Two endemic foci of heterophyids and other intestinal fluke infections in southern and western coastal areas in Korea (전북 부안군과 경남 사천군 해안지역에서 발견한 이형흡충류 및 기타 장흡충류의 유행지)

  • Two endemic foci of heterophyid infections were discovered in coastal villages of Puan-gun. Chollabuk-do, and Sachon-gun. Kyongsangnam-do, Korea. Fecal examina- tions were performed on 153 inhabitants of Puan-gun and 138 of Sachon-gun, using cellophane thick smear and formalin-ether sedimentation technique. The helminth egg and/or protozoan cyst positive rate was 21.5% (33/153) in Puan-gun and 39.1% (54/138) in Sachon-gun. In Puan-fun, the egg Positive rate of heterophyids was the highest, 17.6%, and that of other parasites was 0.7-2.6% by parasite species. In Sachon-gun, that of heterophyids wa's 18.8%, followed by Clonorchis sinensis (12.3%). and other parasites (0.7-5.OBEI . Twenth-two (Puan-gun) and six (Sachon-gun) heterophyid egg Positive cases were treated loth praziquantel, and adult flukes were collected from their diarrheic stools. A total of 3,284 adult flukes of Heterophyes nocens was collected from all of the 22 patients treated in Puan-gun (3-778 individually) , and other trematodes were also collected from 2- 15 patients; Ftgidiopsis sumac, Stellcntchcsmus JcEcctus, Metogoninus Wokogaupci, M. miyntci, Stictodora Juscnta, Heterophwopsis continua, Acnnthopcrwphium kurognmo, and GWmnophaELoines seoi. In Sachon-gun, M. yokognwci (3,007 specimens), H. nocens (120), aud S. falcatus (46) were collected from 5 of 6 treated patients, and H. continuo and 5. tan each from one patient. The present study revealed that heterophyid flukes, especially If. nocens and M. Wokofowai, are prevalent in the southern and western coastal areas of Korea where fresh and/or brackish water fishes are popularly eaten raw.

  • The 1920s and 1930s ushered in "the golden age" of Chinese comics when the comics flourished. Satirical cartoons in modern Chinese comics were popular due to emotional instability and war caused by foreign powers. Among many popular comics, this paper analyzes in the 1920s and in the 1930s which were made into films and dramas. Chapter Two shows that China in the Republican era of China expanded its consumer culture into some sectors like films, novels, magazines and fashion in the 1920s and 1930s. However, more than any other things, this chapter considers from the historical perspective "the golden age" of comics including comic magazine in the 1930s and a history of comic magazines that gained popularity with conventional and common story. Chapter Three explains that social satire cartoons were in vogue since the May Fourth Movement and anti-imperialistic and semi-feudalistic stories in the 1920s were realized in life. It also says that comics that describes the negative sides of its society were popular. Ye QianYu, a cartoonist, portrayed many facets of Shanghai through : the daily life of the middle and lower classes, bureaucratic corruption and sympathy for the working class. drawn by Zhang LePing describes the unfair social system between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat and the gap between the rich and poor through the main character, the powerless and poor orphan. and lampooned the reality of its time in an objective, witty and humorous way in terms of ethics and economy respectively. The researcher chooses to study and which are very familiar to us, because good cartoons, animations and movies stimulate the feelings about our surroundings.

