This writing establishes identity of JinSeBaek, a male protagonist from a classical novel Hajinyangmunrok, through examining his relationship with a female character named HaOkJu. The character JinSeBaek was analyzed with attachment theory. JinSeBaek is a type of character who openly expresses his emotions. The evidence that JinSaeBaek falls in love with HaOkJu at a first sight was mainly shown through his physical affection with her. After the breakup, JinSeBaek expresses sadness, depression, and anger, as well as sheds tears. Although JinSeBaek repeatedly breaks up and gets back together with HaOkJu, JinSaeBaek consistently shows his desire to be with HaOkJu. Expressing true emotions was not ideal characteristic for men in this era. JinSaeBaek develops attachment to HaOkJu after he loses his parents, whom he has previously developed attachment to, but repeated break ups with HaOkJu leads to separation anxiety. Although his separation anxiety is caused by HaOkJu, it is also HaOkJu who can resolve the anxiety. The fact that JinSaeBaek honestly expresses his emotions and develops abnormal attachment to woman makes JinSaeBaek unique from other male protagonists. A character like JinSaeBaek is not common in other fictional novels or romance novels as well. Thus, JinSaebaek is claimed to be extraordinary character in literature.

This paper introduces symbols from Ghana, the 'Adinkra', and expands upon the concepts associated with it. In other words, the world view, values and scalability that appear to form philosophical thoughts in everyday life. 'Adinkra' are symbols from Ghana in West Africa. Adinkra means 'goodbye' or 'farewell'. There are some 400 Adinkra symbols, but the meanings of the symbols have been lost. The first book on Adinkra is 'The Adinkra Dictionary' (1998) by W. Bruce Willis. Adinkra is related to the Ghanaian culture, and represents concepts such as philosophical ideology, history, historical figures, myths, legends, animals, plants, etc. In the old days, because of its meaning-'goodbye' or 'farewell'-Adinkra was generally used for funerals. But today, Adinkra is utilized in a full range of cultural events and activities. Each of the 'Adinkra' has various meanings. According to Willis, Adinkra is ever-evolving and constantly expanding. As a matter of fact, Adinkra continues to expand, evolve and develop. Nevertheless, no books have been published on Adinkra since Bruce Willis (5 May 2016 to the present). Adinkra provides insights into the rich philosophical, educational, and historical significance of Africa. Therefore, Adinkra requires evolution, expansion, and research. In this study, we will examine the Adinkra, divided into four categories. The first is related to God and the powers, the second is related to moral education. The third symbolizes 'love' and 'friendship'. and lastly, the fourth is 'life' and 'death'.

This study aimed to translate and validate the Positive and Negative Ex-Relationship Thoughts (PANERT), a scale measuring the positive and negative valence of thoughts about past relationships in early adulthood. For this purpose, PANERT was translated into Korean and the study surveyed on 337 single male and female adults in their 20. Then, the gender difference between major variables was analyzed. After going through item analysis, all twelve original items were used to construct the Korean version of PANERT. The confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) supported the two factors structure of the Korean version of PANERT: positive vs, negative thought content valence. Also, the reliability coefficients of each two factors were all satisfactory. As a result of a correlation analysis, the criterion-related validity of the two sub-factors was good with other related scales(Intrusive rumination scale of K-ERRI, K-DASS-21-D, and K-PANAS-Revised) except for changes of self-perception. Finally, the research model was built to examine the mediating effect of two affect responses(positive and negative) in the relationship between two thought content valences and depression. In this process, the convergence and discriminant validity of the Korean version of PANERT were confirmed and the indirect effect was also confirmed in the structural equation model. In conclusion, the Korean version of PANERT consists of two factors and twelve items in total. Also, it is a reliable and valid tool for measuring the thought content valences in the romantic relationship breakup experience of early adults.

우리 몸에서 가장 중요한 것은 얼굴과 두 눈이고, 아름다움도 얼굴에서 나온다. 세상에서 가장 아름다운 여인으로 서양에서는 클레오파트라(Cleopatra)이고, 동양은 양귀비(楊貴妃, 719~756)를 대표적 예로 든다. 미국 캘리포니아 대학의 Zadeh 교수는 강의 시 휴식시간에 '어느 교수의 부인이 아름다운가?' 라는 농담을 하면서 제일 예쁜 여자는 A그룹, 그 다음은 B 그룹 등으로 구분하는데 착안하여 Fuzzy 개념을 발견(1965)하였고, 그 후 연구계 및 산업체에서 이 이론을 확장해 퍼지세탁기, 퍼지냉장고 등이 가전 시장을 석권한 바 있다. 한편, 2004년 미국 하버드대 기숙사에서 친구와 함께 재미삼아 페이스북을 만든 마크 저커버그(28). 여자친구의 사생활을 여기에 올려 이별의 아픔을 맛보기도 했던 그가 8년 만에 세계적 282억 달러의 부호가 됐다. 세계 인터넷업계가 가슴을 졸이며 기다려온 페이스북의 기업공개(IPO 주식상장)를 통해서다. 1783년 스위스 수학자인 오일러(Euler, 1707~1783) : 학문적으로 방대한 업적을 남긴 만큼 오일러의 인생도 파란만장했다. 그는 20대 초반의 젊은 나이에 병으로 한쪽 눈을 실명하는 불운을 겪기도 했다. 러시아로 돌아간 말년에는 수학문제를 풀기위해서 사흘 밤낮을 꼬박 몰두하다 다른 쪽 시력마저 잃게 된다. 당시 파리아카데미에서는 수여하는 권위 있는 상을 수상하고자 저명한 수학자들도 몇 개월 붙잡는 어려운 문제를 단 사흘 만에 풀었는데 너무나 집중한 나머지 실명한 것이었다. 양쪽 눈을 모두 잃었지만 오일러는 비서에게 자신의 생각들을 받아 적게 하는 방식으로 계속해서 훌륭한 업적을 남겼다. 양 눈(안(眼)) 사이 거리는 6.5cm, 이 시각차가 오늘 3D TV 시대를 열었다. 본고에서는 최근 관심이 고조된 저커버그의 페이스북과 오일러 e에 관해 요약했다.

