The Intention Perspective Taking and Cognitive Cuing of Korea Infants (유아의 의도조망과 인지적 단서활용)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate (1) intention perspective taking, (2) cognitive cuing according to infant age, cue type, and emotional-situation fit, and (3) the relationship between a child's intention perspective taking and cognitive cuing. The subjects were 2 groups of 41 infants each aged 3- and S-years-old from two different day-care centers in Seoul and Kyonggi province. Each child was individually interviewed with pictorial tasks. There were significant differences in the children's intention perspective taking according to their age, type of intention, and intention-outcome fit. There were also significant differences in the children's cognitive cuing according to their age, cue type, and emotional-situation fit. A relationship between the intention perspective taking and cognitive cuing was also revealed that is, the thinking and application responses of cognitive cuing were positively related to the children's intention perspective taking.

  • 전자상거래의 급속한 발전 속에서 기업들은 세계적 시장에서 경쟁력을 지니기 위해 전자상거래를 이용하여 상품판매, 서비스 제공, 고객과 소통하고자 한다. 그러나, 기존의 연구들은 TAM 모형을 통한 상호관계나 선행관계에만 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 좀 더 확장한 모형이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 상품정보와 서비스 제공수준은 소비자 행동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이지만 연구가 충분치 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 상품정보제공수준과 서비스제공수준에 따른 소비자 태도 차이를 조망하고자 한다. 둘째, 기존에 연구가 미약하였던 상품정보제공수준 및 서비스제공수준과 기존에 인지된 가치, 인지된 위험, 구매의도와 구전의도간의 상호인과관계를 조망하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상품정보제공수준과 서비스제공수준에 따라 소비자 태도 차이에는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 상품정보제공수준과 서비스제공수준에 따라 소비자들이 인지된 가치, 인지된 위험, 구매의도, 구전효과에는 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 변수들간에 상호인과관계와 선행관계가 존재하였다. 상품정보제공수준과 서비스 제공수준은 인지된 가치와 인지된 위험에 각각 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 뿐만 아니라, 인지된 가치는 인지된 위험, 구매의도, 구전효과에, 인지된 위험은 구매의도와 구전효과에 직접적인 영향을 나타내었다.

3- and 4-Year-Old Children's Understanding of the Theory of Mind : False Belief, Perspective Taking, and Intention (3세와 4세 유아의 마음에 대한 이해 : 틀린 믿음, 조망 수용, 의도를 중심으로)

  • The present study applied the research of Endres(2003) to investigate understandings of theory of mind by 3- and 4-year-olds based on false belief, perspective taking, and intention. Participants were 86 3- and 96 4-year-old children in three kindergartens. Individual interviews were conducted for each task. Results showed that 4-year-olds scored higher than 3-year-olds on all three variables. Both 3- and 4-year-olds scored highest on perspective taking and lowest on intention. These results suggest that children's understandings of the theory of mind are still developing between 3 and 4 years of age and that their understanding of intention develops more slowly than false belief and perspective taking.

Factors that Influence the Turnover Intention of the Nurses of Small and Medium-sized Hospitals (중소병원 간호사의 이직의도 영향요인)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 이직의도에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구를 수행함으로써 중소병원 간호사의 이직 현상을 이해하는데 포괄적 조망을 제공하기 위함이다. 의료기관 종사자중 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사 210명을 대상으로 자가 보고식 설문조사법을 이용하여 조사하였고, 5점 리커르트 척도를 이용하여 이직의도, 내부마케팅 인지, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 스트레스를 측정하였다. 도구의 분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, correlation, Regression분석을 실시하였다. 이직의도와 독립변수간 상관계수는 내부마케팅인지, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 스트레스였고 모든 변수들은 유의하였다. 또한, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 조직몰입, 스트레스 순으로 나타났으며 설명력은 64.3%였다. 본 연구결과, 중소병원 간호사의 조직몰입 정도가 높아지고 스트레스 정도가 낮아지면 이직의도가 낮아 질것이라고 예측 가능하므로 의료기관내 이직관리의 필요성을 제기하였다. 중소병원 간호사의 이직의도를 낮추기 위해 간호사의 스트레스를 줄이고, 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위한 중재 방안 도입이 요구된다.

