Structural Analysis of Door Safety Device (도어 안전장치의 구조해석)

  • This study is door safety device for the structural analysis are described. Recently emerged as a key point of the door safety and increase the need of a door safety device. In order to improvement this inconvenience, the door safety device was design and structural analysis by using CATIA. CATIA utilizes door safety device element model for displacement, stress and strain energy were obtained. Consideration of door open angles were $95^{\circ}$, $100^{\circ}$, $105^{\circ}$, $110^{\circ}$, $115^{\circ}$, $120^{\circ}$. These results will be provided to develop new concepts of door safety device as initial data.

The Academic Vocabulary Studies for Petty Officer in Community Colleague (전문대학 부사관과의 사고도구어 선정을 통한 글쓰기 교육방안 연구)

  • The goal of this paper is to seek an educational method that can cause some communicational improvements to petty officer majoring students through listing and utilizing the academic vocabulary. The academic vocabulary has been listed by using three major steps. The first, the academic vocabulary is needed to extract from the studies based on this field in past 3 years. Second, the academic vocabulary for petty officers is required to compare with high school level of the academic vocabulary. For the last, the academic vocabulary is demanded to be listed for teaching petty officer majoring students. The signification of the academic vocabulary in this study is limited by focusing on the educational skills for writing in petty officer majors. This study presents a way to develop the communicational abilities through using the academic vocabulary into the collaborative learning. For the conclusion, this study presents its limits and further directions.

Development of a safety accident prevention system for construction equipment utilizing IoT and RTLS technology (사물인터넷과 실시간 위치추적 기술을 활용한 건설 장비의 안전 사고 방지 시스템 개발)

  • Identifying potential accidents at construction sites is a major concern for the construction industry, and, according to the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, the death rate of safety accidents caused by construction equipment is particularly high at 19.8% as of 2016. Although Internet of Things (IoT) has not been applied widely in construction sites, it can build an operating system that feeds accurate and useful information to construction accident management for identifying potential accidents. In this context, this study proposes an IoT- and RTLS-based construction equipment safety accident prevention system, which can be useful for preventing and managing safety accidents caused by construction equipment. Future deployment of such system would contribute not only to the safety of workers but also to efficient equipment and manpower operation.

A Study on the Applicability of Safety Performance Indicators using the Density-Based Ship Domain (밀도기반 선박 도메인을 이용한 안전 성능 지표 활용성 연구)

  • Various efforts are needed to prevent accidents because ship collisions can cause various negative situations such as economic losses and casualties. Therefore, research to prevent accidents is being actively conducted, and in this study, new leading indicators for preventing ship collision accidents is proposed. In previous studies, the risk of collision was expressed in consideration of the distance between ships in a specific sea area, but there is a disadvantage that a new model needs to be developed to apply this to other sea areas. In this study, the density-based ship domain DESD (Density-based Empirical Ship Domain) including the environment and operating characteristics of the sea area was defined using AIS (Automatic Identification System) data, which is ship operation information. Deep clustering is applied to two-dimensional DESDs created for each sea area to cluster the seas with similar operating environments. Through the analysis of the relationship between clustered sea areas and ship collision accidents, it was statistically tested that the occurrence of accidents varies by characteristic of each sea area, and it was proved that DESD can be used as a leading indicator of accidents.

Analysis of Curriculum Management and Proposal of BIM Educational Strategy in Architecture Design (건축설계 과정에서 융합적 사고능력 향상을 위한 국내 대학의 BIM 교육과정 운영실태 분석과 교육전략 제안)

  • In order to meet the needs of integrated design process in architect industry, BIM(Building Information Modeling) education in university is urgently needed. However, the investigation of the current status of BIM education at 60 universities shows that most universities do not offer BIM education at all, or opened only one regular course for BIM education. The survey on BIM education for students shows that non-curricular activities brought bigger educational achievements than regular courses. Considering these findings and the practical restrictions of the universities, and through evaluation and feedback from professors as educational providers and working architects as professional users, the desirable strategy for BIM education in architect design was able to be suggested, which is consisted of regular curriculum of two courses and 40 hours non-curricular activities.

