Effects of Family Cohesion and Self-Efficacy on School Adjustments in Adolescence (청소년기 학교적응에 대한 가족응집력과 자기효능감의 영향)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초기~후기 청소년기의 학교적응력을 향상시키기 위하여 이에 영향을 미치는 가족 및 개인 요인과의 관계를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 가족요인으로서 가족응집력과 개인요인으로서 자기효능감, 그리고 학교적응 간의 관계에 대한 연구모형을 설정하고 이들 간의 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 2010 한국청소년건강실태조사(Korean Survey on the Health of Youth and Children in 2010)를 통하여 9,844명의 제주도를 제외한 전국 초등학교 4~6학년생과 중 고등학생을 대상으로 수집된 자료에 대하여 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 그 적합도와 주요 변수들 간의 경로의 유의성을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 본 연구에서 설정된 연구모형의 적합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 가족응집력은 자기효능감과 학교적응에 각각 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 자기효능감 역시 학교적응에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 가족응집력과 학교적응 사이에서의 자기효능감은 통계적으로도 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 학령기 청소년의 학교적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 개입 방안에 대한 함의를 제시하였다.

Light scattering from restructured colloidal silica aggregates (재구조화된 콜로이드 실리카 응집체에 대한 광 산란)

  • We present the static and dynamic light scattering results of the salt induced restructured colloidal silica aggregates. We also report the results from the transmission electron micrographs which confirms the individual sizes of the particles and the local structure of the ramified aggregates. The fractal dimensions of the restructuring silica aggregates are considerably different with in-situ light scattering measurements. The measured fractal dimensions, $D_{F}$, is 2.21 for the 0.5 wt.% concentration of the salt induced Ludox-AM. The Rayleigh linewidth for 0.1 wt.% concentration of Ludox-AM is discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는 젖은 머리카락의 응집력을 효율적으로 표현할 수 있는 적응형 샘플링 기법을 제안한다. 젖은 헤어는 인접 머리카락과 달라붙어 머리카락 하단으로 뭉치는 응집력 형태를 지닌다. 헤어 동역학은 수많은 입자 구조로 연결되어있으며 머리카락의 상호작용을 고려하는 젖은 헤어의 경우 응집력 계산이 개별적인 머리카락 단위로 표현되기 때문에, 이를 위한 계산과정을 효율적으로 풀어내는 것은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 젖은 헤어의 시뮬레이션을 효율적으로 계산하기 위해 밀도와 각도, 그리고 포화도를 고려한 적응형 샘플링 기법을 제안한다. 이는 속도와 메모리 측면에서 최적화가 가능하며 헤어 입자의 추가와 삭제를 통해 사실적인 젖은 머리카락의 응집력 표현을 실시간으로 표현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 실제 젖은 헤어와 유사한 결과를 보여주며, 실시간 프로그램에서 사람의 젖은 모발 또는 동물의 젖은 털의 특징 등을 표현하는데 응용할 수 있다.

Aggregation of Partially Quarternized Poly(4-vinylpyridine) with Anionic Surfactant Sodium Dodecvl Sulfate (부분적으로 4차아민화된 폴리(4-비닐피리딘)과 음이온 계면활성제인 도데실 황산 소듐과의 응집체 형성)

  • Modified poly(4-vinylpyridine) was obtained by partial quarternization of nitrogen atoms in pyridine rings of poly(4-vinylpyridine) with methyl group. By means of laser light scattering and fluorescence, it was found that this modified polymer chains were aggregated in the aqueous solution and its structure was core-shell type. The hydrophobic parts of the chains were densely condensed in core part and the hydrophilic part of quarternized amino with positive charge formed the shell part. In the mixed system of modified poly(4-vinylpyridine) and anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate, it was observed that a critical aggregation concentration existed and that this critical concentration was suddenly decreased above 0.1 M NaCl. The size change of aggregates was also investigated by dynamic light scattering while sodium dodecyl sulfate was added into polymer solution upto the critical aggregation concentration.

Evaluation of Crack-tip Cohesive Laws for the Mode I Fracture of the Graphene from Molecular Dynamics Simulations (그래핀의 모드 I 균열에 대한 분자동역학 해석으로부터 균열 선단 응집 법칙의 평가)

  • In this paper, a novel approach to estimate cohesive laws for the mode I fracture of the graphene is presented by combining molecular dynamic simulations and an inverse algorithm based on field projection method and finite element method. The determination of crack-tip cohesive laws of the graphene based on continuum mechanics is a non-trivial inverse problem of finding unknown tractions and separations from atomic simulations. The displacements of molecular dynamic simulations in a region far away from the crack tip are transferred to finite element nodes by using moving least square approximation. Inverse analyses for extracting unknown cohesive tractions and separation behind the crack tip can be carried out by using conservation nature of the interaction J- and M-integrals with numerical auxiliary fields which are generated by systematically imposing uniform surface tractions element-by-element along the crack surfaces in finite element models. The preset method can be a very successful approach to extract crack-tip cohesive laws from molecular dynamic simulations as a scale bridging method.

