A study on the Relationships among Coaching leadership, Directive leadership, Self-efficacy and Cohesion - Focused on the Marine Corps Soldiers - (코칭 및 지시적 리더십, 자기 효능감과 응집력간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 해병대 소대원을 중심으로 -)

  • This study a Empirical research to examine the relationships among Coaching leadership, Directive leadership, Self-Efficacy and Cohesion, On the focus of Marine Corps Soldiers. The data was collected from 370 Soldiers located at Pohang, January 18 to 25, 2016. Descriptive statistics, frequency, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test, and Pearson correlation analysis were performed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. In Cohesiveness, there were significants differences in Age, Branch of Service and Rank. As the result of Pearson' correlation, the relationships between leadership style, Self-efficacy and Cohesion were positive significants. The implications of these findings for effective leradership of Platoon Leader and future research on develop leradership program and curriculum were then discussed.

Effect of Security Manager's Servant Leadership on the Cohesion and Organization Outcome (시큐리티 관리자의 서번트 리더십이 응집력 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact on cohesiveness and organizational performance of the servant leadership of the security manager. The subjects of study selected final 287 persons by using the systematic random sampling for security companies in Seoul in 2009. However, the number of cases used in the final analysis is 256 persons. Reliability of the questionnaire used in this study showed that the value of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was above 0.796. The collected data used the methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis etc. by using SPSSWIN 17.0. The conclusions are as follows. First, servant leadership has a positive impact on cohesiveness. Second, one of the factors of servant leadership, trust, has a positive impact on organizational performance. Third, individual, social cohesiveness and group cohesiveness among the factors of cohesiveness have a positive impact on organizational performance. Fourth, with the results of path analysis, servant leadership has direct impact on organizational effectiveness and indirect impact through cohesiveness. In other words, a servant leadership among the leaderships that a security worker is conscious of administrator affects cohesiveness and organizational performance in management to promote the management of the organization.

Adhesion and Agglomeration Phenomena of Pt Film of Resistance Heat Source (저항열원체 Pt 박막의 밀착력과 응집화 현상)

  • 각종 전자부품에 이용되는 백금막의 밀착력과 응집화 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 온도저항계수(TCR)의 열화 없이 밀착력을 향상 시키기 위해서 AI, Si의 산화물을 adhesion promoting layer로 이용한 결과 매우 우수한 밀착력과 TCR을 보였다. 질소분위기 600-90$0^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 행한 열처리를 통해 응집화현상을 관찰한 결과 응집화는 기판거칠기에 따라 다른 양상을 보였다. Si3N4등의 기판거칠기가 작은 adhesion promoting layer를 이용한 시편의 경우 고온인 90$0^{\circ}C$에서 응집화 현상이 발생되었다. 표면거칠기가 큰 AI-Si 산화물을 adhesion promoting layer로 이용한 시편의 경우 비교적 저온인 $600^{\circ}C$에서 응집화 현상이 발생했으며 80$0^{\circ}C$이상의 열처리의 경우 중앙응집체와 응집체고갈지역이 형성되는 현상을 나타내었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 젖은 머리카락의 응집력을 효율적으로 표현할 수 있는 적응형 샘플링 기법을 제안한다. 젖은 헤어는 인접 머리카락과 달라붙어 머리카락 하단으로 뭉치는 응집력 형태를 지닌다. 헤어 동역학은 수많은 입자 구조로 연결되어있으며 머리카락의 상호작용을 고려하는 젖은 헤어의 경우 응집력 계산이 개별적인 머리카락 단위로 표현되기 때문에, 이를 위한 계산과정을 효율적으로 풀어내는 것은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 젖은 헤어의 시뮬레이션을 효율적으로 계산하기 위해 밀도와 각도, 그리고 포화도를 고려한 적응형 샘플링 기법을 제안한다. 이는 속도와 메모리 측면에서 최적화가 가능하며 헤어 입자의 추가와 삭제를 통해 사실적인 젖은 머리카락의 응집력 표현을 실시간으로 표현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 실제 젖은 헤어와 유사한 결과를 보여주며, 실시간 프로그램에서 사람의 젖은 모발 또는 동물의 젖은 털의 특징 등을 표현하는데 응용할 수 있다.

The Influence on College Life Adjustment of Separation Individuation and Family Cohesion (분리 개별화와 가족 응집력이 대학 생활 적응에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 부모로부터의 심리적 분리개별화와 가족응집력이 그들의 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 조사하여, 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주는것이 부모로부터의 독립인지 가족의 친밀감과 지지인지 알아보고, 두 요인이 모두 영향을 준다면 각각 대학생활의 어떤 영역에 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 중다회귀분석을 사용하여, 다음과 같은 연구결과 를 얻었다. 첫째, 부모로부터의 심리적 독립에서 갈등적 독립이 높을수록, 태도적 독립이 낮을수록 학업문제의 적응은 높았다. 갈등적 독립이 높을수록 심리적 문제와 진로, 취업문제의 적응은 낮았다. 태도적 독립과 기능적 독립이 높을수록 교수와의 관계에 있어서 적응은 낮게 나타났다. 기능적 독립이 발달한 학생은 교우와의 관계에서 높은 적응을 나타났다. 정서적 독립이 높은 학생은 전반적인 적응이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 가족응집력은 대학생활에서 진로, 취업문제와 교유관계에 있어서 적응을 설명하고 있다. 그러나 남학생에게 가족응집력은 심리적 문제의 적응에 부적인 영향을 나타내며, 여학생에게는 가족응집력이 높을수록 교우관계와 진로, 취업문제의 적응이 높게 나타났다.

