Intrapulmonary shunt was measured by $^{99m}Tc$-MAA perfusion tung scan. The study was included 76 patients. Significant amount of intrapulmonary shunt was observed in the pulmonary disease patients and liver disease patients. The shunt amount was correlated well with $PaO_2$ and $AaDO_2$ level. Further study is needed to search the various factors affecting the amount of intrapulmonary shunt.

In this paper the power flow finite element method (PFFEM) has been used to analyze the vibration of a plate partially covered with a damping sheet. Experiments have been performed to measure the loss factor and frequency response functions of the plate partially covered with the damping sheet. The data for the loss factor has been used as the input data to predict the vibration of the coupled plates with PFFEM. The comparison between the experimental results and the predicted PFFEM results for the frequency response functions has been performed. It showed that PFFEM can be effectively used to predict structural vibration in medium-to-high frequency ranges.

Food irradiation is beginning to provide a safe, effective, and economical alternative treatment for many food products, especially for the raw food of animal origin. The historical background and wholesomeness of food irradiation were examined. The application and effect of the process were investigated. The cost and benefit of the irradiated poultry meat were evaluated. The effect of irradiation on the poultry meat, poultry products, and microorganisms were reviewed. With the safety of irradiated poultry meat and poultry products established, the future of the process is promissing.

This study examines need and qualification of safety education teachers with elementary school students and aims to provide data for improving safety education of elementary school As a result of study, it was found that on need of safety education teacher at elementary school, 'very needed' showed the highest response and students who answered 'the first class emergency medical technician' on qualification of safety education teacher showed the highest safety consciousness and low rate of safety accidents. Therefore, for improving safety education at elementary school, adoption of optional course at college or university to learn qualification and functions necessary for being special teacher and institutional support by the ministry of education that employment after passing elementary school teacher appointment examination are needed.

This study examines and analyzes EMTs works in hospital with 48 subjects working for hospitals at partial areas. It aims to provide basic materials for practice-centered learning to students at Dept. of Emergency Care and information of roles of EMTs. As a result of study, it was found that EMTs works included classification of severity of patients when they came to hosptial, supervision and move of serious case, move of patients and a member of cardiopulmonary resuscitation team as well as filling empty of medical staff and playing medical assistant under direct control of doctors and they played important roles in medical examination. These results showed that EMTs could extend their areas of service within hospital and they could have a positive influence on their seniors' employment.

SNS 커뮤니티를 기반으로 다원적 서비스로 발전하고 있는 스마트 헬스케어 기술발전 추이와 서비스 및 IoT 기반 플랫폼 개발동향에 대해 설명한다. 아울러 질병의 예방/진단/치료/사후관리 등 서비스 분야별 시장성장 추이와 스마트 헬스 캐어 산업의 전방위 기술시장인 글로벌 의료기기 등에 대한 시장성 분석 정보를 제시한다. 이를 토대로 인구고령화 패러다임의 변화에 따른 헬스케어 서비스 산업의 시사점에 대해 설명한다. 국내 스마트 헬스케어 시장은 매우 협소하여 원격의료 및 만성질환관리 등 기본적인 서비스만으로는 산업의 고도화에 한계가 있다. 이에 센서/기기 등 하드웨어 중심에서 데이터, 콘텐츠 및 플랫폼을 기반으로 편의성과 저비용의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 스마트 헬스케어 사업모델을 적극 발굴하여 시장을 확대할 필요가 있다.

Accessory navicular is a congenital anomaly appearing in the secondary ossification center on the tuberosity of the navicular that may cause flatfoot. Bipartite medial cuneiform is another rare congenital anomaly occurring as two primary ossification centers in the medial cuneiform. The authors report a rare case of symptomatic bilateral accessory navicular with bipartite medial cuneiform and flatfoot deformity in a 19-year-old man with a review of the literature.

모세관 방전은 내벽의 절연 물질이 용발되어 수만도 영역에서 고압의 플라즈마를 생성하는 장치로서 이로부터 분사된 플라즈마 제트는 추진제 점화나 신물질 제조 둥에 이용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 수십 $m{\Omega}$ 영역에서 수 ms에 걸쳐 수십 kA의 펄스 전류가 흐르는 모세관 방전에 대해 플라즈마의 온도 및 압력에 의해 결정되는 저항을 통하여 펄스 전원 회로를 해석하며, 이로부터 공급되는 오옴열에 의해 플라즈마의 온도, 압력 등이 결정되는 유체역학적 변화를 수치적으로 계산하였다. 이 결과는 용발에 의해 정상 상태에 도달하는 플라즈마의 특성을 잘 보여주고 있으며, 모세관 방전 실험의 전기적, 유체역학적 변수 예측에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다.

22kV, 60kA급 커패시터 펄스전원장치의 스위치로 신뢰성과 제어성이 우수한 반도체 스위치인 싸이리스터(Thyristor)를 사용하였다. 싸이리스터 규격의 적합성을 검토하였으며 펄스파워발생환경에서 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 대책을 고려하였다. 실험결과와 모사실험 결과를 비교하였다.

In this paper, it is investigated to develop a compact 150kJ pulsed power supply to be operated on a vehicle. The goals of development are the maximum charging energy of 150kJ, the efficiency of energy transfer of >80%, the pulse forming of trapezoidal wave of $150{\sim}250MW$, the consecutive charging rate of >several shots/min. The hierarchy and circuit of the pulsed power supply for optimization, high efficiency and minimization of volume are investigated and presented. And, the charging voltage, inductance and resistance of the compact pulsed power supply are studied and determined.
