Drinking Behaviors of Employeees in Farming and Fishing Communities (농어촌지역 직장인의 음주실태)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농어촌지역의 음주문제 관련 상담센타, 사업장 중심의 절주 프로그램이나 치료 서비스가 취약한 형편이어서 농어촌 지역 직장인의 음주문제에 대한 대책을 마련하고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 일 농어촌 지역에 거주하는 20세 이상의 남녀 직장인 530명을 대상으로 하였고, 설문에 동의하여 회수된 설문지는 512부였으며 이중 부실하게 응답한 12명의 자료를 제외한 500명의 자료를 최종 분석대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2007년 6월 12일부터 2007년 8월 25일까지 시행되었으며, 설문지의 내용을 이해하며 의사소통이 가능한 자에게 본 연구의 취지를 설명하고 연구에의 참여를 동의한 대상자에게 구조화된 설문지를 이용해 자료를 수집하였다. 1. 본 연구에 참여한 대상자의 음주에 대한 인식은 긍정적 인식의 평균은 2.93, 부정적 인식의 평균은 3.18로 나타났다. 2. 음주행태에서 음주경험여부는 현재 음주자가 79.7%로 가장 많았고, 비음주자 13.1%, 과거 음주자 7.2%로 나타났다. 음주빈도는 음주경험이 있는 대상자 중 '월 2-4회 마시는 경우'가 38.2%로 가장 많았고, 평소 음주량은 '소주 10잔 이상'이 34.6%로 많았으며 '소주 3잔 이상'인 경우가 전체 대상자의 92.2%를 차지하였다. 3. 대상자의 문제음주 정도 및 특성은 전체 대상자 중 CAGE를 통해 선별된 알코올 의존자(4개 문항 중 2개 이상이 그렇다고 응답하면 알코올 의존으로 규정)의 비율이 96명(25.1%)이었고, AUDIT를 통해 선별된 문제성 음주자(8점 이상)의 비율은 241명(64.8%)으로 나타났다. 4. 대상자의 음주로 인한 질병은 위장계 질환이 31.3.%로 가장 많았다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해볼 때, 농어촌지역 직장인의 음주문제에 관한 구체적인 해결방안으로는 음주 문화에 대한 인식개선과 산업체 중심의 절주사업이 필요하며 농어촌 직장인 중 문제음주자 및 알코올 의존자의 조기발견 및 관리를 위한 알코올중독 예방 교육 및 진단 치료에 관한 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

A study on factors associated with job stress and drinking levels in emergency room nurses (응급실 간호사의 직무스트레스와 음주 관계 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to examine the degree of job stress and drinking levels among emergency room nurses and to investigate the association between these variables. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires completed by 106 nurses working in emergency room of hospitals from 3 different cities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the mean job stress score was 45.93±6.81 points, while 18.9% of the subjects were in the disordered alcohol use group. Differences in drinking levels were found according to the work experience of the nurses (χ2=8.249, p=.041), while significant differences in job stress scores were found according to marital status (t=-2.72, p=.008) and desire to continue working (t=-2.272, p=.025). There was a significant correlation between job stress and drinking level (r=-.147, p= .000). Measures to lower job stress among emergency room nurses are need based on the findings in the study and it is expected that decreasing the drinking level of nurse would contribute to this.

Comparison of Female Nursing College Students in the State of Drinking, Drinking Motives, and Problem Drinking (간호대 여학생의 음주실태, 음주동기와 문제음주의 상태 비교)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare female nursing college students with respect to drinking habit, drinking motives, and drinking problems. (Ed note: confirm edited version; original is a bit unclear in intent) Subjects include nursing college students in some areas, and data were collected between April and May, 2018. A total of 181 questionnaires were analyzed. The frequency analysis was used to examine the differences between the normal and drinking-problem groups. Pearson's correlation analysis was used to examine the correlations of drinking problems, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors related to drinking problems. The findings show that the frequency of drinking, rate of drinking, drinking motives, life stress, and prior experiences with drinking problems recorded a high risk ratio for drinking problems. Specifically, the group with a drinking frequency of 2~3 times per week showed a risk ratio that was 21.53 times higher than the group with a drinking frequency of 1~4 times per year. The group of higher drinking motives recorded a risk ratio that was 5.96 times higher than the group of lower drinking motives. The group of higher experiences with drinking problems showed a risk ratio that was 8.80 times higher than the group of lower experiences with drinking problems. In conclusion, the frequency of drinking, rate of drinking, drinking motives, life stress, and experiences with drinking problems were factors highly related to the drinking problems in female college students. The results highlight that careful evaluation of drinking habit of college students are needed. Moreover, periodic temperance education and programs designed to identify and prevent drinking problems are necessary to lower the risk of developing drinking problems and promote a safe drinking culture.

