대부분의 직장인은 일터에서 의자에 앉아 하루 종일 모니터와 씨름을 벌인다. 한정되고 혼탁한 공간에서 혹사당하다보니 몸 이곳저곳에서 이상신호를 보내는 건 어찌 보면 당연한 일. 그 중에서도 직장인을 가장 괴롭히는 것 중의 하나가 바로 눈의 피로다. 오염된 실내공기에서 각종 전자파에 이르기까지 일터에서 혹사당하고 있는 뻑뻑하고 따가운 눈. 어떻게 해야할까.

This study investigates the effects of seat-design elements such as seating arrangement, shape, and height on speech privacy in high-speed trains. For the evaluation of speech privacy, acoustic simulation software was used to reproduce room acoustical conditions in passenger cars on the basis of in-situ measurement data. The influences of speech source directivity and source height on privacy distance ($r_P$) were investigated, and it was found that $r_P$ determined using an omni-directional source was relatively shorter than that determined using a directional source. It was also found that $r_P$ decreased when the source height was lower than the height of the seat-back because the seat-back blocked the propagation of speech from the sound source. The effect of seating arrangement was not significant when comparing the vis-a-vis seating and one-side seating arrangements. In addition, among the alternative seat-designs, the seats that block the space between the seats and cover the space near the ear were found to show significantly enhanced speech privacy in high-speed train passenger cars.

일반적으로 재해는 물적인 원인이나, 인적인 원인 또는 두 원인이 함께 작용하여 발생한다. 농업기계관련 재해의 원인은 기계의 성능뿐만 아니라 그 기계가 얼마만큼 인간이 쾌적하고, 안전하게 운전조작을 할 수 있는가에 대한 문제에도 직접적인 원인이 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라에서의 농업기계로 인한 재해실태 조사와 외국선진사례의 분석을 통해 농업기계 작업의 특성을 파악하고, 인간공학 측면에서 농작업 및 농업기계에 대한 분석을 통해 위험요인을 도출하여, 발견된 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다. 또한 현재 농업기계에 의한 재해현황, 농업기계작업에 대한 안전지침, 설계에 대한 인간공학적인 지침 및 농업기계 재해예방을 위한 정책적 개선대안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구는 작업자의 기술 및 상황판단, 시계성, 차체진동 및 의자진동, 의자설계, 캐핀 배치 및 설계, 안전장치 및 보호 장치, 작업환경 등을 농업기계 제조회사가 고려할 수 있도록 하는데 큰 도움을 줄 수 있으며 기계의 인간공학적 개선을 통해 안전한 운전조작을 가능케 하여 농업관련재해의 감소와 재해의 사전예방에도 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to search the possibility to utilize materials in creative designs through examining the relationship between design materials and form by analyzing form by materials in the process of designing. In order to achieve this purpose, the objects to analyze designs were limited to chairs and lighting fixtures, and the period of analysis was also limited on 20th century. In this study, it was understood that changes of design materials and forms characterized by years. The period, when materials were used, was similar by design items, but the forms were different though they were same materials, and the same combinations of materials also changed whole forms. Also, it was found that design materials were affecting the change of forms if it is considered that whenever design materials were characteristically changed, forms were also peculiarly changed. Therefore, the result of this study might be utilized more effectively by design items and by structural elements even in each items, are arranged, connecting them with the trend of design.

In early 20th Century Neo Art Movement and Fuctionalim in Europe effected to create new tendency as Modern Design and technical development through Industrial Revolution offered technical background to realize Modern Design. All these things were basic to establish 1920s and the concept as Modern Design had been established at this time in field of Architecture and design. Thubular-steel Chair which used industrial material based on social andtechnical circumstance came out as an epochal event and which symbolize Modern Design have enlarged their concept with 1920s European Dwelling Space. According to each tendency arrange characteristics as classifying on the society-cultural spatial plastic technical sides multiple dwelling house and tubular-steel chair for low income brackets have characteristic of (1) the pursuit of social functionalism design for public(socity-cultural characteristics) (2) the pursuit of simplicity based on functionalism (plastic charcteristics) (3) the standardization for mass production (technical characteristc). In conclusion the characteristics of tubular-steel chair which correspond with dwelling space in 1920's is presented a type for relation between furniture and space which correspond with formating in the formative period of Modern-design.
