Effect of Higher Frequency of Pulse Current on Copper Microstructure (고주파수 펄스 전류가 구리 미세조직에 미치는 영향)

  • 금속의 기계적 강화방법인 결정립미세화의 일종으로 미세한 쌍정을 도입하여 기계적강도를 향상시키면서 전기전도도는 감소시키지 않는 방안으로 nanotwin 구조의 Cu가 보고되고 있다. Nanotwin 구조는 FCC결정구조에서 특정 결정면을 [(111) mirror plane]을 기준으로 정합계면을 유지하면서 원자층의 배열이 역전되는 구조가 수~수십나노 수준의 간격으로 이뤄진 미세조직을 의미한다. 전해도금법을 이용한 nanotwin Cu의 형성방법으로는 pulse 파형을 사용하는데, pulse파형의 on time동안의 높은 전류밀도로 인해 발생한 도금층의 stress가 off time동안에 release되면서 nanotwin구조가 형성되는 것으로 보고되고 있다. Nanotwin형성 조건으로 보고된 pulse 도금 조건은 수에서 수십밀리초의 on time에 duty cycle($t_{on}/(t_{off}+t_{on})$)이 1/100~1/10 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 전기이중층의 이온고갈에 필요한 회복시간인 수에서 수십 밀리초 보다 짧은 시간인 마이크로 초($1{\mu}s$, $10{\mu}s$$100{\mu}s$)의 pulse 전류를 인가하였을 때에 발생하는 구리 도금층의 미세조직의 변화에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

  • This study examined the ambiguous using the terminology of statistics at mathematics textbook of highschool in Korea and proposed the correct using of sampling error and sampling distribution of sample mean with consistency. And this paper proposed that the concept of error have to teach in context of sampling action in school mathematics.

  • We are surrounded by so many images these days. These images have their own meanings and have an effect on our subject, whether consciously or unconsciously. Michel Foucault disclosed that upon closer examination the rationalism deeply rooted in Western society was not made autonomously but involuntarily by heteronomous power. Because the emotion of image within this relationship can be effectively conveyed just through its being seen, the image has been used for controlling and mustering people through the adjustment of its meaning by power. With the advance of technology and media of today, the image in this visual power is out of the object for reproduction, and then forms a new paradigm of manipulation, transformation and reproduction and is being changed to the formation of Panopticon power and its corresponding relationship.

  • Objective : This study was performed to understand about the concept of Meridian muscle which is the method explaining the muscular system in the Oriental Medicine. Methods : To reveal the concept and the course of formation of Meridian muscle, we have compared the route and symptoms of meridian muscle with the Meridian route and Symptoms of <>, <> and <>. Results & Conclusion : 1. The concept of "Keun(筋)" reported in the <> include muscle, tendon, superficial vein and nerve. and in the <>, it means muscle and tendon. 2. The route of the Meridian muscle is facing toward the heart or head from the limbs, and the symptoms is mostly muscle spasm or pain according to the route, therefore the symptoms of the Meridian muscle are similar to the meridian symptoms of <>. 3. The twelve-Meridian muscle had been made by classifying the whole muscle into twelve sections with making reference to the Meridian system.

The Anaphoric Theory of Reference and Objections Against It (지칭의 대용어 이론과 이에 대한 비판들)

  • Brandom upholds the anaphoric theory of reference. On this theory, reference is a relation of anaphoric dependence between linguistic items rather than a substantial relation between linguistic items and non-linguistic objects. In addition, 'refers' is a pronoun-forming operator, which is used to form anaphorically indirect descriptions such as 'the one referred to as "Leibniz"'. Recently, Arbid $B{\aa}ve$ raises three objections against this theory. First, the anaphoric theory distinguishes between ordinary descriptions and anaphorically indirect descriptions in terms of iterability. But this condition is not an adequate ground for asserting that anaphorically indirect descriptions form a distinctive semantic category. Second, sentences containing a pronoun such as 'he' and sentences containing an anaphorically indirect description such as 'the one referred to as "Leibniz"' have different modal statuses. Consequently, indirect descriptions are semantically different from paradigmatic anaphors. Third, on the anaphoric theory, expressions of the form 'a' and the corresponding indirect descriptions of the form 'the one referred to as "a"' are intersubstitutable. But we can make an equivalent claim by using the more general semantic concepts such as equivalence and intersubstitutability, instead of using notions such as 'anaphor' and 'antecedent'. So the anaphoric theory is explanatorily idle. In this paper I argue that these objections do not pose a serious problem for the anaphoric theory of reference. I argue thereby that the anaphoric theory of reference is a promising theory which provides us with the right understanding of the expression 'refers'.

