Web 2.0 paradigm and technologies allow users to contribute their information voluntarily and actively to online community. This paper aims to investigate key determinants of information contribution in online communities. We come up with the research model and proposed hypotheses on the basis of intensive literature review on motivation theory, information literacy, and self expression. Using survey response date collected from those who have ever experienced in uploading or providing information on online community such as social media. A total of 262 survey responses were used to test research hypotheses. The results show that self expression motive influences on information representation capability(IRC) and information contribution. The impact of Information literacy on IRC is found to be significant, and IRC is positively related to information contribution. In addition, approval motive is proven to be key determinant of IRC and information contribution. Some practical implications of these findings are discussed.

This study investigated what factors influence the knowledge contribution in online communities. Based on the theoretical framework like self-presentation theory and organizational citizenship behavior theory, we developed the research model and proposed four hypotheses. In order to test our hypotheses with an empirical study, we have conducted a survey which resulted in 192 valid responses in the final sample. The PLS analysis results indicate that knowledge contribution is influenced by self-presentation, innovation, organizational citizenship behavior, and affection similarity of online community users. Practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

It is important to identify and discuss what the most vial contributions of criminological theories. In the field of criminology, most significant contributions or advancement have been made on the various issues such as age, the integration of structural and procedural level theories, other theoretical integration debates. However, it is hard to find ant systematic study exploring such a contribution in criminological theories. This study, therefore, has a purpose to discuss three most significant contributions to our theoretical understanding of criminal behavior made since 1985. To accomplish the study purpose, this study choose the followed three theoretical contributions; the emergence of life course theory, the revision of social disorganization theory, and the introduction of social structure and social Learning (SSSL) model. The three theoretical works will be introduced and discussed regarding other theoretical integration trends in the body of this study. The conclusion, contribution of this current study has been discussed in the last conclusion and discussion section.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the bilateral and autoregressive relationships of corporate social performance and corporate financial performance by using dynamic panel model based on fixed effect analysis method. To satisfy this study purpose, 6 years data (2008-2013) of top 1,000 corporations in Korea was collected and finally 430 corporations were used for dynamic panel analysis. The main results were as follows. First, the preceding financial performance explains the following corporate social performance in positive direction. Second, the preceding corporate social performance does not explain the following financial performance. Third, the preceding corporate social performance explains the following corporate social performance in positive direction. Fourth, the preceding financial performance explains the following financial performance in positive direction. This result shows that slack resources theory is supported and good management theory is not supported. In addition, there is a significant relationship between the preceding corporate social performance and the following corporate social performance. Lastly, this study broadens and deepens previous understanding on corporate social philanthropy and discusses theoretical meanings and implications for future study.

This study started with concerns for corporate philanthropy that is emerging as an alternative for resource development of social work field in Korea. However, corporate philanthropy is not operating as an accomplished conception yet, but as a type of the practical discourse. Therefore corporate philanthropy is interpreted a multiplicity of meanings is used ambiguously in social work practice field. This is because theoretical reviews on the conceptual thinking of corporate philanthropy are scant and is in need of empirical inquires into conceptual perception of social workers who uses this concept as a stakeholder to corporate philanthropy. After analyzing the data using Q methodology, the result shows that social workers' major perception patterns on corporate philanthropy perspective consists of three patterns; Win-Win Partnership, Social-obligation, Strategic Materialism. These patterns are classified by the dimension of 'classical view', 'socio-economic view', 'modern view' and 'philanthrophic view'. This result will attribute to develop theories, social work practice program and social worker' training program related corporate philanthropy. And to give facilities for lucid communication among practice and theory in social work field as it materializes the explicit conception of corporate philanthropy that is understood ambiguously in Korea.

사회의 환경변화에 따라 기업 또한 기업 또한 과거 폐쇄적 수직 체계의 position power에서 개방적 수평체계의 communication power로 역할이 변화하고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임 이행의 대표적인 활동인 사회공헌활동은 지역사회와의 소통 수단 뿐 아니라 새로운 마케팅전략으로 자리매김 되고 있다. 사회공헌활동의 성공요소 중 가장 중요한 것은 구성원의 봉사적 마인드이다. 봉사적 마인드는 이론 뿐 아니라 실천적 행동철학에 기인 한다. 기업이 바라는 인재상과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업이 신입사원 채용시 봉사활동 실적을 반영하는데 있어서 표준적인 가이드라인을 연구 제시하고자 한다.

간호 행정학분야에 있어서 이론의 발전 단계는 아직도 초기단계에 있으며 계속 개발되는 중이다. 간호행정의 이론개발은 크게 3 단계로 나눌 수 있는데, 첫째, 다른 학문으로부터 빌려온 이론들을 간호학에서 사용한 단계, 둘째, 간호와 경영지식을 합성화시킨 이론적 모델을 사용한 단계, 셋째, 간호관리를 의한 중재(Management Intervention)개발의 단계이다. 간호행정이론 개발의 새로운 추세인 간호관리를 위한 중재가 어떻게 Middle-Range Theory를 구축하는데 공헌하는지가 서술되며, 그에 대한 예가 제시된다.

이 글에서는 퍼지이론의 양대부류인 퍼지집합론과 퍼지척도 및 퍼지적분에 대하여 정의 및 기본적 성질을 간략히 소개하였다. 이러한 이론들의 주된 응용분야가 제어와 평가문제로부터 점점 다양한 분야(예를 들면, 자연언어 처리, 퍼지컴퓨터, 경제학, 심리학 등)로 확산되고 있는 현시점에서, 보다 많은 사람들이 퍼지이론에 관신을 갖게 되는데 조금이나마 도움이 됐으면 한다. 최근 우리들의 관심 중 많은 부분이 지적시스템(intelligent system)의 구현에 쏠리고 있음을 감안할 때, 이러한 퍼지이론은 신경회로망이론, 유전자 알고리즘 및 카오스이론과 더불어 지적시스템의 구현을 위한 충분한 도구로서 혹은 방법론으로서 크게 공헌하리라 생각한다.

본 연구는 중소 벤처기업에서 성과에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소인 기업가를 대상으로 기업가의 정치적 기술과 사회적 네트워크가 기업가적 성과와 어떤 영향관계를 갖는지 고찰하고자 한 탐색적 성격의 실증적 연구이다. 연구결과 기업가의 사회적 역량인 정치적 기술은 사회적 네트워크와 기업가적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 네트워크는 일부 하위 요소만이 기업가적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 약한 유대의 네트워크 원천은 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과를 완전매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 연구결과는 중소 벤처기업에서 성과 창출에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소인 기업가를 대상으로 역량과 성과의 관계를 고찰했다는 점, 그리고 기업가의 사회적 네트워크가 사회적 역량인 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과 사이에서 어떤 역할을 하는지를 구체적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 크다. 또한 정치적 기술이라는 구체적이고도 새로운 선행변수의 도입과 사회적 네트워크의 역할 수립이라는 점에서 이론적 공헌이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 성과 창출 이전 단계에 해당하는 기업가의 역량 개발에 관한 실제적인 정보를 제공했다는 점에서 실무적 공헌을 찾을 수 있겠다.
