival exhibit services in the perspective of the children users. In addition, the analysis of children's satisfactions and needs can contribute to the spread of archival culture and the revitalization of children users' visitations.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스에 대한 기존의 논의는 주로 사업자의 입장에서 클라우드 비즈니스 모델의 발굴, 수익 모델의 발굴, 클라우드 기술 발전에 따른 전망 등에 초점을 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 정작 클라우드 서비스 이용자는 상대적으로 낮은 관심을 받아온 것이 사실이다. 이는 새로운 기술에 비즈니스 모델이 등장하면 반복되던 현상이 클라우드 서비스 분야에서도 반복되고 있는 것으로도 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스중 SaaS 서비스의 이용자 측면에서 서비스 이용행태를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 향후 SaaS 서비스의 전망에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 SaaS 서비스 이용자를 현재 서비스를 이용하고 있는 이용자군과 현재에는 SaaS 서비스를 이용하지는 않지만 향후에는 서비스를 이용할 의도를 가지고 있는 잠재이용자군로 구분하여 설문조사를 수행한 설문결과를 토대로 이용자의 이용행태를 분석하고 향후 SaaS 서비스 전망을 기술하기로 한다.

The purpose of this study is to derive system design factors and to analyze user needs of university library for design of user-centered information retrieval system. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the concept of 'users-centered' in digital environment where the supporting role of intermediaries is growing bigger than before in the interaction with remote information retrieval system can be defined as the new concept of 'expansion of knowledge'. Second, 6 kinds of system design factors derived for user-centered information retrieval system design of the university libraries. Third, The user needs that examined and analyzed through the questionnaires made by user-centered approach according to the design factors should be considered for system design.

본 연구에서는 국내 무용인들의 정보요구를 수렴한 학술정보 시스템의 구축 방안을 제시하기 위해, 현재 운영되고 있는 국내 web 무용정보의 정보량과 품질을 분석하였고, 설문조사를 통해 무용정보 시스템의 실질적인 이용자인 국내 무용인의 정보이용 현황 및 정보요구를 분석하였다. 1999년 8월 현재 국내 무용 web site는 68개이고, 이중 98.6% 가 구축하고 있는 web 문서의 수는 40 페이지 미만이었다. 시스템과 이용자 인터페이스 측면과 정보제공 측면으로 품질을 평가한 결과 대부분이 개략적이고 형식적으로 구축되어 이들로부터 유용한 정보를 입수하는 것은 기대할 수 없는 상황이었다. 국내 무용인을 대상으로 설문조사를 한 결과 대부분의 무용인들은 web에서 무용정보를 이용하는 것을 중요하다고 느끼고 있으나, 국내 web 무용정보가 부실하기 때문에 이용률이 저조했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 무용인들에게 보다 실질적이고 효과적인 무용정보 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초 연구로 기존 국내 Web 무용정보를 분석하여 문제점과 개선점을 제시하였고, 실질적인 국내 무용인의 구체적인 정보요구를 파악하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand user perception and need of bibliotherapy services in public libraries. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire that asked 648 public library users in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do to give their opinions on bibliotherapy services in public libraries, along with the particular areas of the service with which they thought needed the most improvement. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed in order to suggest ways to revitalize bibliotherapy services provided in public libraries.

The study strives to shed a light on the users' perception and demand on public libraries in Busan area through a survey asking the facility, materials and service conditions in public libraries. Data are drawn from a survey with three hundred respondents. The survey was implemented to figure out current status and needs regarding library facility, materials, and cultural programs. Supporting data are collected via interview as well. Since this paper discusses such an issue as current situation in public libraries, this study could provide the policy makers with basic information in developing and improving public library programs in Busan area.

국민경제가 성장하고 여가시간이 늘어남에 따라 도심지내 수변공간은 도시의 시민들이 일상적으로 이용하는 공간으로 개발이 증가되고 있다. 또한 봉하 내성천의 은어축제등과 같이 지역의 축제 등이 진행되는 공간으로 이용되고 있다. 이러한 친수적 목적의 수변공간의 이용은 갈수록 증가되고 있으며 이용하는 시민들의 요구도 다양화되고 있다, 현재의 수변공간은 대부분 운동, 산책 등을 할 수 있는 공간으로 활용되고 있으나, 다양한 요구에 맞추어 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 활용되고 있는 수변공간을 이용하는 이용자들을 대상으로 이용자들의 현황, 만족도, 요구사항 등을 설문조사하였다. 유형별로는 도심지내 하천공간인 대구의 신천과 서울의 청계천 그리고 주변의 상권과 연계되어 활용되는 대구의 수성못, 축제공간으로 활용되는 봉화의 내성천에 대해 설문조사한 것을 분석하였다. 설문조사내용으로는 이동거리, 이용시간, 연령대, 선호시설, 요구사항 등에 대해 조사하였다. 이러한 수변공간 이용자들을 대상으로 조사한 내용은 향후 시민들의 이용을 증대시킬수 있는 방향으로의 수변공간 조성에 지표로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study lies in analyzing the limitations and weakness of the existing PDL and proposing the principles for the development of a user-oriented PDL. The user group of PDL that we want to develop is university students. To this end, we investigate the information seeking behavior of the sampled user group, especially, their information needs, information use patterns, and information management patterns. Based on the results, we conceptually propose the systems specifications which the university students wish to be included in the PDL.

