This study is meaningful by offering basic data that is able to enhance satisfaction with the use of medical services by the qualified recipients of medical aid and to promote health consistently while looking into their satisfaction with the use of medical services, using independent variables for the period after the introduction of the selected medical center system. The study period from August 16, 2013 was 23 August, In conclusion, with a view to enhancing satisfaction with the use of medical services by qualified recipients of medical aid after the execution of the selected medical center system, it is most important to identify with greater sufficiency and accuracy the effect of medical services by qualified recipients of medical services and any unsatisfied desire for medical services. Also, in pursuit of the use of appropriate medical services, there is a need to prepare active cooperation between medical centers and various political alternatives of the government for the effective discovery of accessibility to medical services, overcome inefficiencies in administrative procedures, establish a reasonable medical service delivery system with the guarantee of appropriate medical treatment, and improve health management.

Healthcare approach in Western medicine and Korean Traditional Medicine (KTM) varies from its nature of human understanding and cultural differences. This fundamental difference in their approach of the human pathology has dualised and hindered common medical communication between the two fields of medicines. Within this current difficulty, the integrative medical service is said to become a novel method to provide the patients with the best medical care as their intent is to adapt and combine the advantages stated from the two different fields. This research paper shows the integrative approach of treating jaundice, where the symptoms of dampness and heat on Korean traditional standards are analyzed using statistical methods based on monitoring the blood test results. Therefore, we can explore an approach to diagnose and treat with comprehensive and integrative medicine algorithm.

본고(本稿)에서는 최근 달성된 전국민의료보험(全國民醫療保險)(NHI)의 재원조달방식(財源調達方式)을 개관한 다음 소득재분배관점(所得再分配觀點)에서 이론적(理論的), 실증적(實證的) 분석(分析)을 행하고자 한다. 의료보험(醫療保險)은 주로 건강한 사람으로 부터 병든 사람으로 의료(醫療)의 수평적(水平的) 재분배기능(再分配機能)을 행하나 결과적으로 수직적(垂直的) 재분배(再分配)에도 영향을 주게 된다. 형평(衡平)과 관련하여 모든 국민(國民)들에게 필요한 최저수준(最低水準)의 의료이용(醫療利用)을 보장한다든가 의료이용(醫療利用)에 따른 경제적(經濟的) 부담(負擔)을 균등하게 한다든가 하는 제기준(諸基準)의 선택은 결국 우리 사회(社會)가 내려야 할 가치판단(價値判斷)의 문제일 것이나 우리의 여건에 비추어 전자(前者)를 기조(基調)로 하되 후자(後者)를 지향하는 접근방식이 바람직하고 평가된다. 실증분석(實證分析)의 결과는 비록 작은 크기이기는 하나 어느 정도 재분배효과(再分配效果)를 보여주었으나 프로그램간 급여(給與)와 보험료부담(保險料負擔)의 측면에서 격차가 벌어지고 있는 실정이어서 NHI 재정통합(財政統合)이라는 장기목표(長期目標) 아래 소득연계적(所得連繫的)인 보험료부담(保險料負擔) 및 급여체계(給與體系)를 단계적으로 확립해 나가되 우선은 의료보호(醫療保護)부터 이 방안(方案)을 실천에 옮기도록 권고한다.

The domestic medical device industry compared by advanced nations continues a quick growth, also the level of technique is gradually improving. However, the high import percentage, low investment, shortage of professional manpower and etc. are remained as weaknesses in the competitive circumstance. In this paper I researched world medical device market and industry, and tried to find the development plan of the domestic medical device. The approach could be in mid-long term rather than short-term, The institutional improvement and support of the government, the production complex, the market segmentation and overseas marketing reinforcement and etc. are necessary for export expansion plan.