Suppression of a Residue 173 Mutant Form on Aggregation of Tryptophan Synthase α-Subunits from Escherichia coli (대장균 트립토판 중합효소 α 소단위체의 응집 형성에 미치는 잔기 173 치환체의 억제 효과)

  • Aggregation of normally soluble proteins can cause disease-related problems. Tryptophan synthase α-subunit (αTS) in E. coli adopts one of most popular structural scaffolds, the TIM barrel fold. Previous mutagenesis of the αTS gene resulted in many aggregation-prone mutant proteins. Here, Y173F (Tyr at residue 173 to Phe) substitution, which imparts increased stability, was tested for its ability to suppress aggregation of aggregation-prone mutant proteins (Y4C, S33L, P28L, P28S, G44S, D46N, P96L, and P96S). Aggregation was suppressed in all eight severe aggregate-forming mutants (all differing in their mutation positions), by the Y173F replacement. P28L αTS, which was available in pure form, was further analyzed and showed reduced secondary structure content, lower stability, and a looser structure with more exposed hydrophobic surface compared to the wild type protein. A double mutant P28L/Y173F protein showed almost no indication of these changes compared to the wild type protein. We hypothesized that Tyr at position 173 in αTS is positioned at the hydrophobic core and may serve to suppress the aggregation of this protein caused by other residues. Important residue (s) could be working widely in the prevention/suppression of protein aggregation.

  • The development of digital technology constructs meaning through the narrative by digitalized story. Including mobile whole aspect movie, visual contents have the narrative structure and signification based on the digital technology. This study planned to explore the possibility that mobile movie can expand the classical narrative structure and bring up the method of signification. For this purpose, this paper proved the process to cohere narrative through redundancy and a double across of space-time structure according to the principle of causality in mobile movies such as and . According to the findings, mobile movies appeared to construct a consolidated structure through cohesion of meaning and to move the space-time doubly across at a subjective point of view of the characters for continuity of story. Such a result means the narrative structure and the method of signification of mobile movie are modifying or expanding the unique formation of classical films in accordance with mobile devices as digital media.

A Study on the Nitrate Removal in Water by Chelating Bond of Calcium Alginate (Calcium Alginate의 킬레이트 결합을 이용한 수중의 질산성 질소 제거에 관한 연구)

  • This study is on the denitrification process using the sodium alginate and $CaCl_2$ as a flocculant. Removal techniques of nitrate nitrogen from waste water are reverse osmosis, ion exchange, electro dialysis and biological method etc. We tried to remove nitrate nitrogen with flocculation and sedimentation method in the present study. Calcium alginate is expected to form a chelate bond with nitrate nitrogen in the solution. So the effects of flocculantt component, flocculation reaction time, molar ratio of the flocculant, flocculant injection rate are studied to determine the best removal rate of nitrate nitrogen. In addition, we tried to determine the nitrate nitrogen removal mechanism by analyzing the structure and component ratio of the configuration after the agglutination precipitate by FE-SEM and EDS. As a result, the nitrate nitrogen removal mechanism is turned out to form calcium-nitro-alginate, and the best mole ratio of flocculating agent is 1 : 1, the injection rate of the flocculant was up to 2%, the removal rate of the nitrate nitrogen to be 56.7% in the synthetic wastewater.

  • 볼륨 가시화(volume visualization)는 3차원 볼륨 데이터로부터 의미 있는 가시적 정보를 추출하도록 도와주는 연구분야이다. 볼륨 렌더링(volume rendering)은 볼륨 데이터로부터 영상(image)을 얻는 기술을 말하는데, 이러한 렌더링 기법 중 물체공간(object space)에 기반한 스플래팅(splatting) 기법은 볼륨 데이터에 존재하는 응집성(coherence)의 이점을 이용할 수 있는 팔진트리(octree)나 피라미드(pyramid)와 같은 계층구조를 적용하기 쉽다. 본 논문에서는 볼륨 데이터에 팔진트리를 적용한 기존의 스플래팅 기법에 영상공간(image space)에서의 응집성의 이점을 이용하기 위한 계층구조로 4진트리(quadtree)와 범위트리(range tree)를 적용하는 새로운 스플래팅 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 볼륨 데이터내의 불투명한 복셀(voxel)들에 의해 가려지는 복셀들에 대한 방문을 가능한 한 피함으로써 전체적인 스플래팅의 속도를 향상시킨다. 이 기법은 잘 알려진 팔진트리, 4진트리 그리고 범위트리를 사용함으로써 그 구현이 쉽고, 추가적으로 많은 메모리를 사용하지 않으면서도 렌더링의 속도를 효율적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 기법이다.
