수소동위원소 교환반응에 이용되는 스티렌-디비닐벤젠 고분자 촉매 담체를 제조하였다. 중합반응시 일정한 용매계에서 용매/모노머 함량비와 팽윤제/침전제 함량비를 변화시켜 담체의 표면특성에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 가교도가 33%일 경우 용매/모노머가 2.0 이하에서 팽윤제/침전제의 함량비가 증가할수록 10~30$\AA$의 반경을 갖는 기공의 분포가 증가하였다. 담체의 열적안정성을 확인하기 위한 열 중량 분석에서는 온도를 일정한 비율로 단시간에 증가시킬 경우에는 담체의 가교도에 관계없이 35$0^{\circ}C$ 근처에서 거의 유사한 degradation을 보였지만 온도를 매우 천천히 증가시켜 장시간 노출시킬 경우 가교도에 따라서 degradation의 정도와 경향이 다르게 나타남을 확인하였다.

인적 자원관리는 경영과정의 한 부분으로서 환경과 경영전략 그리고 조직구조와 밀접한 관계속에서 조직체의 목적 달성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 연구기관에서 인적자원은 가장 중요한 경영요소이며, "우수한 인력을 채용하여 능력에 맞는 수준 높은 대우를 함으로써 우수한 결과를 얻도록 하는 것"이 가장 기본적인 활동이다. 인적자원의 관리는 훌륭한 리더쉽에 의하여 실천되지만, 우선적으로 리더쉽을 수행할수 있는 제도적 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 즉 인적자원 시스템을 형성하는 것은 효과적인 조직 성과를 달성하기 위한 제도적 장치를 마련하는 것이며, R'||'&'||'D 인적자원 관리 시스템은 연구목표 달성과 관련하여 개개인이 효과적으로 연구생산성을 제고할수 있도록 지원하여 주는 시스템이다. 조직성과에 영향을 주는 변수는 여러 가지가 있지만, 제도적 장치로 고려될 수 있는 것은 과업 및 조직의 설계, 인적자원 채용 및 배치 전환, 보상, 경력관리, 교육훈련, 능력 평가이다. 본 연구에서는 상기 인적자원의 성과를 높이기 위한 주요 변수(인적자원관리의 서브 과제)를 세계 주요 연구기관의 하나인 Battelle연구소를 대상으로 분석하고, 국내 R'||'&'||'D 인적자원관리 발전방향의 시사점을 제시하였다.

In recent years the recording density of hard disks has increased significantly largely due to the decreasing flying height. As a result of decreased flying height, the reliability issue become more critical. In this work the relationship between hard disk surface damage and data loss was investigated by using an actual hard disk drive. The purpose of this research was to identify the key factor which leads to data loss. It was shown that data loss is directly related to the physical damage of the Co-magnetic layer and there was no data loss when only carbon protective coating was damaged by the diamond tip.

심실조기수축(PVC: Premature Ventricular Contraction)은 성인에게서 가장 흔하게 발생되는 심장 부정맥 증상 중의 하나이다. 심실조기수축 부정맥이 자주 발현되는 사람의 경우 관상 동맥질환, 고혈압 등의 심혈관계 질환이 진행되고 있을 가능성이 많고, 심실빈맥이나 심실세동으로 전이되는 경우 심정지 등을 유발하여 사망에 이르기 때문에 지속적으로 관찰이 필요한 증상이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 R-R 간격 정보를 이용하여 심실조기수축 부정맥 증상을 실시간으로 검출할 수 있는 신호처리 알고리즘을 구현하고자 하였다.

VLCC에 의한 SK에너지 울산CLX와 인천CLX의 일원화된 효율적 원유 수급체계에 따른 물류비용의 절감, 이에 따른 국가 산업 경쟁력확보 및 항만경쟁력 강화를 위한 고도화 사업의 일환으로 고부가가치 선박인 VLCC가 인천항에 처녀입항하게 되었다. 이로 인한 해상교통관제센터(VTS)의 안전대책이 요구되어 비교적 통항량이 많고 항로길이가 긴 인천항의 VLCC운항 계획에 따른 해상교통 혼잡도 등, 다각적인 통항 안전성 및 VLCC 입출항에 따른 타 통항선과의 항행안전 관계등을 점검하여, 계속적인 VLCC 입항에 따른 항행 위험성을 파악하고, 앞으로의 인천항만 안전을 위한 통항안전관리대책을 모색하고자 한다.

고객과의 커뮤니케이션 및 관계유지로 대변되는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)이 기업들의 가장 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 특히 전사적 관점의 CRM에서 통합 데이터베이스 정보를 분석하고 모형화하여 고객관리를 과학적이고 전략적으로 접근하려는 분석 CRM(Analytical CRM) 분야의 움직임이 가속화되고 있다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구에서는 분석 CRM의 핵심 요소인 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 개발한 이탈 고객 스코어링 모델을 마케팅 층(Marketing Layor)에 연결해주는 캠페인 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 개발한 시스템은 이탈 스코어링 결과 및 고객 이탈방지를 위한 캠페인 대상자 선정 작업을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 GUI 환경에서 제공해줌으로서 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of participation in adult education on cognitive function, and the mediating effects of relationships with children among older adults. This study employed data from the 2011 Elderly Survey, and a total of 8,668 older adults over 65-years old were used for analysis. Multiple linear regression analyses were used to examine the mediating effect of relationship with children based on the approach proposed by Baron & Kenny (1986). The results showed that participation in adult education increased cognitive function of older adults. Adult education participation also increased satisfaction with relationship with children, and relationship with children was found to have a mediating effect. These findings suggest that there is a need to recognize the importance of the relationship between older adults and children when developing education programs for older adults.

Die design of bonnet drawing is composed of upper die, lower die and blank holder. It has been performed by checked and re-design method, which cause economic and financial loss. Nowadays, CAD/CAM system is excellent, but application is low. Therefore, in specific item, drawing die of bonnet outer draw by 3-D lay-out. In this study purpose, Bonnet drawing die is designed rapidly, correctly. It's method that shape modify to resemble. This purpose lead to 3-D Lay-Out. It is to react the standard die. In rule relation, input data change all of the shape.