오늘날 원격 환경의 진료시스템이 개발되고 있는데, 이들 시스템은 미래의 원격진료 즉, 병원에 직접가지 않고 집에서 바로 혈압, 심박수 등을 검사 받을 수 있는 시스템 개발의 기본이 되고 있다. 그리고 정보통신의 발전으로 모바일 PC 즉, 개인 휴대용 단말기(PDA:Personal Digital Assistants)가 의료 분야에서 PC를 대체하여 이동성, 편리성을 제공하는 전자 차트를 선보이고 있다. 그러나 PDA는 작은 몸체로 이동성 및 편리성 등이 PC보다 뛰어나지만, 해상도가 큰 이미지, 높은 처리 속도를 요구하는 작업 등을 처리하기에는 효율성이 낮은 문제점이 있다. 또한 정보를 공유 할 수 있는 데이터를 무선 환경으로 처리 해야 하기 때문에 환자와 관련된 의료 영상 즉, MRI 사진이나 X-ray 사진 등을 의료 환경에 이용 하는 데는 보안 의 문제점을 가지고 있다 따라서 본 논문에서는 매우 빠르게 발전하고 있는 진단과 치료기술을 이러한 의료를 필요로 하는 사람들에게 제공하는 접근성의 보장 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 무선 환경의 PACS의료 인증시스템을 제안 하고자 한다.

한국 의료 기술은 눈부신 발전과 더불어 국제적인 위상의 향상에 따라 선진 의료 기술과 어깨를 나란히 하며 현재에도 계속 성장하고 있다. 선진 의료 기술은 영어를 기반으로 이루고 있으며, 한국 의료 기술은 높은 수준에 비하여 언어가 다른 국가의 환자에게는 다소 접근성이 낮다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현지인 환자와 의료진과 국내외 의료진의 협업 효율성 향상을 목적으로 병원 정보 시스템의 제공된 언어 기반을 분석하고 개선 사항과 발전 방향을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 모바일 서비스에 대한 정보접근성의 개선을 위하여 개인 의료정보와 최근 각광받고 있는 공간정보 서비스를 활용하여 개인 의료정보를 이용한 지능형 공간정보 서비스 제공 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안한 시스템은 공간 서비스 제공 서버와 식이조절, 맞춤검색, 의료지원 서비스를 제공하는 서버로 구성되어 있으며, 개인 의료정보 보호를 위한 보안시스템을 사용한다. 본 논문은 모바일 서비스를 사용하는 모든 사용자에게 있어서 정당한 편의를 제공하는 것을 주된 목적으로 한다.

의료정보시스템에서 처리하는 데이터 크기가 급속하게 늘어남에 따라 대용량 데이터 처리에 대한 필요성이 갈수록 증가되고 있다. 최근 몇 년 동안 의료정보시스템을 구성하는 요소 중 디스크의 성능 향상 및 발전 속도가 중앙처리장치에 비해 둔화되고 있으며, 이와 같은 성능차이로 인해 디스크 장치가 시스템의 병목지역이 되어 전체 성능을 저하시키는 주된 요인이 되고 있다. 의료정보시스템은 주로 관계형 데이터베이스를 이용하여 저장하기 때문에 서버의 데이터 접근 처리방식과 I/O에 대한 부분이 성능을 크게 좌우한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 의료정보시스템의 특성에 따른 하드웨어 RAID 디스크 구성 최적화 방안을 알아봄으로써 본 논문의 연구 결과가 시스템 구성 초기에 최적화된 I/O 를 위한 구성정보로 활용될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 의료기관내 이기종 시스템(OCS, PACS, EMR 등) 및 외부 기관(타 의료기관, 정부기관 등)과의 원활한 의료정보 공유를 위한 Framework을 제시하고자 한다. 의료기관 내/외부의 이질적인 Legacy System 간의 자료 교환을 위하여 현재 범용적으로 사용되는 HL7 Messaging standards를 기반으로 정보를 생성 공유하게 한다. 또한, HL7 Message 생성시 표현기법이 다른 데이터들을 HL7 표준에 해당하는 데이터로 자동 변환시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 이렇게 모인 의료정보를 다기종 Platform(PC, Mobile phone 등)에서 효율적인 접근을 위한 모델도 함께 제시한다.