  • 메타분석은 여러 실증연구의 정량적인 결과를 통합과 분석을 통해 전체 결과를 조망할 수 있는 기회를 제공함과 분석들의 분석을 한다는 의미로 사용된다. 기술수용모델은 경영정보시스템 분야에서 여러 가지 주제로 다루어지고 있다. 최근 정보시스템과 정보통신 분야에 가장 큰 이슈는 Smart이다. 이러한 시점에 기술수용모델을 기반으로 스마트폰 사용자들의 행동의도에 관한 연구들을 문헌분석과 메타분석 실시하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 선행연구와 비교분석을 통해 차이점을 논의 하였다.

A Meta-analysis of Relationship between Perceived Value, Risk and Behavioral Intention on E-commerce (전자상거래 연구에서 인지된 가치, 위험 및 행위의도 관계에 대한 메타분석)

  • A Meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. Recently, the convergence of knowledge-based society and information telecommunication technologies has a rapid impact on politics, economics and various fields. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between perceived value, risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 25 research papers that established causal relationships in between perceived value, risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce published in Korean academic journals during 2000 and 2014. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the effect size in the path from the perceived value to the behavioral intention with the effect size 0.508. Also, it showed that the effect size in the path from perceived value to the behavioral intention with the effect size -0.251. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

  • Recently, the convergence of knowledge based society and information telecommunication technologies has a rapid impact on politics, economics and various fields. Meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. Meta-analysis, can see the direction and size of the relationship between variables using the concept of the effect size. The factor determining behavioral intention of consumer in e-commerce can say that critically dependent variable. In a predictive factor determining behavioral intention is typical that perceived value and perceived risk. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between perceived value, perceived risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 33 research papers that established causal relationships in between perceived value, risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce published in Korea academic journals during 2000 and 2016. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the effect size in the path from the perceived value to the behavioral intention with the effect size (r = .526), listed an explanatory power of 28%. In addition, it showed that the effect size in the path from perceived risk to the behavioral intention with the effect size (r = -.220), listed a negative explanatory power of 5%. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

Effects of Violent PC-Games and Aggressive Personality on Aggressive Behavior and Aggressive Intention (폭력적 PC게임의 경험과 공격적 성격특성이 공격행동과 공격의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study verified the effects of violent PC games and aggressive personality on aggressive behavior and aggressive intention as predicted by GAM in Anderson and Bushman (2002), and a correlational study and experimental research were carried out to corroborate a differences of the effects of the two variables according to the developmental levels. The correlational study showed that aggressive personality was an explanatory variable for aggressive behavior; however, exposure to violent PC games was not a significant factor, contrary to the predictions by GAM. It has been clarified that the effects of the two variables influenced aggressive behavior in a different way according to the developmental levels. Further, no positive relation existed between repetitive (chronic) violent PC game plays and aggressive personality. The experimental research analyzed the differences of aggressive intention in each of the experimental conditions designed with a 2(PC games types: violent vs. non-violent) x 2(aggressive personality: high vs. low) x 2 (developmental levels: middle school boys and college students) between-subjects factorial design. As a result, violent PC games had an effect on aggressive intention for the middle school boy group, while it was supported that aggressive personality had an effect on aggressive intention for both middle school and college students. Noticeably, the primary hypothesis in the study has been supported that the effects of violent PC games and aggressive personality on aggressive intention vary according to different age groups. In conclusion, the effects of violent PC games and aggressive personality as predicted by GAM have been confirmed in parts; however, future studies on GAM must be necessarily supplemented with the developmental perspectives, as it has been ascertained that the effects of the variables vary according to the developmental levels.

A Meta-analysis on the Behavioral Intention for Information Technology in Korea (우리나라 정보기술의 행위의도에 관한 메타분석)

  • A Meta-analysis is a statistical literature synthesis method that provides the opportunity to view the research context by combining and analyzing the quantitative results of many empirical studies. We conducted a Meta-analysis research on the behavioral intention of information technology based on the theory of planned behavior. This study was targeted a total of 36 research papers that are setting up the causal relationship in the theory of planned behavior among the research papers published in domestic academic journals before 2013. The result of the Meta-analysis, showed that the effect size was 0.571 in the path from attitude toward behavior to behavioral intention, it showed that the effect size was 0.381 in the path from subjective norm to behavioral intention. And, it showed that the effect size was 0.481 in the path from perceived behavioral control to behavioral Intention. Also, it showed that the effect size was 0.421 in the path from behavioral Intention to behavior.
