The study, on the one hand, reflects the recent social interest in crisis management including user safety and library disaster preparation, and, on the other hand, presents a detailed safety management manual that is a reference for library work sites concerning accidents that may occur in public libraries. The proposed safety management manual consists of safety management elements for the four areas of 'safety management planning', 'safety management for each crisis type', 'information resource restoration', and 'safety management checklist', as well as their detailed sub-categories. This allows each public library site to use the manual to establish safety management plans according to their situation and educate their employees.

Recently, the publishing community now recognizes the importance of metadata in customers' buying decisions. As a result, they are more interested in effective metadata creation and quality maintenance, as well as standardization of exchanging system in the supply chain. As the library community also investigates the economic effectiveness of creating metadata, they try to find the best model for simplifying metadata creation by using sources close to the original. This study analyzes metadata work flow which had same source but be used in different fields by their own type and standard. It also discusses the same issues about each section and possibility about interoperation. Finally this paper tries to find an effective creation and distribution model of book metadata which can be used in domestic publishing and the library community.

광고 시장 / 채널은 새로운 매체로 전환이 급격히 빠른 분야이다. 과거 TV, 신문 등과 같은 전통적인 매스미디어에서, 현재는 인터넷 및 모바일 광고와 디지털 사이니지를 통한 옥외광고가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 따라 지속적인 마케팅 패러다임의 변화, 광고시장 / 로봇(서비스형, 지능형) 시장의 성장세를 기반으로 디지털 사이니지와 이동로봇을 결합하여 광고효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 마케팅 기반의 신개념 광고기기(Mobile Digital Signage Robot 이하 MDSR)를 제안한다. MDSR의 기본 목표는 로봇이 설정된 루트를 자동으로 이동하며 주변상황을 인지하여 상황에 맞는 광고를 노출시키는 데에 있다. 또한 사용자의 관심을 유도하는 인터랙티브 기능과, 커뮤니케이션 콘텐츠를 탑재하여 주위 사람들의 이목을 집중시키며, 광고노출빈도가 높아지고 흥미유발에 기여하여 광고효과를 극대화 시키고, 이용자 편의성을 제고시킨다. 본고에서는 마케팅 / 디지털 사이니지 / 로봇시장의 실태와 현황을 알아보고, MDSR개발을 위한 HW 필요 탑재부품의 성능정보 수집 및 평가, 로봇 이동제어 및 상황인지와 광고전환을 위한 핵심 SW 알고리즘 개발, 마케팅 전략 및 활용 시나리오, 기대효과 분석 등을 연구해 MDSR 제작 및 활용 방법 등을 살펴본다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 클라우드 자원의 구성과 설정을 자동화하는 클라우드 오케스트레이션 기술 역시 각광받고 있다. 클라우드 오케스트레이션 기술을 활용하면 다수의 클라우드 자원을 수동적으로 생성하고 설정할 필요 없이 스트립트를 실행함으로써 자동화할 수 있어 많은 클라우드 이용자에게 확산되고 있다. 그러나 현재 클라우드 플랫폼에서 제공하는 클라우드 오케스트레이션 서비스들은 템플릿 스트립트를 수동적으로 작성해야 하며, 가상 머신의 성능이나 배포해야 할 어플리케이션 등 스크립트의 구성 요소들을 사용자가 직접 매핑하기 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 원하는 기능 및 비기능 요구사항을 반영하여 YAML 스크립트 파일을 자동으로 생성하고 이를 통해 클라우드 환경을 자동적으로 구축할 수 있는 오케스트레이션 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템의 아키텍처와 프로세스를 제시하며, 본 방법을 클라우드 기반 스마트 빌딩 환경 구축에 적용하는 사례 연구를 진행하였다.

최근 증강현실의 관심이 높아짐에 따라 다양한 분야에 증강현실을 접목시키려는 시도가 일어나고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 증강현실을 이용하여 이용자에게 차량 부품에 대한 정보와 간단한 정비 방법을 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 구현에 있어서 Unity 3D와 증강현실 라이브러리 Vuforia를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 알고리즘의 복잡도가 낮고 안정적이며 구현이 간편한 마커를 사용하여 3D 좌표를 추출한다. 사전에 차량 각 부품에 맞게 마커를 제작하여 등록한 뒤 부착된 마커를 모바일 카메라로 인식하여 지정된 3D 좌표에 텍스트, 이미지 및 동영상을 띄워 제공한다. 이렇게 제작된 시스템은 어플리케이션 사용자에게 보다 직관적으로 자동차에 대한 정보와 간단한 정비 방법 등을 제공할 수 있으며 나아가 차량 정비 교육 등에도 충분히 활용 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

In contrast to traditional taxonomy, folksonomy is generated not only by experts but also by creators and consumers of the content. Folksonomy is the practice and method of collaboratively creating and managing tags to annotate and categorize content. It is also known as collaborative tagging or social indexing. Folksonomy is also used to link to create social network that connect people to people who share same interest. Folksonomy users can generally discover the contents by which the tag sets of another user who tends to interpret contents in a way that makes sense to them. Firstly, this study consider the significance and some critical issues about folksonomy. Secondly, analyze special features of Korean academic site's folksonomy, which is managed by academic information site. Accordingly consider the directions of development about folksonomy system.