A Study on Positive Psychological Perspectives on Adult Women's Drinking (성인 여성 음주에 대한 긍정심리학적 조망에 관한 연구)

  • This study is intended to explore the factors that affect adult women's drinking behavior. It is intended to explore positive psychological factors in particular to provide basic data for lowering adult women's drinking rates and developing programs for short-term drinking. The study conducted a online survey in May 2018 by simple collecting 340 women in their from 20s to 50s living in Korea. According to the results of this study, AUDIT was high when the lower the age, single, separated or divorced. AUDIT has shown significant positive correlation for depression and stress, significant negative correlation with Grit. Finally, AUDIT was influenced by age, appreciation, Grit and depression. To Based on the research results, we discussed that in order to prevent adult women from drinking and to maintain abstinence, the positive psychological factors such as appreciation and Grit should be enhanced.

Effective Actions of Public Official's Drunk Driving (공무원 음주운전 대응방안)

  • This study has aware of the seriousness of public official. and come up with an effective counterplan about public official. This research is a study on previous research on government and officer crime. And understanding is the status about public official. It proposed ways to solve the problem Drunk driving is illegal to drive a vehicle while drunk act. Drunk driving is likely the potential to cause a traffic accident. As a result, drinking and driving is decreasing since the mid-2000s. The cause of the change is to strengthen social awareness, regulations for drunk driving. and public official was decreased. However, it did not disappear. Cause of drunk driving is wrong, such as dinners and cultural distrust of the deputy driving, drinking after misjudgment on his physical condition. public official is a bigger influence. It is a social problem. Personally great damage to organization. Therefore, this study is an analysis of international practices and domestic best practices. Officials drunk driving drunk driving prevention measures are proposed to strengthen preventive measure, it is proposed the organization of internal control measures, union officials supporting the improvement of company dinner.

Homo Ludens, Analysis on PLAY Contents of University Campus Festival (호모루덴스, 대학 축제 놀이콘텐츠 분석)

  • This study is to think a new arena of collective play culture at the university campus festival for digital generation used to be individually consuming play in cyberspace. While cyberia is virtual cultural space by providing gigantic platforms in which producers and consumers meet, this space has characterized as individuality and disembodiment, that is why recalling the collective play culture at the off-line. This article is to examine the characteristics and meaning of the recent campus festivals during the history of Korean college festivals, and to analyze proposals of play-contents applied by various theories. The 2016-7' proposals include several kind of board game and experimental theatre sublimed philosophical reflection, which shows a kind of attempt to escape from the cultural industrial logic, however they are characterized by Ilinx(drinking culture) and Alea(board game) emphasized more than Agon, and Mimicry combined with paidia rule strongly. Under the neoliberalism, college students' gloomy reality is represented emasculating of the structure of competitions in the context of an unreal world and Mimicry of experience stay in front of the limen before entering the embodiment.

Representation of Drinking in Cultural Contents: Analysis of Television Drama Texts (지상파 TV 콘텐츠에 나타난 음주 : 황금시간대 고시청률 드라마 분석과 수용자 인식조사)

  • This study aimed to 1) analyze television drama text to examines how Korean television dramas represent alcohol drinking; 2) interview the actual drama audience to examine how they perceive drinking and whether or not their perception is influenced by the drama text. The author analyzed 60 drama episodes from 12 prime time shows that reached over 20% rating from 2008 to 2010. The result shows that drinking in dramas are portrayed as a solution to various kinds of personal and business problems, medium of romance, a tool for interpersonal communication that facilitates understanding and positive relationship. Female drinkers are prominent but their drinking is taking place under the patronage of male characters, which lead to the maintenance of patriarchal social relations. Interview findings show that the audience have strong motivation to imitate the glamourous lifestyles of leading characters in dramas. The findings strongly suggest observational learning was taking place, especially in the area where the viewers have no direct experience.

Effects of adolescents' parental intimacy, parental supervision, peer pressure, and TV alcohol advertising on drinking (청소년의 부모친밀도, 부모감독, 또래압력, TV술광고가 음주행위에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to verify the structural model of the influence of parental intimacy, parental supervision, peer pressure, and TV alcohol advertising on drinking behavior for adolescents. It was conducted through a self-written questionnaire from May 1 to 28, 2019, targeting 602 students in grades 1 to 3 of 8 middle schools in G city. Results First, The direct effect on drinking behavior was in the order of peer pressure and TV alcohol advertisement, and they explained the degree of drinking behavior by 14.4%. second, Parental intimacy has an indirect effect on peer pressure and drinking behavior through TV alcohol advertising. Parental supervision has an indirect effect on drinking alcohol through TV alcohol advertisements. In multiple groups, there is a difference between the groups in the parental supervision and peer pressure, and the parental supervision and the channel coefficient of TV alcohol advertisement. In order to reduce drinking behavior, a realistic light that can cope with peer pressure is needed.
