일반적으로 해커들은 네트워크상에 있는 목표(Target) 시스템에 대해 공격을 시도하기 위한 사전 단계로 포트 스캐닝(Port Scanning)을 통한 정보 수집의 단계를 선행하게 된다. 이 때, 사용되는 포트 스캐닝 기술은 이미 여러가지 방법이 알려져 있으며, 네트워크 관리자의 입장에서는 정상적인 네트워크 접속과 포트 스캐닝 공격을 구분해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크를 통한 공격의 가장 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 스캐닝 공격을 빠르고 효율적으로 탐지할 수 있는 룰 기반의 침입 탐지 시스템을 커널레벨과 응용레벨에서 설계하고 구현하였다.

Objectives: To investigate the experience and competence of physicians providing emergency medical services at public health sub-centers on remote Korean islands. Methods: This study enrolled 79 doctors who work at public health sub-centers on remote Korean islands. Data were collected in December 2009 via self-administered e-mail questionnaires. The response rate was 44.3%. Results: Emergent situations occurred at most (58.68%) of the public health sub-centers that were surveyed in December 2009. An average of 1.92 cases required treatment by public health physicians. Only 20.25% of the physicians were specialists in emergency medicine, while the remainder were general practitioners (GPs) without clinical experience as emergency doctors. We also found that the physicians we surveyed had insufficient knowledge of emergency medical care. At some health centers only one doctor was available, and there was no medical team in holiday, although most of the physicians indicated that the ideal number of doctors per center was two or three. In cases of emergency, patients were often sent to the mainland by ship without receiving first-aid treatment. The public health sub-centers lacked the necessary medical equipment to save lives in emergencies and lacked escort systems for emergency patients. Conclusions: The Korean government should address the importance of providing emergency care in remote areas. Health administrators should provide suitable manpower, medical equipment, guidelines for emergency medicine, and education for public health physicians on remote islands.

이 연구는 선주, 선원노동조합, 정부기관, 선원교육기관 등 선원유관단체들의 선원보건의료 실태와 선내 응급의료지원 실태 등에 대한 인식도 조사를 실시하여 의료사각지대인 선내의료 및 선원 건강관리 여건을 개선하기 위한 방향을 제안하고, 향후 선내 의료지원제도 개선방향에 대한 기초자료 제시와 개선점을 찾는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This study was conducted to comprehend the current status of regional self-sufficiency of Hospital injury inpatients and, based on this, to prepare some measures for improving the self-sufficiency. For this purpose, 2005 & 2008 Patient Survey data, regional medical utilization data of National Health Insurance Corporation, yearbook of Central Emergency Medical Center and evaluation results of emergency medical institutions were obtained. Frequency analysis, cross-tabulation, decision tree and logistic regression techniques were used in the analysis of data. Self-sufficiency in 'metropolitan city/Do' area was lowest for Chungcheongnam-do for the year 2005 and 2008, followed by Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeonggi-do and Jeollanam-do. As for the self-sufficiency in 'Si/Gun/Gu' area with regard to local medical supply, for both 2005 and 2008, It was higher when general hospital, district emergency medical center, regional emergency medical center and regional emergency medical institution existed in the residential area. It was also found that, the higher the quality level of local emergency medical institution, the higher the self-sufficiency. It was confirmed that, when promoting the national policy for injury patients, priority should be placed on 'Do' area where the level of emergency medical supply was low, and that enhancing the quality level of emergency medical institutions was helpful for the improvement of self-sufficiency.

This study surveyed the image of hospital emergency medical technicians with 122 emergency medical service providers (doctors and nurses) working at tertiary medical institutions in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam.do in order to provide basic materials for enhancing the status and professional image of hospital emergency medical technicians. According to the results of this study, the overall image was $3.27{\pm}0.34$, and by its sub.area, professional image was highest and role image was lowest. By item, 'Maintain a friendly relations with doctors' was highest, and 'Arrogant and negligent in job performance' was lowest. In order to enhance their image, hospital emergency medical technicians need to assume a sincere attitude toward patients and colleagues consistently, to strengthen their professionalism, and to carry out their duties and roles faithfully. What is more, the association should take proper measures and to establish the sound image of emergency medical technician as a professional through active campaigns and monitoring using mass media.