This study was designed to examine body shape control and its related factors, including BMI(body mass index), desire for weight control, satisfaction with body shape, dissatisfaction with specific parts of body shape, starting period of concern about body shape, as well as experience, method, result, counsel, effort, expense and knowledge of body shape control. The survey was completed by 180 female university students in Gyeongsanbukdo through a self-administered questionnaire during September and October of 2006. The subjects were assigned to one of three groups based on self-estimated figure: 47.8% of the students estimated their figure as 'normal', while 38.3% of the students estimated themselves as 'thin' and 13.9% of the students as 'fat'. The results were as fellows. The mean age of the subjects was $19.45{\pm}1.67$ with a height and weight of $161.15{\pm}4.99cm$ and $52.63{\pm}10.78\;kg$, respectively. Their self-estimated figure was significantly related to BMI, desire for weight control, satisfaction, dissatisfaction with a specific part, and experience, counsel and effort in body shape control. This research suggests that students need to know how to properly control body shape in health and beauty.

The metE gene coding for $N^{5}-methyl-H_{4}-folate;$ homocysteine methyltransferase from the basidiomycete Ganoderma lucidum was cloned by complementation of methionine-requiring mutants of E. coli. The size of a inserted DNA was about 1.54 kb and had 5 restriction enzyme sites. A physical map was constructed. Southern blot analysis confirmed the presence of a transforming DNA in the genome of Ganoderma lucidum. indicating the presence of a single copy.

The extraction and separation methods of protein-bound polysaccharides from the mycelium and culture broth of L. edodes were investigated. The use 2% solution of surface active agent, Triton X-100 was effective for extraction of the protein-bound polysaccharide from the mycelium. The extraction of the protein-bound polysaccharides from mycelium with hot water was achieved by 4 hours extraction at 10$0^{\circ}C$. For the separation and partial purification of the protein bound polysaccharides the column chromatography using DEAE-Cellulose, DEAE-Sephadex and Sephadex proved to be effective.

This study was conducted to investigation of effect of removal times and parts of leaf sheath by planting deph(0.6cm) on growth and flowering in forcing of Lilium species. Plant height is reduced by leaf sheath removal at early growth stages when bulbs were planted 6 cm of depth in 'Gelria and 0 cm in both of Jolanda' and Dream Land', respectively, but stem diameter and flower size were little different. Days to flowering of 3 cultivar except 'Gelria' were shorten in 6cm plant depth.

The author studied somatization using 7-symptoms screening test in 12 females, who lived in the Taegu and compared the results with those of 99 males who lived in the Taegu, during the period from the beginning of August 1993 to end of January 1994. The results were follows: The number of females screened for somatization disorder were ten (5.8%). Its rate was higher than males (3. 1%). Ten screened women most frequently complained of pain in extremities, painful menstruation, shortness of breath, and amnesia. There was a strong tendency toward higher levels of somatization in the females who were dissatified with their home atmosphere, present well being, and divorced or widowed, lower educated and those who had pessimistic views of self image in the past, present, or future.

This study was conducted to provide basic data for the development of natural seasoning. The quality chatacteristics of water exacts from Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes were determind. Also, savory taste, fragrance, color and overall preference was evaluated. The preference test on the seasonings prepared from Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes with the addition of sea tangle was also performed. The crude protein content of dried, Lentinus edodes and Pleurotur ostreatus was 20.4% and 30.4% respectively. The total organic acid contents were higher in Plourotus ostreatus than in Lentinus edodes extracts. The total free amino acid adn total nucleotide contents were higher in Pleurotus ostreatus than in Lentinus edodes extracts. Three nucleotide, adenosine monophosphate(AMP) , guanosine monophosphate(GMP), xanthine monophosphate(XMP) were found in mushroom seasonings while inosine monophosphate(IMP) was not detected. Pleurotus ostreatus extract showed higher score in savory taste and overall acceptability than Lentinus edodes extract, Pleurotur ostreatus seasoning added with 1% sea tangle and Lentinus edodes seasoning added with 1.5% sea tangle were rated as high in overall quality In a sensory test of foods cooked with mushroom seasoning. It was shown that panels in their twenties well used to the taste of monosodium glutamate while the people in their thirties preferred the specific flavor of the mushroom seasoning.
