청각 기능에 문제가 생겨 소리를 잘 듣지 못하는 청각장애인은 육아를 위해 베이비시터를 고용하거나 청각장애인용 소리감지 시스템을 사용하지만, 이는 비용적으로 부담이 될 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 사운드 센서 기반의 아기 울음소리감지 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 아기가 있는 곳에 소리감지 시스템을 설치하고, 일정 크기 이상의 소리가 감지되면 손목시계 모양의 웨어러블 디바이스에 진동을 발생시켜 아기가 울고 있음을 알려준다.

As the performance of mobile devices has dramatically improved, users can perform many tasks in a mobile environment. This means that the use of behavior information stored in the mobile device can tell a lot of users. For example, a user's text message and frequently used application information (behavioral information) can be utilized to create useful information, such as whether the user is interested in parenting(profile prediction). In this study, I investigate the behavior information of the user that can be collected in the mobile device and propose the item that can profile the user. And I also suggest ideas about how to utilize profiling information.

The purpose of this study was to explore the difficulties experienced by career-interrupted women and recruiters in the reemployment process. Using focused group interview(FGI), the depth interviews with six women and six recruiters had been carried out. Collected data was analyzed based on the interview and focus group research method by Corbin and Strauss(2008). Finally, eight domains in career-interrupted women' experience and five in recruiters' were created from the analysis of the data. In the context of the experience there were something in common. They include the need of proper job for woman, the lack of employment system and resource, and the negative perception of women workers. As result, we suggested implications. for solving the difficulties in the reemployment process.

The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between the infants' mother's parenting stresses and their environmental factors. The participants were 625 employed and 1453 non employed mothers from the Korean children panel in 2008. The collected data were analyzed by t-test and hierarchical regressions. The results are as follows. 1) The infant mothers experienced the medium level of parenting stresses. They reported the high level stresses in the parenting costs, the selecting parenting information, and the responsibility in their child's emotional stability. 2) The non employed mothers perceived more difficulties in the parenting situations than the employed mothers. The employed mothers perceived their environment and their parenting itself in positive way. They were in the good psychological conditions, having a well relationship with the husbands. They also had more knowledge in the child rearing and social supports. 3) The mother's psychological factors showed the high explanation power on their parenting stresses. 4) The father's parenting assistant affected the mother's parenting stresses only in the non employed mother.

This study was conducted to examine the user's experiences with the public library in Daejeon using big data analysis, focusing on the text mining technique. To know this, first, the overall evaluation and perception of users about the public library in Daejeon were explored by collecting data on social media. Second, through analysis using online news articles, the pending issues that are being discussed socially were identified. As a result of the analysis, the proportion of users with children was first high. Next, it was found that topics through LDA analysis appeared in four categories: 'cultural event/program', 'data use', 'physical environment and facilities', and 'library service'. Finally, it was confirmed that keywords for the additional construction of libraries and complex cultural spaces and the establishment of a library cooperation system appeared at the core in the news article data. Based on this, it was proposed to build a library in consideration of regional balance and to create a social parenting community network through business agreements with childcare and childcare institutions. This will contribute to identifying the policy and social trends of public libraries in Daejeon and implementing data-based public library operations that reflect local community demands.

In recent days North Korean refugees. who hope to move into and settle in South Korea, have been rapidly increasing. However their adaptation to South Korea is reported to have not been so much successful as they expected. Considering such situations, this study attempts to investigate their information needs and behavior. North Korean refugees have various and strong information needs for settlement and daily life. The strongest were information needs related to economic Problem, specifically job and business related information needs. It was followed by information needs related to social welfare, health and security child care and education, and North Korean situation In order to meet their information needs. North Korean refugees were heavily dependent on informal interpersonal information sources such as their family members. friends. and their own neighborhoods. as compared to such formal interpersonal information sources as Public officers. social welfare agents, and NGOs members. Meanwhile. their usage of mass media such as TV. newspapers, and internet as information sources was also heavy However the overall information environment surrounding them appeared to be relatively inferior to that of average South Koreans.

