The purpose of this study is to investigate a decision making support system for the effective information management. Decision making theory is reviewed and problems are discussed. A model is suggested through the computing of expected monetary value in decision tree technique. The expected monetary value is computed by 1 inking the probability theory with chance node. The selection of right expected monetary value and expected value of perfect information will make great advance the present system. It is concluded that expected monetary value and expected value of perfect information in decision tree techniques will make great aids to advance information management system.

This paper is to develop the prototype of a decision making for loan granting system at banks and to evaluate the effectiveness of it. The prototype is called at FENET-LG in this paper. The decision to grant a loan is an unstructured and vagueness task because it is required a tremendous amount of data and many complex relationships among them. Evaluating these many data and relationships is a difficult task even for most experienced decision maker of bank. Therefore, where complex judgement is required, the decision maker of bank may benefit from the use of fuzzy expert network to support the evaluation of ability to pay back. Given the characteristics of decision maker of banking facilities judgement task about ability to pay back, the prototype system named FENET-LG is constructed by integration of fuzzy expert system and neural network. The FENET-LG takes advantage of both the deductive approach of fuzzy expert system and the inductive approach of a neural network to provide a decision aid designed to support and facilitate the process of conducting a judgement of ability to pay back.

원예산물은 그 특성상 장기 보관이 어렵고 가격의 변동이 심한 생산품 중에 하나이다. 또한 생산지에서의 출하단가와 소비지에서의 가격차가 심해 생산자들에게 돌아가야 할 부분들이 유통과정에서 소멸되는 특징을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 저장창고를 중심으로 한 원예산물의 출하시기 결정을 위한 의사결정지원시스템을 설계하고 시스템 설계시 요구되는 주요요소들을 정의하고 있다. 또한, 저장창고에서의 출하시기 결정을 위한 정보시스템을 구축하여 그 실용성을 보여주고 있다.

In the microcell or picocell-based system the frequent movements of mobiles bring about excessive traffics into the networks. In this paper we study multi-criteria decision making which can increase estimation accuracy by considering other multiple decision parameters than the received signal strength.

본 연구의 목적은 공공시설물이지만 기피시설물이기 때문에 상당한 갈등을 일으키고 있는 쓰레기 소각장 입지를 선정하는데 있어서 GIS를 기반으로 다기준평가기법을 활용하여 보다 객관적이고 과학적이면서도 유연적인 후보입지를 추출하려는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 입지요인들을 표준화한 후 각 요인들이 갖는 상대적 중요도를 반영하는 가중치를 산출하고 의사결정 규칙을 적용하여 적합도 수준에 따른 후보입자들을 추출하였다. 또한 민감도 분석을 통하여 각 평가기준들에 대해 상이한 가중치를 부여하고 의사결정 규칙방법을 달리 적용하였을 경우 후보입지들의 적합도 순위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 분석된 결과는 의사결정자들이 입지를 결정하는데 필요한 정보를 활용될 수 있으며, 따라서 GIS를 기반으로 하는 다기준 평가기법은 공간적 의사결정 지원시스템으로서으 GIS기능을 증대시킨다고 볼 수 있다.

데이터 베이스에 저장하고 취급하는 자료가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라서, 데이터 베이스 이용자가 필요로 하는 자료를 검색하고 유용한 정보를 획득하는 일은 더욱 더 어려워지고 있다. 이러한 문제들은 데이터에 내재되어 있는 유용한 패턴이나 변수들 간의 관계를 정교한 분석 모형을 찾아내는 데이터 마이닝이란 정보기술로 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 데이터 마이닝 기법들을 알아보고 데이터 마이닝에 의해 만들어진 규칙들을 사용하여 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 분석적인 트리를 구성한다. 제안하는 트리가 어떻게 생성되는지 보이고 생성된 트리를 의사결정지원 시스템에 적용한다. 다양한 관점에서 분석을 요구하는 사용자를 충족시키는 트리를 구성하여 시각적인 효과와 각 계층간의 분석을 할 수 있는 의사결정지원 시스템을 소개한다.

