The high commitment of a revenue officer makes to raise efficiency, can be directly related to task result and validity. The fundamental process through trust in superior, consisting the core of tax execution, needs to be studied significantly. This study is proposed to verify the practical influence of trust in superior with respect to productivity, participation in decision-making, and concentration. These factors are important prerequisites with respect to task processing of a tax revenue officer. As the result of analysis, the more trust in superior effects on the statue of productivity, participation in decision-making and concentration. It is the proof that the trust in superior procedure contributes in the aspects of productivity, participation in decision-making and concentration through the process of encouraging organizational validity.

This study investigated the correlation between the participation in health-related decisions and self-care competency and the factors influencing self-care competence of patients with chronic disease. The participants were 518 patients with chronic illnesses who were admitted to a public health center. Using a structured-questionnaire, the data was collected from January 1, 2019 to 31, 2019. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé tests, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The mean scores on the participation in health-related decisions and self-care competency were 3.62±0.20 and 4.57±0.34, respectively. The main variables that distinguish significant differences between participation in healthcare decisions and self-care capabilities are gender, age, education level, diagnosis, and subjective health status. Self-care competency was positively correlated with the participation in health-related decisions (r=.66, p=.043). Factors influencing self-care competence were education (β=-2.23, p<.001), health concerns (β=0.14, p=.003), subjective health statues (β=2.57, p=.011), and age (β=-0.36, p=.048). The input variables explained .56 of self-care competence. The results of the study indicate that approaches focusing on enhancing the participation in health-related decisions could potentially improve self-care competency of patients with chronic disease.

경영환경과 조직의 분사화의 정도가 증가함에 따라서 의사결정지원시스템 (Decision Support System)에 있어서도 분산화 된 시스템의 요구가 증가되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 분산화 된 환경인 네트웍을 기반으로 하는 의사결정지원시스템을 대상 으로 사용자간의 정보공유와 사용자의 참여의 효과적인 관리를 위한 기능적 설계를 제시한 다. 정보의 공유는 의사결정지원시스템과 그룹의사결정지원시스템을 차별화 하는 가장 큰 특징이다. 이러한 정보의 공유는 과업을 수행하는 그룹단위(WorkGroup)로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하며, 그룹의 구성원들간의 의사소통과 정보를 저장하는 자료저장소(Data Warehouse)와 서버(Server)의 구축, 보다 사용하기 쉬운 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스 (Graphic User Interface)를 포함하는 전자우편(Electronic Mail), 의사결정에 참여한 사용자 에게 의사결정결과에 대한 구체적인 피드백(Feedback)을 제공할 수 있는 시스템의 구축과 같은 방법을 통해서 보다 효과적인 관리가 이루어질 수 있게 된다. 사용자의 관리는 의사결 정지원시스템이 효과를 결정하는데 중요한 요소의 하나로써 보다 많은 참여는 그륩시너지효 과(Group Synergy Effect)를 가능하게 한다. 또한 완전한 익명성(Anonymity)의 확보는 기존 의 물리적인 제한을 가진 의사결정실 GDSS의 불완전한 익명성을 충분히 대체할 수 있을 것이다. 의사결정과정의 지원에 있어서도 사용자에게 회의의 기록을 자동적으로 제공하는 것과 병행하여 회의 중에 자신이 기록해야 할 사항을 추가적으로 기록할 수 있는 모듈 (Module)을 제공하는 것이 보다 효과적일 것이다. 물론 이러한 모듈은 앞서 언급한 정보의 공유의 관점에서 본다면 참여자 자신의 피드백에 도움을 주며, 또한 유사한 수준의 다른 참 여자에게 있어서 문제에 대한 인식을 다른 사용자와의 비교를 통하여 일정수준으로 동질화 시킬 수 있게 된다.

This paper intends to investigate the present conditions of and try to develop the programs to activate the public officials participation in Korean government. The results of this research show us that most of the public officials are now recognizing the importance of the practical participation in the decision making process of their ministries. In order to attain the participation, before anything else, the minister's(or CEO's) strong will and efforts are most important factor. Ana, from the institutional perspective, it is necessary to reshuffle the various kinds of the administrative systems, especially the public of facials appointment systems.