Application of convergence thinking in Problem-based learning on paramedic education (융합적 사고를 적용한 응급구조학의 문제중심학습)

  • The purpose of this study is to implement the convergence thinking in problem-based learning (PBL) on paramedic education. PBL scenario course was conducted for 78 students in the third year of emergency medical technology during the first semester of 15 weeks in 2017. After 15 weeks, data of 73 students were analyzed. Among questions about learning interest in PBL, 'neutral' was the most frequent response with 38% for "PBL scenario classes were more effective in learning and acquiring knowledge than lecture class". For "The lessons learned in the class helped to improve the ability to come up with appropriate solutions for problem solving", 57.5% responded 'agree', and for "The lessons learned in the class helped with confidence in the emergency scene", 50.7% responded 'agree'. PBL will be an effective and efficient way of teaching as a learning curriculum for understanding the field situation.

Convergence on the related depression, suicidal ideation and nutrient intakes in older adults with osteoarthritis using the 6th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES VI) (50대 이상의 골관절염 환자의 우울감 및 자살사고와 영양섭취에 관한 융합연구 : 국민건강영양조사 6기 자료 이용하여)

  • We investigated the relationship between depression, suicide risk, and related nutrient intakes in 50-60 year old Korean osteoarthritis patients. In the $6^{th}$ National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 4,112 people who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis by a doctor were analysed. Anxiety and depression level, pain and discomport level, depressive mood and suicidal ideation were significantly higher in osteoarthritis group compared to the non-osteoarthritis group(p<0.05). Dietary intake of energy, protein, n-3 and n-6 fatty acids, calcium, phosphate, thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin were significantly higher in the normal group compared with all the osteoarthritis, depression and suicidal ideation groups(p<0.05). The presented convergence strategy would be applied for emotional health and health care improvement of osteoarthritis patients.

해역이용자 의식조사를 통한 해상교통망 관리항목 도출에 관한 연구

  • 해양사고는 해양 환경과 인적 요소의 상호작용에서 발생하는 심각한 문제 중 하나로, 이를 예방하고 관리하기 위한 정책이 필수적이다. 하지만, 이 중 해상교통 환경에 대해서는 지금까지 항만 및 입·출항로 등 제한된 해역에 한정하여 관리되어 온 관계로 전체 연근해 해역에 대한 관리는 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 따라서 증가하는 해역 이용 수요에 대비한 선박 및 선원 중심의 안전 정책을 교통환경 관리강화를 통한 공간 중심으로 전환할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 해역이용자 및 관련 전문가를 대상으로 교통환경 관리 항목 도출을 위한 설문조사를 시행하고 AHP 기법을 활용하여 이를 분석하였다.

  • 선박과 항로표지 간 충돌에 의한 항로표지(buoy) 소실 및 사고를 줄이고자 영상을 기반으로 선박 접근 여부를 판단한다. 또한, 해양 기상환경을 파악해 운항 안전사고를 방지하기 위해 카메라로 촬영한 영상을 이용해 해무 강도를 측정하고자 한다.

The Effect of the Blended learning and Case- based learning on Learning strategies, Critical Thinking Disposition, Academic Self-Efficacy of Nursing Students (블렌디드러닝 융합 사례기반학습이 간호대학생의 학습전략, 비판적 사고성향 및 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과)

  • This study intends to test the effects of blended learning and case based learning on learning strategies, critical thinking disposition and academic self-efficacy for undergraduate nursing students. A one group pre-post design was applied to adult nursing of 23 nursing students. Data were collected between March 2 and April 30, 2021. Data were analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 23.0. The results showed that learning strategies(t=-2.43, p=.019) and sub-factor cognitive strategy (t=-2.22, p=.031), meta cognitive strategy(t=-2.59, p=.013) and resource management strategy (z=-2.46, p=.014) were significantly higher than levels before blended learning and case based learning. Critical thinking disposition(t=-1.14, p=.262) and academic self-efficacy(t=-.34, p=.734) were higher than levels before but was no significantly. In conclusion, It was confirmed that blended learning and case based learning is an effective educational program that improves learning strategies of nursing students. In the future, it is necessary to develop a program in which blended learning and case based learning can improve critical thinking disposition and academic self-efficacy, and to verify the effectiveness.