This paper is to build a spatial decision support system designed to solve problems relevant to the decision-making for retail center locations. For construction of the system this paper discusses the primary procedures of spatial modeling and issues of data, which are required for integrating spatial interaction models to GIS having capability of managing, analyzing and visualizing spatial data sets. Lexington, Kentucky, is selected as a case study to implement the spatial decision support system based on the spatial modeling module. This system for retail center locations is useful of estimating the catchment areas more accurately and analyzing resultant flow patterns. And this system can make spatial analysis efficiently for what-if scenarios such as an intended retail center or changing demand. The benefits of adopting this system allow the decision makers to plan the investment strategies and search for stable market structure.

데이터 웨어하우스는 기업의 통합된 데이터의 저장하는 곳이며, 대게는 상당한 규모를 가지고 있다. 또한, 데이터 웨어하우스는 일반적으로 다양한 종류의 데이터를 저장함으로 데이터 웨어하우스에 저장된 데이터는 의사결정 임무에 따라서는 그 질적, 적합성에 차이를 나타내고는 한다. 이러한 데이터 웨어하우스의 특성으로 인해서 때로는 데이터 웨어하우스의 데이터의 효용성이 기업의 의사결정을 지원하는데 있어 제한적일 수 있다. 정보 시스템의 문헌에는 데이터의 질이 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 많이 알려져 있지 않다. 그래서, 본 연구는 contextual data(상황적 데이터)의 질과 업무의 복잡성이 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 탐구해보고자 한다. Contextual data의 질과 업무의 복잡성이 의사결정의 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 웹을 기반으로 하는 데이터 웨어하우스를 이용하는 실험을 실행했다. 연구의 결과는 contextual data의 질이 의사결정의 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 통계적으로 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 의사결정자의 의사결정 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 데이터 웨어하우스의 contextual data의 질을 향상시켜야한다는 것을 제시하고 있다.

본 논문은 소셜 미디어 기반 의사결정 지원 시스템인 '소셜위즈덤'에 포함된 이벤트 템플릿 추출에 대해서 소개한다. 의사결정 지원 시스템은 경제적, 사회적 중요사항을 결정할 수 있도록 관련 정보와 인사이트(Insight)를 제공하는 정보시스템을 이른다. 기존 시스템은 단지 특정 키워드 빈도나 공기하는 키워드들의 관계만을 제공하였다. 그러나, 소셜위즈덤은 이벤트로 정의되는 주체(Subject), 이벤트 속성(Event-Property), 객체(Object)의 트리플(Triple) 집합인 템플릿을 추출하여 이를 기반으로 이벤트 정보를 함께 제공한다. 템플릿 추출은 고정밀 언어분석의 관계추출 기술과 온톨로지에 기반한 템플릿 제약 및 필터링 규칙을 이용하였다. 수작업으로 구축한 평가데이터로 평가한 결과, 템플릿 추출 성능(F-Score)은 뉴스 0.544, 블로그 0.3386, 트위터 0.3251이고 전체 통합 성능은 0.4648이었다. 필터링 성능(Accuracy)은 뉴스 0.7257, 블로그 0.6122, 트위터 0.6207이고 전체 통합 성능은 0.722이었다.

본 연구는 통합의사결정지원시스템을 위한 3-단계 모델과 이를 사용자가 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 웹 기반의 전산 프로그램을 개발하고 응용 사례를 들어 보았다. 의사결정문제의 대안 선정, 대안을 평가시스템 및 여러 평가 위원들의 평가 결과를 종합하는 문제들을 포함하였으며 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법과 Fuzzy AHP방법을 활용하여 평가구조 평가인자 구성 및 각 가중치 등 개관적인 방법을 사용하였다. 이러한 3단계의 통합의사 결정방법은 1) Brain storming 단계서 대안 및 평가구조를 도출하고, 2) AHP 및 Fuzzy-AHP 방법으로 각 대안을 평가하여 의사 결정의 기반을 삼으며, 3) 여러 평가자들의 평가 결과를 합리적으로 통합하여 최선의 대안을 도출하는 방법이다.