국토기본법과 국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률은 국토의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 정책 및 계획을 규정하고 있다. 이를 효율적으로 달성하기 위한 수단으로GIS를 기반으로 공간의사결정 지원체계 구축에 대한 수요가 높아지고 있다. 이는 그 동안 행정업무를 위한 자료관리 중심의 정보화에서 공간자료분석을 기반으로 한 정보화에 대한 새로운 수요라고 할 수도 있다. 그러나 국토공간계획을 지원하기 위한 의사결정지원체계를 성공적으로 구축하기 위해 해결해야 할 많은 과제들이 있다. 본 연구는 국토공간계획을 위한 의사결정지원체계를 구축하는데 장애가 되는 과제를 파악하고, 해결방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 전문가를 대상으로 한 델파이 조사를 실시했다. 본 연구는 공간의사결정지원체계의 설계 및 개발에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 중심으로 research questions를 가지고 접근했다. 시스템 설계 관점에서 처리결과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 입력되는 자료와 지식, 분석처리하는 방법, 인터페이스 등을 중심으로 research question을 설정했다. 시스템 개발과 관련하여 개발도구 확보, 이해관계자 참여 방안, 시스템의 지속성 확보 등을 중심으로 research questions를 설정했다. 마지막은 향후 공간의사결정 지원체계의 연구 및 개발을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 파트너쉽에 대한 research question이다. 지금까지 국내에서 공간의사결정지원체계 구축과 관련해 기초적인 이론이나 방법론에 대한 연구가 미흡했다. 대부분 외국의 연구 및 개발사례를 소개하는 수준에 불과하다. 특히 공간의사결정지원체계를 구축하거나 운용하는 기반기술인 개발도구에 대한 기술수준이 상당히 미흡하다. 조사결과에서 공개소프트웨어 도입에 대한 필요성 강조가 이를 반증하고 있다. 또한 시민사회의 성숙, 다양한 사회단체 출현 등으로 국토공간계획 과정에 이해관계자 참여정도가 질적 양적으로 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 이에 대응하기 위한 기술, 기법 등에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡하고 단편적으로 관련 기술을 소개하는 정도이다. 국토공간계획 및 정책과 관련한 다양한 문제해결을 위한 공간의사결정지원체계를 구축하기 위해서 장기간에 걸긴 단계적 접근이 필요하다. 국토공간계획은 우리나라만의 자연 환경 및 인문환경의 특성이 반영되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 우리의 개발방법론, 우리의 기술이 개발되어야 하며, 이를 체계적으로 구현할 수 있는 협력체계 구축이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내의 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도를 증가시키는 요소와 실제 시스템의 사용 만족도를 증가시키는 요소를 발견하여 이러한 요소들 사이의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적인 문헌조사와 심층 면접의 예비 조사를 통해 설문지를 구성하고 기업의사결정자를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 세가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 고객, 제품 경쟁자 등의 의사결정환경의 역동성으로 대표되는 환경요인, 조직규모, 최고경영자의 지원, 인센티브 도입정도 등으로 대표되는 조직요인, 마케팅부서의 독립성, 장기적 마케팅 전략수립정도, 마케팅 스탭수 등으로 대표되는 직무요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 하부시스템의 개발정도, 개발형태, 개발참여로 대표되는 실행요인과 사용정보의 양, 고려하는 차원의 수, 정보시스템의 관여도 등으로 대표되는 사용자 행위요인과 시스템의 정교함과 유연성으로 대표되는 시스템만족요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소와 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자들의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소는 본질적으로 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들 중에서 실행요인이나, 시스템만족요인, 사용자 행위요인의 매개적인 역할이 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 각각 다른 영향을 미치고 있기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구는 아파트의 재건축이 거주민의 생활공간을 재창출할 수 있는 구체적 실현과정이라는 관점에서 이미 재건축이 결정되어 있는 아파트 단지의 주민을 대상으로 주민참여 및 의사반영에 대한 인식정도를 규명하고자 한 것으로서 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 구 있었다. 재건축 과정을 체험한 아파트 실 거주민의 주민참여에 대한 열망과 참여범위에 대한 폭이 상당히 크고 넓지만 주민참여를 구체적으로 실현시킬 수 있는 의사반영의 장이 다양하지 못하며, 주민참여를 통한 의사반영에 대해 '아파트 규모'와 '보상 또는 납부금액'등에 대해 서로 상반된 인식을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주민참여 방법에 대해서는 주민모두의 동참이 필요할 뿐 아니라 상당부분 행정의 개입이 필요하다고 여기고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로는 재건축과정에서 보다 다양한 주민참여의 방법을 개발하고 그 참여의 폭을 넓힐 수 있는 새로운 방안의 모색이 필요하며, 이에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 필요하다고 여겨진다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the type of curriculum implementation and the level of teachers´ participation in the decision making process and their satisfaction related to the Technology and Home Economics, in middle school. The survey data were collected by mail from 284 $\ulcorner$Technology and Home Economics$\lrcorner$teachers for the first graders in middle school from July to August. 2001. The results showed that $\ulcorner$Technology and Home Economics$\lrcorner$ were mainly taught by Home Economics teachers alone. The teachers teaching whole subject alone were more anxious about lacks of facilities and confidence of students and parents as well as lacks of skills and knowledge of the non-major part. and student´s interest in the subject than team teaching teachers were. The team teaching teachers were more likely to be participated in the process of deciding curriculum implementation types and to be satisfied with the type of curriculum implementation. The satisfaction with curriculum implementation was mainly affected by the Participation in the decision making process as well as the type of curriculum implementation.

This study aims to identify the moderating effect of patient activation in relation between trust in healthcare professionals and shared decision making in patients with diabetes mellitus. The participants were 186 patients who received treatment for diabetes at the department of endocrinology in the tertiary hospital located in Daejeon and consented to participate in our survey. The results of this study were a significant interaction between trust in healthcare professionals(β=0.32, p=.045) and patient activation(β=0.32, p=.024) was associated with shared decision making. The patient activation had a moderating effect between trust in healthcare professionals and shared decision making in patients with diabetes mellitus(β=0.25, p=.019). Therefore, it is necessary to assess trust in healthcare professionals to improve negative awareness of healthcare professionals and strengthen trust in them. In addition, to promote participation in shared decision making, it is necessary to develop a convergent program to focus patient activation.