Efficient Treatment of Clumping and Stiffness for Wet Hair and Fur Simulation (젖은 헤어와 털 시뮬레이션을 위한 효율적인 응집력과 강성 처리)

  • Simulating the clumping and stiffness of wet hair or fur is a challenging problem. The dynamics of wet hair or fur is characterized by the clumping and stiffness at the tip, which is easily seen in running animals or headbanging scenes. Existing methods address these phenomenon within pre-set scenarios. But there is no consensus on the method of depicting the details of wet hair. Hence, the present paper proposes a new method of modeling the clumping and stiffness of wet hair or fur. Previous studies focused on modeling the absorption of water into hair or fur, whereas this paper highlights a realistic simulation of wet hair. Unlike dry hair strands, wet hair strands adjacent to one another are subjected to the clumping force and gather together, while at the same time becoming stiff as the saturation of water increases. The proposed method builds on the surface tension model based on SPH (smoothed particle hydrodynamics) to simulate the clumping force and to adjust the hair elasticity by giving stiffness constraints. The present method enables a realistic simulation of wet hair by maintaining the clumping force of the wet hair even in dynamic motions, and by simulating the stiffness of hair in line with water saturation.

Effects of Self-acceptance and Family Forgiveness on Family Cohesion: Moderating Effects of Gender (자기수용과 가족용서가 가족응집력에 미치는 영향: 성별의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of gender among self-acceptance, family forgiveness and family cohesion. It was conducted to measure self-acceptance, family forgiveness and family cohesion from 376(188 male, 188 female) university students. The moderating effect according to gender was analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis and path analysis. As a result of analysis, first, there were positive relationship, among self-acceptance, family forgiveness and family cohesion. Second, self-acceptance and family forgiveness had a significant effect on the family cohesion. Third, gender had moderating effect within the relationship of self-acceptance, family forgiveness and family cohesion. Specifically, impact on family cohesion of self-acceptance is greater in men, and impact on family cohesion of family forgiveness is greater in women. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of self-acceptance and forgiveness that could be taken to improve family cohesion. In addition, this implication and suggestions for future research are provided.

An Analysis of Cohesion and Word Information among English CSAT Question Types (수능 영어 문항 유형간 응집력과 어휘정보 분석)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze cohesion and word information among different types of questions in the English reading section of the College Scholastic Ability Tests (CSAT). The types of questions were divided into three categories: macro reading, micro reading, and indirect writing. Reading texts from 1994 to 2017 CSAT were analyzed by Coh-Metrix, an automated evaluation program of text and discourse. The findings of this study indicated that there were statistical differences among the three categories of questions for noun overlap, stem overlap, adversative and contrastive connective, additive connective, pronoun incidence, age of acquisition, concreteness for content word, imagability, and meaningfulness. The information of the findings bore pedagogic implications for developing textbooks, questions for CSAT, and reading strategies by students.

  • 소프트웨어 컴포넌트는 빠르게 변화하는 컴퓨팅 환경과 시대의 추세에 신속히 대응할 수 있도록 개발의 가능성을 이루게 하는 소프트웨어의 단위이다. 이는 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 간의 의존성을 줄이고 응집력을 높이는 것을 핵심으로 한다. 이러한 소프트웨어 컴포넌트를 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 중요한 지표는 바로 결합도와 응집도이다. 본 논문에서는 런타임 상황을 고려하여 클래스 추상화 정도에 따른 클래스의 응집력을, 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 응집력으로 확장한다. 또한 컴포넌트 인터페이스에 의한 내부 결합도와 컴포넌트 간의 의존성에 따른 외부 결합도 측정법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 제안 메트릭스를 사례에 적용하여 그 효율성을 평가한다.

  • A theoretical model of particle agglomeration was developed to investigate the adhesive force between contiguous coal particles in CWM agglomerate. While heating bituminous coal to about $400^{\circ}C$ or above, the transient occurrence of plastic behavior of coal particles can be observed. The adhesive force in the process of agglomeration of coal particles was found to be proportional to the duration of plasticity of the particles. In the research, how the heating rate and the particle size distribution of CWM fuel influenced the formation of the agglomerate in CWM fuel at the heat-up stage was investigated by the model of particle agglomeration. Simulation program used to this experiment was RKG method and was programmed by Fortran. It was represented that by the model of particle agglomeration, the adhesive force in the process of the particle agglomeration in CWM fuel was inversely proportional to the heating rate but proportional to particle size.
