Although several studies have made and policies have formulated for an increase in women's participation in economic activities, the participation rate of women in economic activities in Korea is only 50% and much lower than in other advanced countries. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect women's continuance intention in economic activities including their motivation for economic activities, women's perception of work, and government support recognition. We empirically analyze and examine such factors and the moderating effects of family support. The survey was conducted on women nationwide to be distributed evenly among various age groups, ranging from those in their 20s to those in their 50s. The results of the empirical analysis based on the data collected on a total of 406 people were as follows. First, the motivation for economic activities including economic and self-realization motivation, women's perception of work, and government support was seen as having a significantly positive effect on women's Continuance Intention in Economic Activities. Second, the impact of women's work perception on their continuance intention in economic activities varied depending on the level of family support, and its moderating effect was confirmed. But there was no moderating effect of family support between economic and self-realization motivation, government support recognition, and the women's continuance intention for economic activities To increase women's continuance intention for economic activities, both support for work-family compatibility policies and institutional support should be provided. Government support will also be needed in order to enable women with abundant experience to participate in economic activities.

Determinism and compatibilism have thought that libertarianism contradicts the scientific view. This paper demonstrates that the hypothesis that free will exists does not cause any problems and contradictions, while maintaining pro-scientific view. Rather, determinism lacks scientific and demonstrative bases. At first, I reject dualistic self by assuming identity theory of the self and physical body & brain. Free will is a functional concept or property that can have multiple realization. Therefore we can recognize whether aliens or robots have free will through observation on their acts. 'Free will' is a functional kinds term like 'digestion'. As we know we have digestive function, we can know that we have free will even before knowing the necessity of its existence by understanding micro structure of human free will. The judgement that an individual has free will function depends on whether it has particular actions. Those actions are controlling and restraining actions in context, predicting future, making elaborate conditional sentences, etc. Real being of free will is the physical occupant of the function that makes those actions. Determinism is based on various kinds of misconceptions and misunderstandings. Determinists often confuse necessity of physical law and determinism. Another decisive misunderstanding is that free will postulates same conditions and different results from the same point of time. However, free will postulates that the two points of time are different. Because determinism is unnecessary redundant hypothesis influenced by religions, according to Ockham's Razor, determinism should be eliminated.

This study examines that how the effect of hackaton program on the willingness of entrepreneurship. In addition, this study is to examine the moderating effect of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial Motivation and team culture. The results show that hackaton program has significant impact on the willingness of entrepreneurship. The three key elements such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation and team culture that were expected to have a moderating effect on the entrepreneurial intend. but result of this study that just entrepreneurship motivation and team culture have moderating effect for the change in the degree of the willingness of entrepreneurship.

Job creation is foundation for wealth creation of the individual personal and important social activities that can solve the problem through increased economic activity and decreased population of unemployment. Jab creation contributes to the best way to solve social problems by acting as mediator of economic stability by establishment to a virtuous cycle between growth and employment and providing the foundation for sustainable growth. In this study, the factors affect on entrepreneurship and professional values were studied on the vocational personality types of student. As a result of this study, Vocational personality types positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. Realistic, exploratory, artistic, social, persuasive and customary factors also positive commitment the entrepreneurship. Vocational personality types positive commitment to the professional values. Professional values positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. However, the professional value factors which are self-actualization, safety, power, independence, community service and leadership depend on entrepreneurship. Therefore, in order to improve the success rate of student start ups, the appropriate selection of optional items of start ups and entrepreneurship education at the right time to establish a business plan by the type of vocational personality types and should provide the opportunity to encounter.

우리 군의 전력획득 패러다임을 이제는 "기술중심, 연구개발 위주, 새로운 방산기반 구축" 차원으로 일대 전환을 시도함으로써 2025년경까지는 선택적으로 선진국 수준의 첨단 군사기술력을 확보할 수 있으리라고 본다. 그러나 이러한 패러다임의 전환은 국방기획을 담당하는 몇몇 사람들만의 의지만 가지고는 실현될 수 없다고 본다. 군내에 있는 전 장병은 물론 국방분야에 종사하는 모든 요원들의 이해와 공감대를 통하여 변화의 필요성을 인식하고 사고의 전환이 이뤄질 때 비로소 정보.기술 중심의 과학군 건설을 위한 새로운 패러다임의 저니환은 가능하다고 하겠다.

지하철 과천선의 사고는 인재라고는 하나 근본적으로 기술개발을 소홀히 했기 때문이라고 생각 한다. 300km/h의 경부 고속전철은 터널, 통신, 신호, 기계, 전기 등의 첨단 복합기술로서 이들의 통합에 의한 엔지니어링의 산물이며, 지하철보다는 차원이 다른 고도의 설계.엔지니어링 기술을 요구한다. 또한 고속으로 주행하는 데 따른 안전한 열차의 제동은 물론, 사고에 대비하기 위한 열차제어 시스템 등에 의한 모든 열차운영은 전적으로 기술적인 문제와 결부되어 있다. 이러한 고속전철기술의 자립을 이룩하려면 정부의 고속전철기술에 대한 정책전략과 이를 실현하려는 의지에서 출발하는 점을 다시 한 번 강조한다. 지금부터 한 세대가 지나기 전에 우리가 독자적 으로 설계, 제작, 건설한 고속전철이 부산에서 서울을 거쳐 신의주 및 원산을 달리는 시대가 오 기를 기대한다.