  • This study tried to understand the meaning of resource attraction, entertainment experience, love mark, and attachment of tourist destinations. A theoretical study was conducted on each research concept to achieve the proposed research purpose. Based on this, an empirical study was conducted after deriving a questionnaire based on this, and a non-face-to-face survey was conducted nationwide using population-proportional sampling. The empirical study was confirmed through the statistical programs SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0. The resource attractiveness of the tourist destination had a positive (+) relationship with the influence on the tourists' experience. The relationship between the experience and the love mark had a positive (+) relationship. A positive (+) relationship was also formed in the relationship between experience and attachment. However, the relationship between love mark and attachment did not form a significant relationship.Because it reflects regional characteristics, it is a useful material for local culture and history, so protection, preservation, and active program development are required. is needed.

  • In modern society, there exists a growing tendency that the product image, rather than the substance of the product, is given more and more emphasis. In other words, consumers tend to purchase a product whose brand image coincides with their self image. Today, it is one of the essential factors for marketing strategy of a modern enterprise to have brand image perceived by consumer self-image. The image, by affecting the perception of consumers, explains the reason why some consumers choose one brand out of many brands that are available to them. Furthermore, brand-image perceived by consumers becomes more important factor in improving the company's market share. For this research, we investigated the theoretical background based on previous studies and collected statistical data through a market survey. The results of the actual research indicate that the attributes of the images differ notably depending upon demographic attributes; that the brand image judged by a customer is positively correlated to the customer's self image; and that the regression analysis of the purchase intention in accordance with coincidence of independent variables proved to be insignificant. But the correlation analysis of the variables shows that the sensuous image of a perceived brand image product notable differences in the purchase intention. Most of Consumers tend to prefer certain brand of causal wears in accordance with their cognized brand-image and self-image: social self-image and actual self-image. Corporate must not spare any effort to establish differential advantage. through better image or changing image. Also marketers have to identify the strengths and weakness of their brand in relation to the competition in setting up their brand management strategy. In conclusion, the outcomes of the study suggest that the consumers purchase the images of the brands, rather than the products themselves. Accordingly, in the clothes markets with similar quality levels, the emphasis should be put on differentiation of the brand images in order to further increase sales and maximize profits.

  • The concept of 'Picturing' is beyond the 'Illusion' of traditional art in the Digital Media era. It is a 'Suffering' of the 'Re-appearance' that is masquerade the 'Actual' as a 'Digital Apparition.' This study aims to concern the point of view on the above subject; the 'Picturing' through the analysis of communication problems in the digital era. To begin with, need to define the concept of 'Picturing' and how it is expected to have a role through the accessibility of medium use, intervention by body and images. Also, I suggest a new approach to 'Picturing' as a new mutual communication method. Body, Digital media, and Image. These three principles of 'Picturing' create huge benefits to our world/nature whether we want it or not. It seems to become more and more of powerful self-replicating organism. We have to be aware what sort of images are surrounding us and how transmitting it to where in/on our body via newest sophisticated media we use. 'Picturing' is an invasion of ordinary, no longer exists pleasure for body, no longer speaks intension of its next destination. It strongly self-grows and also controls us in the name of Digital media era. However, 'Picturing' is a mode of re-imaging activity and also suggestion of re-appearance practice.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze character of animation, , on the basis of Greimas' semiotic theory. Animation consists of activities between characters shown in narrative. The characters' activities show their value system and meaning. Hierarchical value system is created in the process that unrevealed, latent value is generated and character's thought and activity enlarge their meanings by creating various relationships with other character. Form this viewpoint, the study tried to analyze systematic characteristic shown in animation character and meaning structure shown in correlation through Greimas' model actant and semiotic square model.

  • This study aims to identify the media agenda and to compare each media agenda by media and by time period, analyzing the news about 2019 Gangwon-do's wild fire reported by 37 Korean news media. Using the topic modeling algorithm and semantic network analysis, this study inspected the configuration of the network media agenda and examined the intermedia agenda setting effect by using QAP correlation analysis. Results showed that the sensational media agenda with the attributes such as victim aid and political conflict and the similarity of each media agenda for this disaster reporting.