This study was designed to ask experienced nurses at local and regional emergency medical centers for their awareness of paramedics and for their opinions on a paramedic's proper duties in emergency medical centers. The questionnaire consisted of 61 questions in total, including general questions, questions about awareness of paramedics, and questions about the duties of paramedics in emergency medical centers. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 was applied to conduct frequency and correlation analyses. Regarding the duties of paramedics in emergency medical centers, there were positive answers in 33 questions of the questionnaire. The need for paramedics who work for emergency medical centers and the importance of their duties in emergency medical centers were high in the questionnaire. In addition, there were positive answers to the questions about the need for the professionalism of paramedics and the nees for increasing the number of paramedics in emergency medical centers. There was no difference between the groups.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess and improve the work scope of emergency medical technicians (EMT)-paramedics in emergency medical centers. Methods: Data were collected from February 1 to 14, 2018. The questionnaire comprised a total of 56 questions: eight general questions, six questions about the recognition of EMT-paramedics in emergency medical centers, and 42 questions about their work. Data were analyzed via frequency and correlation analysis using SPSS version 18.0. Results: Regarding the work of EMTs in emergency medical centers, positive opinions were found in 23 items, negative opinions in 4 items, and both positive and negative opinions in 9 items. Regarding the questions about the necessity, work importance, professionalism, and the need for an increase4 in EMR-paramedics, depending on respondents' career, there was no statistically significant difference between the group of beginners and the group comprising beginners and that of experienced workers (p>.200). Conclusion: The expert survey revealed that the work performance of EMT-paramedics in regional emergency medical centers was trusted and showed positive results of improvement and expansion.

응급환자의 생존 가능성은 응급의료체계가 얼마나 잘 갖추어져 있느냐에 따라 결정된다. 과거의 응급체계가 가장 빠른 시간에 환자의 이송함으로서 치료를 받게 하는데 초점을 두었다면 최근은 RFID등의 기술을 이용하여 환자의 상태를 빨리 파악하여 최적의 치료를 받을 수 있는 병원으로 이송할 수 있는 시스템 도입에 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서 응급 환자의 기본적인 정보를 수집한 후 최적의 병원 전 단계(pre-hospital phase)를 수립하기 위해서는 다양하고 이질적인 정보 자원들을 접근할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 응급환자의 기본적인 사고정보를 가지고 최적의 치료를 받을 수 있는 정책을 수립하기 위해 자율적으로 서로 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 기반의 응급 의료 시스템 모델링을 제시하고, 응급환자에 대한 최적의 병원 전 단계를 수립하기 위한 시퀀스를 설명한다.

Recently, the task in which the number of people of the emergency medical technician whom it boards the ambulance is unreasonably insufficient and in which the fire fighter one person gets in the ambulance and which transfers the patient comes into question often. When the emergency patient is generated, it has to transfer to the special hospital in which above anything else, the measure which is quick and exact is needed and where there is the medical device which is suitable for particularly, the patient. This paper implementations the emergency medical system by the smart phone. The implemented system monitors the heart beat of the patient the monitoring among the patient transport with the real-time type. It can grasp the medical history information of the patient, and etc. in the past. And the system provides the emergency hospital which the patient requires and the pre-hospital phase provides the environment in which the disposition which is quick and efficient is possible to the emergency patient.

지난 6.29일자 중앙일보에 보도에 의하면 창원파티마병원은 2005년에 이어 2008년에도 보건복지가족부 주관 전국의료기관평가서 최우수병원으로 선정되었다. 의료서비스 및 환자만족도 등 20개 부문 중 19개 부문에서 A등급을 받아 평가 대상 의료기관 중 최고의 성적을 거두었다. 창원파티마병원은 1969년 마산시 대성동에서 4개 진료과, 10개 병상의 마산파티마병원에서 출발하여 2002년 창원으로 이전, 진료를 시작한 이래 응급환자의 진료에 만전을 기하기 위해 응급의료센터를 개설하고, 보건복지가족부 지정 중증외상 및 응급뇌질환 특성화후보센터를 운영하고 있다. 말기 암 환자를 위한 호스피스 병동을 지역최초로 개설하였고, 전신 암 조기진단장비인 PET-CT 등 첨단 장비를 지속적으로 보강하여 보다 질 높은 의료서비스 제공을 위해 노력하고 있다. 또한 온생명 Care 캠페인을 통해 지구의 환경을 보전하기 위한 환경 운동을 전개하는 한편 다문화 가정 지원사업, 환자와 보호자를 위한 사랑의 음악회, 찾아가는 시민강좌 등 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 하고 있다.
