삼화제지(주)(대표 김성호)는 지나 10월 23일 서울 을지로에 위치한 삼화페이퍼갤러리에서 한달간의 일정으로 테마기획전인 '종이, 이제 디지털 시대'전시회를 개최했다. 이번 전시회는 지난 8월 오픈한 삼화제지 페이퍼 갤러리의 두 번째 테마전으로 삼화제지의 고급인쇄용지들이 디지털컬러 인쇄에서도 인쇄적성을 가지고 있음을 보여주는데 초점이 맞춰졌다.

서울 을지로에 자리 잡은 청우토탈컴(대표 이성근)은 지난달 11일 신도리코에서 공급하는 디지털인쇄기 대를 도입하고 이를 소개하는 기자간담회를 가졌다. 청우토탈컴이 이번에 도입한 디지털인쇄기는 신도리코에서 공급하고 있는 프레스C7000, 프로1200이며 이 장비들은 최근 수요가 증가하고 있는 소량다품종의 인쇄물과 짧은 납기에 유언하게 대응할 수 있는 것으로 평가 받고 있다.

아직은 섣부른 전망일 수도 있지만 인쇄관련 업체들이 밀집돼 있는 을지로, 충무로 일대에 인쇄관련 업계를 위한 정보통신망(전용망) 개설 움직임이 일면서 파일 등 전송분야에 일대 혁신이 일어날 것으로 보인다. 'PIN프로젝트'로 명명된 이번 인쇄 전용망 개설 사업에 대해 혹자는 가히 혁명적 이라는 표현을 서슴지 않고 있을 정도이다. 이에 본지에서는 이번 PIN(Publishing Information Network)프로젝트가 어떤 과정을 거쳐 어떻게 서비스되는 것인지 그리고 이 PIN프로젝트가 미칠 영향은 무엇인지에 대해 알아보았다.

본 시험소는 을지로 6가를 지나 신당동 네거리에서 북으로 2백리 떨어진 곳에 위치하고 있으며, 고유대지는 3,618평, 건축평수는 977평에 달하는 비교적 광대한 지역을 차지하고있고, 주위도 비교적 조용하여 시험소로서의 입지조건이 대단히 유리하도고 단정할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 연혁, 건축배치 및 대지,직원, 시설 및 능력에 대해 서술하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the radiologic features of juxtafacet cyst and determine the correlation between these features and clinical outcome. Materials and Methods: We analyzed a total of 23 patients. The degree of facet joint degeneration was classified using the Fujiwara method. The facet joint angles were measured with an magnetic resonance imaging to determine whether there was a difference between the cystic lesion that was occupied and the cystic lesion that was not occupied. Disc degeneration was measured by the Pfirrmann classification method. The clinical result was evaluated using the Oswestry disability index score and visual analogue scale. Results: The L4-5 level of juxtafacet cyst was mostly affected, as found in previous studies. Facet joint arthritis was more severe within the side with the cystic lesion. Significant correlation was found between disc degeneration and juxtafacet joint cyst. All patients underwent wide decompression and fusion. Clinical result was excellent. No patients had signs of recurrence during the follow-up periods. Conclusion: Juxtafacet cyst has a significant correlation with facet joint degeneration. Therefore, aggressive surgical treatment-not just simple cyst excision-should be considered as the treatment option for juxtafacet cyst associated with degenerative lumbar disease.

Failure to achieve stable fixation during surgery for a Lisfranc joint injury leads to subtle instability that causes dysfunction and posttraumatic osteoarthritis. Therefore, it is important to check for appropriate fixation during surgery. This paper reports a test that evaluates the joint instability dynamically during the open reduction of the Lisfranc joint and checks the stability after fixation. a Freer elevator was inserted into the interosseous area between the medial cuneiform and second metatarsal base, and a twisting force was applied to evaluate the dynamic instability of the Lisfranc joint. After fixation of the Lisfranc joint, the stability of the fixation could be tested by trying this maneuver with the Freer elevator. Overall, the Freer test can be considered a valuable test in open surgery for a Lisfranc joint injury.

Currently, most small theaters in Korea are not equipped with fire escape prevention laws unlike large theaters. The small theater is a place where many people stay in a small space, which can lead to a great deal of damage in the event of a fire. Therefore, we propose an efficient evacuation method using the evacuation behavior of the crowd as a way to minimize the casualties in case of a fire in a small theater.