부모의 사회 활동 시간이 늘어남에 따라 아이들이 혼자 집에서 보내는 시간도 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 아이들의 자립심을 크게 제한하지 않으면서 노출되기 쉬운 실내 위험으로부터 아이들을 보호하고 아이의 심리, 감정적 상태에 따라 적절한 지도를 해주는 도움이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 RFID 기술을 기반으로 아이들을 물리적 위험으로부터 보호하고 자연언어처리 기술을 이용하여 아이의 심리, 감정 상태에 따른 음악과 애니메이션의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 제공한다. 또한 지속적인 관심이 필요한 일정 관리, 일상 생활에서 도움을 주는 전자제품 사용법 안내 등의 정보를 제공하여 아이 스스로 자신의 일을 할 수 있도록 도움을 준다. 본 연구에서는 가상의 가정을 디자인하여 실현 가능한 시나리오를 중심으로 이와 같은 서비스를 시뮬레이션 한 결과를 보인다.

잠시 꿈결 같았던 시간이 지나갔다. 다시 돌아온 바쁜 일상 속에서 가끔 웃음 지을 수 있는 건, 아마도 이번 가을이 내 삶에 참 특별한 순간이었기 때문일 것이다. 잠시 쉴 수 있었던 시간이었고, 많은 생각들을 정리할 수 있었던 교육이었다. 내 인생의 전환점, 새로운 시작. 2015년 여성 낙농인 선진지 연수 교육을 다녀왔다. 몇 해 전 남편의 권유로 여성낙농인 목장경영 전문화교육이 있음을 알게 되었다. 하지만 어린 두 아이의 엄마로 육아를 병행하며 교육을 받기 쉽지 않았다. 그렇게 몇 해가 흘러갔고 큰 아이가 초등학교에 들어가고, 작은 아이가 여섯 살이 되었다. 시간을 내어 기다리고 기다리던 교육을 신청하게 되었고, 전국 각지에서 오신 여성 낙농인분들을 만나 뵙게 되었다. 기대했던 것 이상으로 목장경영에 도움이 되는 많은 지식과 정보들을 배울 수 있었다. 또한 유럽연수에 참여 할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 되었다. 그렇게 나의 서른 중반에 해외선진지 연수교육이 시작되었다. 바쁜 일상 속에서 잠시 모든 것을 잊고${\cdots}$ 좀 더 넓은 세상을 보고 느끼고 배우고 싶었다. 유럽의 낙농산업과 치즈산업은 어떤 모습일지 설레고 궁금했다.

스마트워크란 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 언제 어디서나 편리하고 똑똑하게 근무하는 미래지향적인 업무환경을 의미한다. 스마트워크의 성공적인 도입은 업무효율성 향상을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 창의성과 생산성을 제고할 수 있는 혁신의 틀을 제공한다. 특히, 업무에 대한 시간 공간 신체적 조건을 완화시킴으로써 육아여성, 고령층, 장애인 등 근로소외계층의 경제활동 참여를 제고시켜 저출산 고령화 등의 사회문제를 해소하는 등 국가 사회적 측면에서도 스마트워크의 도입은 그 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 향후, 스마트워크 서비스의 조기 활성화를 위해서는 정부 민간 공동의 선도 시범사업 추진, 제도적 기반 마련, 스마트워크 문화 확산 및 여건 조성 등의 정책과제를 발굴하여 추진하여야 한다.

본 논문은 한국고용정보원의 '대졸자 직업이동경로조사(2007)' 자료를 활용하여 청년 고학력자의 성별 노동시장 차별이 존재하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 청년 고학력층은 경력단절, 육아와 가사부담에 따른 노동시장 차별을 비교적 덜 받을 것으로 예상된다는 점에서 이들 집단에서의 차별 존재는 최근 노동시장 문제를 파악하는 데 있어 매우 중요한 의미가 있다. 우리는 성별 노동시장 차별을 분석하기 위해서 차별에 관한 실증분석 방법으로 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 오하카 요인분해 모형을 활용하였다. 특히 고용차별을 확인하기 위해서 이항선택 모형에 적용한 요인분해 분석방법을 활용하였다. 전반적인 결론은 청년층 고학력자 여성들도 청년층 고학력자 남성에 비해 고용 및 임금차별을 경험한다는 것이다. 특히 본 연구에서는 성별 임금차별 뿐만 아니라 비정규고용 및 비공식고용과 같은 고용형태상의 차별도 확인할 수 있었다. 연령, 4년제졸 여부, 결혼여부가 성별 고용 및 임금격차를 초래하는 주요 요인으로 분석되었다.
