Development of Bicycle Level of Service Model from the User's Perspective Using Ordered Probit Model (순서형 프로빗 모형을 이용한 이용자 중심의 자전거 서비스 수준 모형 개발)

  • The South Korean government is looking for a solution to the ever-growing problems of traffic congestion, and surging international oil prices: the use of the humble bicycle to get to places. However, Many people feel inconvenient using bicycle because of the insufficient bicycle infrastructure and lack of the safety and connectivity between existing pathways. In this study, bicycle level of service model using ordered probit model is developed considering safety, convenience, connectivity, and factors that affect bicycle LOS. The ordered probit model would be recommended for the research which relates in choice, preference and strength etc. Bicycle level of service criteria is calculated by applying this model reflecting bicyclist's point of view. The model which develops from this research which accomplishes a bicycle level of service evaluation and represent alternative solution to encourage bicyclist. It is believed that the proposed model would be greatly utilized in bicycle network planning, bicycle road and facility alternatives testing, projects funding priority.

  • 교육의 국제화로 인해 국내 대학에 재학 중인 유학생의 수가 매년 증가하고 있다. 그러나 유학생들이 학습 자원을 얻기 위한 가장 큰 정보원인 대학도서관은 유학생들을 위한 다국어 지원 서비스를 충분히 제공하고 있지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학도서관에서 제공하는 서비스 중 다국어 지원이 가능한 서비스 요인들을 선정하고 해당 요인들이 유학생들의 대학도서관 이용 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구를 바탕으로 사서/직원의 서비스(응답능력, 태도), 도서관 시설 이용(시설 안내, 장비 사용), 자료 접근 및 이용(홈페이지, 서가 배치), 이용자 서비스(이용자교육, 기타서비스)를 요인을 도출하였고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 도서관 시설 이용이 대학도서관 이용 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었으며 사서/직원의 서비스와 이용자 서비스 또한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 현재 국내 많은 도서관과 여러 대여점 시설이 코로나로 인하여 운영에 제한이 있거나 중지되었다. 이에 기존 시설 이용자는 도서 대여에 불편함을 겪고 있으며, 민간 도서 대여점과 도서 대여업 산업 전반의 매출이 감소한 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 시설 사용자의 불편함과 민간 업체의 매출을 개선하기 위해 대여 서적 배달 서비스인 O2O(Offline to online) 플랫폼을 클라우드 서버에 구축하고자 한다. 플랫폼은 하이브리드 애플리케이션으로 구현하여 스마트 폰에 익숙한 신세대와 컴퓨터의 친숙한 기성세대 모두 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 구현하였으며, 이를 통해 대여점 이용자는 편리하고 안전하게 집에서 대여하고 대여점은 이용자 증가와 더불어 또 다른 홍보 수단으로 이용하여 대여점의 매출 개선을 기대할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 휠체어 이용자들에게 서울 여행 시 필요한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구현한다. 이 시스템은 휠체어 이용 시 용이한 대중교통인 지하철역의 편의시설 및 서울 여행지들에 존재하는 부가시설들의 위치에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 방대한 여행정보가 제공되는 상황에서도 상대적으로 이를 누리지 못하는 장애인들에게 본 논문은 여행 및 이동에 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다는 특징을 가지고 있다.

  • This research analyzes Seoul station, a typical transfer station complex, focusing on the evaluation of its barrier free design suitable for vulnerable persons such as senior citizens. The analysis was conducted to assess its compliance with the "barrier-free" design standard for those with physical or other disabilities. This paper proposes a list of items to evaluate for transfer station complexes with a barrier-free design. The results showed that the overall connections and internal and sanitation facilities of (Seoul station/the design?)were excellent. However, because of the lack of transfer and guidance facilities, vulnerable persons felt uncomfortable when searching for information about transferring from one means of transport to another. Furthermore, there was an extremely high risk of accidents when they transferred to the bus station. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange the transfer information facilities, in order to improve their readability and visibility. Once this is done, vulnerable people will be able to use this station more safely and conveniently.

  • This study is about the research of recognition for deinstitutionalization and independent living of the disabled living in residential facilities for the people of family. The survey was conducted in October to September 2018 and 810 cases were used in the final analysis. In this study, we confirmed that about half of the families of groups and those who perceived In accordance with the enactment deinstitutionalization were divided into half. and consent to cegislation, local government efforts, independence, consent to deinstitutionalization family perceptions of disagreement of independence were identified as having no low information provided. These results indicate that there was a lack of provision of services or information related to independent living of the disabled living in residential facilities, and it was confirmed that proper information transfer education on policies and services is needed to have accurate understanding and awareness. In addition, the agreement on legislation, local government efforts, Independence, consent to deinstitutionalization were found to have a significant effect on preparation for independent living. Therefore, it was confirmed that systematic information education support are needed to ensure proper recognition of user's family in residential facilities and to ensure healthy independence of users.

Type of Service Setting and Drinking Behavior in Persons with Major Mental Illnesses (정신보건서비스 환경에 따른 이용자들의 음주 행태)

  • The use of alcohol is recognized as having negative consequences on clinical and psychosocial outcomes in service users with major mental illnesses. This necessitates an introduction of intervention measures in domestic mental health service in Korea. Since research basis on which such measures are developed lacks, this paper aims at exploring drinking patterns of Korean service users and suggesting directions and strategies for intervention. The data came from 151 service users recruited at 14 service settings in Seoul Metropolitan area. The quantitative part of the data includes their recent drinking experiences in terms of patterns and severity; the qualitative part includes information on the drinking context. The data were compared among three types of service settings, each of which differs in physical availability of alcohol by their users. Each group revealed distinctive features in drinking patterns, the author thus suggested directions and strategies of intervention specific to type of service setting.

  • This study analyzes the general operations of the current services and usages, and the perceptions on the service quality and satisfaction of the 480 users of the electronic information centers (EIC) in the 5 selected university libraries in Daegu and Kyoungpook area. Each libraries provide various levels of their services. Service quality is supposed to be comprised of 3 dimensions of facilities and equipments, contents, and staff. Each of three dimensions influences statistically significantly the user satisfaction of the EIC. Users are satisfied with the facilities and equipments highly. Users in each libraries show statistically different satisfactions in the dimensions of facilities and equipments, and contents, except staff dimensions. Users of each universities show different overall satisfactions on the EICs also.

  • This study investigates the influences of the service qualify of public libraries, including printed publications, internet and electronic materials, culture programs and. service, library environment and facilities, and library staff, on the general satisfaction of the users, complaining intentions, and loyalty including reuse intentions. It develops a library user satisfaction model and testifies it through path analysis using questionnaires from 443 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. This study shows that service qualities of printed publications, culture programs and service, library environment and facilities, and library staff Influence significantly on the general satisfaction of the users, and that service quality of library environment and facilities is the major variable which influences satisfaction and loyalty of the public library.