일본을 위시한 선진국의 자동화 기술은 컴퓨터 종합 생산 기술을 토대로 무인 자동화 공장을 점 진적으로 실현해 나가는 고도의 기술로 빠르게 움직이고 있다. 이에 비해 우리나라의 자동화 기 술수준은 간이 자동화 기술 수준을 막 벗어난 단위 기계 자동화 수준에 머무르고 있다고 해도 과언은 아닌 것 같다. 이와 같은 기술수준의 격차를 빨리 극복하고 우리 나라 고유상표의 기술 모델을 개발하려면 로봇 응용기술, 자동화 요소 기술, 마이크로 프로세서 활용 기술, 컴퓨터를 이용한 제어 기술, 계측 기술에 대한 꾸준한 연구가 이루어 져야한다. 이를 위해서는 우선 자동 화의 필요성을 느껴 자동화를 달성하려는 의지가 무엇보다도 선행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

This study aims to understand the concept of God in Daesoon thought through gods, divine beings, and divine Dao as they are featured in the I Ching. This study also explores analysis by dividing the 'one' from the I Ching into personal subject, metaphysical and fundamental marvel, innate divinity and morality of human beings as being among various concepts of god. Among the terms regarding god, divine Dao is especially clear in its depiction of this concept. In this context, the study looks closely at the characteristics of the concept of God. The divine Dao is actually an order that has been spread throughout the world by Sangje's will and the gods are endowed with His mandate. Through such order, the divine Dao leads to the Dao of divinely empowered humans by the Great Dao of mutual beneficence and natural solution. Divinely empowered humans is a concept which corresponds to the idea that 'Divine affairs are akin to those of humans.' Divine beings have human will and feelings in the afterlife, and due to their close relationship to human beings, they exercise an influence over human beings. They have human will and feelings while alive as well. In addition, they also have grievances and grudges. Such grievances and grudges can be resolved by mutual beneficence. And the divine affairs and activities move in accordance with Taegeuk (the Great Ultimate), Sangje's will, and the divine Dao. Therefore, it is a principle that divine beings should obey and an operational law in theonomy. Sangje's divine Dao and heavenly mandate accord with the Great Ultimate and are thereby revealed. Natural solutions can be reached when Divine beings and human beings gain awareness of this truth. To realize the divine Dao, humans and divine beings should practice the dao of benevolence, justice, propriety, wisdom, and they should rely on one another. Furthermore, this is done to accomplish the dao of heaven and earth.

This paper examines Jang Hyeongwang's cultural awareness and the way of practice by focusing on his spirit of humanities in relation to the understanding of territory and bibliographic materials. In fact, this starts from conflicting evaluations on Jang Hyeongwang's way of learning in the field of Korean history. Jang Hyeongwang emphasizes realization of humanity, which is considered as basic framework of culture. He claims the indivisibility of Dao(道) and culture(mun文) by arguing that almighty principle of Dao manifests itself through phenomena of culture. In other words, Dao is the root of culture and, at the same time, culture is the necessary element of making Dao valuable. Furthermore, he insists that realization of human culture is the gist of manifesting the pattern of nature. In this vein, the roles of human beings are so important in creating humanistic civilization. He considers all kinds of human affairs as the contents of humanistic culture, which are contained in six classics. Especially, He says that the moral is reality of human culture and that literature is a literal expression of humanistic spirit. Thus, he criticizes that there are literatures without moral practices. He pays a special attention to his indigenous culture. He links the cultural understanding of geography, which is the foundation of realizing humanistic spirit, to awareness of Korean territory and grasps the territory in the light of topography of geographic power. Thus, he defines it as "Central Field" which bears comparison with China (middle kingdom). With the positive understanding of his country, he insisted that Korean indigenous culture and custom are as much advanced as China and was so proud of the moral characters and norms that Korean people had formed so far. Moreover, Jang truly exhibited affection to Korean literature, which had formed through Korean history. Kim Hyu, one of his students, activates Jang's will to preservation of Korean culture. Over twenty years, Kim completed Collected Record of Korean Literatures(haedong munhon ch'ongnok 海東文獻總錄). Actually, he started the preparatory works for compiling them. We should keep in mind that this compilation was completed following Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. It means that he has cultural awareness of preserving Korean literal heritages. Hence, it can be evaluated as the results of the enhancement of national studies. We have seen that He truly highlights realization of humanistic spirit by insisting the practices of moral values. In fact, his mind is linked to genuine affection to Korean territory, culture and literatures. Such affection can be paraphrased as moral awareness of humanity and its practices. In conclusion, his humanistic spirit should be understood as strong belief on universality of human morality. His cultural awareness of homeland and the will to practices should be considered as cultural pride of Korean intellectual traditions rather than following Chinese culture blindly.