최근 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스를 이용한 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 각종 의료서비스와 건강관리를 제공받는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 산업은 특성상 단일 제품이나 서비스로만 존재하지 않고, 의료정보, 장비, 소프트웨어, 네트워크, 전자상거래 등의 보건 의료를 구성하는 모든 산업이 IT에 기반 하여 집약된 새로운 산업분야이다. 이러한 산업 특성상 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스는 다양한 기술들을 이용하기 때문에 이들을 서비스의 개발, 이용 단계에서 통합된 환경을 제공받아 이용하는 것이 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 이용을 위한 서비스 시스템 아키텍쳐를 제안하고, 제안된 시스템에서 이용할 수 있는 서비스들을 개발하기 위한 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 개발 Framework을 설계한다. 제안된 시스템 아키텍쳐와 개발 Framework을 이용하면 헬스케어 서비스 이용자에게 적절한 인터페이스의 제공과 질환에 대한 추적 관찰, 증상의 판단, 진료 지원, 건강관리, 외부 기관과의 정보 교환 등의 서비스를 개발할 수 있다.

In accordance with the recent expansion of collection operation of independent publications through public libraries, this study conducted a status analysis on independent publications collection in public libraries and in-depth interviews with staff in charge of independent publications in order to suggest ways to effectively manage independent publications. As a result, it was deduced that the measures needed for effective management of independent publications are construction of joint cataloging system for building and sharing independent publications catalog in public libraries; platform for collecting various information of independent publications; support for ISBN, ISSN, CIP issuance of independent publications; and improvement of distribution system.

본 논문에서는 사람들이 이용하고 있는 스마트폰에서 사용되는 대학홍보 응용프로그램을 개발하여, 기존에 개인 PC에 접속하여 얻을 수 있었던 정보를 휴대가 간편한 스마트폰을 통해 손쉽게 얻을 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 스마트폰 응용프로그램을 이용하면 손쉬운 조작으로 교내정보 및 학과정보를 얻을 수 있고, 도서관에 있는 도서를 검색하고 도서관 열람실 현황 등을 알 수 있으며, 대학내 종합정보시스템 접속을 통해 학생들의 수강신청 및 학점관리 등을 할 수 있다. 또한 본 응용프로그램에서는 재학생 및 교직원들 간의 실시간 대화기능을 제공하여 동기, 선 후배, 교직원들 간에도 대화를 나눌 수 있도록 하여, 이용자 간의 정보교류 및 유대관계를 형성토록 함과 동시에 유비쿼터스 시대에 부합하는 교육환경에 한 발 더 다가 갈 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 응용프로그램은 스마트폰을 휴대하고 있는 재학생 및 교직원의 편리한 정보접근은 물론, 신입생, 학부모, 그리고 해당 대학에 관심 갖는 모든 사람들에게 시간 및 공간의 제약 없이 대학 내에서 발생하는 모든 정보를 제공하기 위함이다.

무선 인터넷 기술의 발전과 함께 이용자 수가 증가하면서 모바일 데이터베이스 응용 프로그램의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 모바일 데이터베이스 응용에 필요한 사용자 인터페이스와 질의 처리 코드는 대부분 수작업으로 작성되기 때문에 생산성이 낮고 버전 관리에도 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다.[1] 본 논문에서는 모바일 데이터베이스 응용을 위한 스크립트 생성 도구인 MobileGen을 소개한다. MobileGen은 덕성여자대학교 도서관에서 사용하고 있는 DISCOVER와 같은 실용 데이터베이스들을 구성파일 생성단계, 스크립트 생성단계를 거쳐 응용 데이터베이스 내의 테이블 당 5개의 모바일 스크립트들(Search, Select, Edit, Information, Action)을 생성한다. 생성된 스크립트들은 데이터베이스 연동 및 질의 처리 코드를 포함하고 Action 스크립트를 제외한 나머지 스크립트들은 간단한 폼 형태의 카드 또는 연계된 카드들의 데크들을 생성한다. 따라서 MobileGen은 모바일 데이터베이스 응용의 생산성을 향상시키고 스크립트의 원형인 템플릿을 기반으로 하기 때문에 MobileGen 자체와 생성된 응용의 유지 및 보수를 용이하게 한다. 또한, MobileGen은 상용 생성기들에 비해 관심의 대상인 엔티티 외에 이 엔티티와 직 간접적으로 연관된 모든 엔티티들에 대한 정보를 한 데크에 제공한다.
