인터넷이 폭 넓게 보급되어 개인의 의견을 개진할 기회가 확대됨에 따라 정치, 경제 등의 사안이나 제품 기업의 이미지, 공인에 대한 긍정.부정의 글을 개진할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 현상에 따라 기업, 제품, 혹은 공공의 분야에서 일반 개인들이 어떻게 생각하는가에 대한 분석 및 자료수집의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 감성용어 문서분류시스템은 문서의 내용 중 감성기반의 용어들에 기반하여 이에 대한 패턴을 정의하고 이에 대응하는 범주에 문서를 자동으로 할당하는 작업으로써 효율적인 정보 관리 및 검색을 가능하게 한다. 하지만 자동문서 분류를 하기 위해서는 방대한 양의 데이터를 수집 보관하기 위한 분산 환경이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 감성기반 문서분류 시스템을 위한 감성용어 추출 및 긍정, 부정의 패턴을 검색해 자동 문서분류를 위해 RTI(Run Time Infrastructure)를 통한 분산 시스템 환경으로 구성하였다.

현재 인터넷과 멀티미디어 데이터배이스 상에서 부딪치는 검색 문제의 해결 방안으로서 명시적 배경지식의 사용을 지향하는 시맨틱 웹과 새로운 표준 기술 등은 이미지 데이터에 대한 배경 지식을 규정하는 구문론 등을 지원한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이미지의 주제(양)에 대한 배경지식을 표현한 도메인 온톨로지를 이용하여 사용자에게 검색어의 정확한 선택이 이루어지도록 제공하고 이미지의 내용과 기술 특정에 대한 시맨틱 주석을 이용하여 검색 용어의 일반화와 다의어, 이미지 대상물의 행위와 같은 고수준의 메타데이터 스키마를 제공함으로써 이미지의 검색에 있어 내용에 기반한 시맨틱 주석과 도메인 온톨로지의 구현과 검색 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to enhance document recognition system which is essential for developing full-text retrieval system of the document image data stored in the digital library of a public institution. To achieve this purpose, the main tasks of this research are: 1) analyzing the document image data and then developing its image preprocessing technology and document structure analysis one, 2) building its specialized knowledge base consisting of document layout and property, character model and word dictionary, respectively. In addition, developing the management tool of this knowledge base, the document recognition system is able to handle the various types of the document image data. Currently, we developed the prototype system of document recognition which is combined with the specialized knowledge base and the library of document structure analysis, respectively, adapted for the document image data housed in National Archives of Korea. With the results of this research, we plan to build up the test-bed and estimate the performance of document recognition system to maximize the utilization of full-text retrieval system.

단어가 지니는 의미를 이미지로 처리하면 그 단어의 이미지가 단순화되면서 높은 인식률을 가질 수 있다는 장점을 지닌다. 이러한 장점을 이용하여 언어장애인들을 위한 유용한 보완대체 의사소통 학습도구에 하나로 이미지 전자 사전을 구축하고자 한다. 우선 동사와 조합되는 용어들의 패턴들을 면밀히 조사하여 그 패턴들을 영역과 자질의 카테고리로 분류하고, 그 카테고리에 속하는 기본 데이터들을 정리하여 분류된 데이터를 하위범주화 방식을 통해 검색을 보다 용이하게 하였다. 더욱이 언어장애인들이 많이 쓰이는 단어를 조사하고, 그 단어를 중심으로 한 모듈을 이용하여, 각각에게 해당되는 이미지를 수집함으로 단어들의 의미를 표현하고 인식할 수 있도록 하는 인터페이스를 구축하는데 중점을 두었다. 또한 언어장애인이 직접 명사와 동사를 조합하여 그 완성여부를 검토할 수 있는 학습기능을 추가함으로 인해 보다 실생활에 유용하고 교육적인 이미지 전자 사전을 구축하였다.

The paper aims to identify how Korean national image can be refined through the strategic use of design. There has been a distinctive need for refining the national image in Korea in recent years in accordance with the rapid growth of the nation's wealth. A comprehensive definition on nation image was prepared through a course of library search. The role of design in the establishment of national image was identified as a result of case study on the United States of America and Japan. Major problems were revealed through an analysis of current states of Korean national image. Finally, strategic suggestions for refining Korean national image have bl'en prepared in relation to the overall direction and specified guidelines.