이용자(利用者) 중심(中心)의 대화방식(對話方式) 시스팀을 개발(開發)하고 시험(試驗)하였다. 2년(年)동안 280개의 프로파일로 CA - Condensates 데이터 베이스내에서 정보(情報)를 검색(檢索)해 보았다. 그 시스팀의 작업능률(作業能率)을 사용(使用)한 데이터 베이스와 하드웨어의 구조(構造), 소프트웨어 패키지, 이용자(利用者)의 수(數), 그리고 정보(情報)센터에서 제공(提供)한 보조(補助)에 따라 평가(評價)하였다. 대화식(對話式) 검색방법(檢索方法)이나 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 양화(量化)하는 것, 그리고 여러가지 분야별(分野別)로 검색(檢索)하는 방법(方法) 등 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 보다 충실(充實)하게 만족(滿足)시킬 수 있는 여러가지 방법(方法)들을 논의(論議)하였다. 모든 정보(情報)시스팀의 목적(目的)은 적시(適時)에 올바른 정(情)보를 적자(適者)에게 제공(提供)하는 것이라고 잘 알려져 있다. 다시 말해서, 정보(情報)시스팀의 주요목적(主要目的)은 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 충족(充足)시켜 주는 것이다. 이러한 관념(觀念)의 변화(變化)는 정보처리(情報處理)에 큰 변화(變化)를 가져와 정보(情報)시스팀의 적응성(適應性)을 증가(增加)시키기 위해 여러 가지 새로운 방법(方法)들이 개발(開發)되었다. 정보(情報)시스팀들 사이의 상호작용(相互作用), 사람과 컴퓨터와의 대화(對話), 그리고 컴퓨터의 조력(助力)으로 이용자(利用者)의 프로파일을 작성(作成)하는 것 등은 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 존중(尊重)하고, 필요(必要)한 정보(情報)를 쉽게 찾기 위해서 고안(考案)된 것이다. 한편, 우리들은 이용자(利用者)의 특성(特性)이나 배경(背景), 그리고 문헌(文獻)에 대한 그의 습성(習性) 등에 대해서 얼마나 모르고 있는가를 깨닫게 된다. 상기(上記)의 내용(內容)을 요약(要略)하면, 근대정보(近代情報) 시스팀은 다음의 필요조건(必要條件)을 만족(滿足)해야 한다. 1) 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)에 호응(呼應)하기 위해서 적합(適合)한 일련(一連)의 정보(情報)를 제공(提供)해야 한다. 2) 이용자(利用者)와의 관계(關系)에서 시스팀은 적극적(積極的)이어야 한다. 즉, 프로파일 검색공식(檢索公式)에서 유발(誘發)되는 잘못을 지시(指示)하고 지적(指適)할 수 있어 야 한다. 나아가서 컴퓨터의 조력(助力)으로 프로파일을 작성(作成)하고 쉽게 수정(修正)할 수 있는 바람직하다. 우리들은 상기(上記)한 필수조건(必須條件)에 일치(一致)하도록 노력(努力) 하고 Bratislava에 위치(位置)하고 있는 슬로박 과학원(科學院)의 무기화학연구소(無機化學硏究所)와 화학공업경제연구소(化學工業經濟硏究所)가 공동(共同)으로 개발(開發)한 시스팀이 상기(上記)의 특수성(特殊性) 최소(最少)한 몇가지 도입(導入)하였다. 시스팀은 CACS라는 작업명하(作業名下)에서 운영(運營)되었다. 대략 15개월동안 280여개의 프로파일로 CA- Condensates 데이터베이스에서 정보(情報)를 검색(檢索)하여 이용자(利用者)들에게 최신정보(最新情報) 주지사업(周知事業)을 해 보았다. 우리들은 시스팀의 작업능률(作業能率)을 평가(評價)하고 이용자(利用者)의 요구(要求)를 만족(滿足)시키는 최선(最善)의 방법(方法)을 모색(摸索)하였다. 우선 이용자(利用者)와 시스팀사이를 밀접(密接)하게 연결(連結)하는데 중점(重點)을 두었다. 작업능률(作業能率Z)을 분석(分折)해 보고 우리들은 효율(效率)에 영향(影響)을 주는 인자(因子)는 다음의 4가지 주요분류(主要分類)에 속한다는 결론(結論)을 얻었다. (1) 검색(檢索)하는 데이터 베이스 (2) 情報시스팀, 소프트웨어 패키지 그리고 하드웨어 구조(構造) (3) 이용자(利用者)의 특성(特性)과 그의 요구(要求) (4) 정보(情報)센터가 이용자(利用者)에게 제공(提供)하는 보조(補助)