In this study, aesthetic impressions were used for a high-level feature of image retrieval. The term, 'aesthetic' has been studied in psychology, art, and literature. It means unconscious, instantaneous parts of visual perception and emotion. The literatures related to aesthetic impressions were reviewed and four kinds of aesthetic impressions were defined operationally : strong impression, soft impression, courteous impression, and refined impression. 66 image files of paintings were sampled randomly from 1100 paintings and low-level color features were extracted from them by a using perceptual color model(Lai, & Tait, 1998). The high-level features of an image, that is, four kinds of aesthetic impressions of each painting were measured by 4 subjects and averaged. In CBIR, 2 subjects performed image retrievals using example queries. They were asked to retrieve images by using the aesthetic impressions or the keywords. In evaluations, subjects showed that they were satisfied with the aesthetic impression-based image retrieval system on the average. And R-precision of the image retrieval with both color features and aesthetic impressions was higher than that of the image retrieval with color features only. But further studies with larger test collections and query sets should be followed for generalization of the result of this study.

흘수는 선체가 물속에 얼마나 잠겨있는지를 나타내는 용어로, 선박에서는 화물의 양을 계산하거나 안정성을 평가하기 위해 흘수를 측정한다. 흘수를 측정하는 방법으로는 항해사가 부두에서 육안으로 확인하거나, 사다리를 타고 내려가 직접 확인하는 방법이 있다. 이러한 방법들은 경우에 따라 흘수 측정이 불가능하거나, 추락의 위험이 항상 존재한다는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 드론 등을 통해 카메라로 선박의 흘수선 부근을 촬영하고, 필터링 및 이미지 검출 기법을 사용하여 선박의 흘수선을 탐지하는 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to review the previous researches, analyze the clothing image, the make-up image and compare the analyses of clothing image and make-up image. The previous researches of clothing image and make-up image were reviewed in 6 kinds of Journal. The results of previous research review and analysis were followed as : Measuring mean of image are used to similarly that semantic differential technique and summated rating technique. Attention to proposed researcher abstraction image in make-up image, but there is problem that this hard to explain objectivity of image abstraction. There are a lot of occasions that 4 or 5 image factors were extracted by factor analysis. The make-up image researches that presented image stimulus were more than study that do not present. Image words were classified which were compiled words have similar sub image. Grace, activeness, lively. unique, modernity attractive, feminine. sexy and ripeness clothing images were classified factors. which were representative clothing image. Elegance, Sophisticate. romantic, natural, modern and youthfulness make-up image for factor were representative make-up image factors. However the problems were found that some representative image factor included the sub images which were different from some factor image. Compared with representation image words, same image words were used to not agree what clothing image and make-up image. Standardization of word should be made that show that clothing image and make-up image.

Many readers tend to read books of a specific author and to expand their reading areas according to the author. This study chose Edgar Allan Poe and analyzed the image of the author using co-recommended authors and books by other readers. The frequencies of co-occurred authors and books were investigated and the relations of authors and books were analyzed with network analysis methods. As a result, genre images of Poe, related authors, and related books are discovered. This study also suggested the methods to identify the image of a author, related author groups, and related books for libraries' reading programs and book curation.

The purpose of this study was to find out the proper evaluative words and colors according to various fashion images and to classify the fashion images according to certain criteria. 13 books which included the content of the fashion images were selected to draw evaluative words and colors. Evaluative words and colors were found out as follows: classic image-traditional, classical, conservative and brown, wine, dark yellow, modem image-intelligent, rational, westernized and achromatic color, cool colors, elegance image-dignified, graceful, chic and greyish tone, pale tone, romantic image-cute, lovely, girlish, natural image-natural, comfortable, gently and brown, ivory beige, khaki, casual image-energetic, comfortable, active and red, yellow, blue family. The classification of fashion images according to various criteria were as follows. According to sex: feminine-elegance, romantic, pretty and masculine-mannish, dandy, military. According to time: past-conservative, traditional, classical, and present-modern, contemporary, sophisticate. According to formality: formal-formal wear of classic, elegance, mannish, dandy style and informal-natural, casual. According to intelligence, the elite style-modern, elegance, classic, sophisticate and the public style-casual, natural.