  • 간흡충은 우리나라를 비롯하여 중국, 대만, 일본 및 월남등지에 널리 분포되어 있으며 1947년에 Stoll씨의 통계에 의하면 세계적으로 1,900만명이 넘는 감염자가 있다고 하였다. 현재 우리나라에서만 약 200만명의 간흡충 감염자가 있을 것으로 추산되고 있다. 간흡충은 McConnell이 1874년에 인도의 Calcutta에서 한 중국인의 간담도에서 본충을 처음 발견한 것이다. 이것을 Cobbold(1875)가 Distoma sinense라고 명명하였다가 후에 Looss (1907)가 Clonorchis sinensis라고 하였다. Kobayashi (1910)는 담수어가 간흡충감염의 중간숙주로 작용한다는 것을 처음으로 발견하였고 Muto (1918)에 의하여 왜우렁이가 제1중간숙주임을 발견함으로서 간흉충의 생활사가 확실해 졌다. Faust 및 Khaw (1927)에 의하여 중국에서 간흡충의 생물학 및 역학에 관한 광범한 연구업적이 발표된 이래 일본, 한국, 중국등 여러곳에서 많은 사람들에 의하여 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 적절한 치료방법이 없었고 또 민물고기를 생식하는 식습관과 위생시설의 미비등 여러가지 요인때문에 예방이 어려움에 직면하였다. 최근 다행히 새로이 개 발된 praziquantel이 간흡충중에 대하여 우수한 치료효과를 나타내고 집단치료에도 적합하다는 것이 증명됨으로서 간흡충증 예방과 관리에 큰 서광이 보이게 되었다. 따라서 간흉충증의 발생과 임상적 병증의 중요성을 좀 더 이해하기 위하여 간흡충체의 미세구조, 병인, 역학, 임상증상등 최근 알려진 새로운 지견과 우리나라에 있어서 간흡충증의 분포 및 유행지 형성 상황을 수학적으로 역학적 분석을 시도하였다. 그리고 과거 간흡충중의 화학치료에 관한 연구성적을 종합하여 화학요법제의 특성 빚 치료 적용여부에 대하여 논하였고 각약제의 시험관내 및 실험동물에 있어서의 살충효과와 임상시험에 있어서의 치료효과 및 부작용에 대하여 기술하였다. 그리고 새로 개발된 praziquantel의 간흡충에 대한 작용기전에 대하여도 논하였다.   • 호흡기 관련 전염병의 주된 증상인 기침은 공기 중에 감염된 병원균을 퍼트리며 비감염자가 해당 병원균에 노출된 경우 높은 확률로 해당 전염병에 감염될 위험이 있다. 또한 사람들이 많이 모이는 공공장소 및 실내 공간에서의 기침 탐지 및 조치는 전염병의 대규모 유행을 예방할 수 있는 효율적인 방법이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 탐지해야 하는 기침 소리 및 일상생활 속 발생할 수 있는 기침과 유사한 배경 소리 들을 Mel-Spectrogram으로 변환한 후 시각화된 특징을 CNN 모델에 학습시켜 기침 탐지를 진행하며, 일반적으로 사용되는 사전 학습된 CNN 모델에 제안된 Attention 모듈의 적용이 기침 탐지 성능 향상에 도움이 됨을 입증하였다.

A study on method of acquisition of modernity in comic narrative;in 『Byeolgeongon』 (웃음서사의 근대성 획득방식 연구;『별건곤』을 중심으로)

  • In the period of Japanese occupation comic narratives were popular to such an extent as to be published not only newspapers and magazines but also books as 『Yojigyeong』(1910), 『Jeodobaekhwa』(1912), 『Gaegeonhuihui』(1912), 『Angcheondaeso』(1913), 『Kkalkkaluseum』(1916), 『Socheonsoji』(1918), 『Gogeumgidamjip』(1923), 『Mangogidam』(1924), 『Joseonpaldo iksal & jaedam』(1927), 『Segyesohwajip』(1934). This study is to discuss about how those narratives gain modernity with the titles scattered in 『Byeolgeongon』 as the central figure, and to reveal the nature of the comic narratives in 『Byeolgeongon』 by looking into contents. The comic narratives in the magazine are 149, especially from the titles show the editors' agony at that time. The narratives gain modernity by combining the new trend cultural terms which can't be found in our traditional culture as 'sinbu huboja jeonramhwoe.', 'sinrang huboja jeonramhoe.', 'nonsense teuksseolgwan', 'how modern shipbuilding 10 inventions sinjejo', 'sohwabangsongsil', 'sohwabangsongguk', 'freedom march', 'sinchunpoksodaehwoe' and 'humor orchestra'. The narratives give laughter to the readers by carrying the characters such as wit, enlightenment, critics of social conditions, grotesque. The narratives in the magazine 『Byeolgeongon』 represent much to survive with comic story in a time of gloom in the period of Japanese occupation.

  • In contemporary society, digital media has become an integral part of daily life that shapes how people interact with the world around them. This phenomenon has also influenced religious activities and practices. Studies on digital religion and religious practices among digital natives in the Western world have indicated that traditional religious practices are on the decline. Instead, more accessible and flexible forms of religious activities and beliefs are emerging. Given this context, it is important to investigate whether similar trends are occurring in Korea. This study aims to explore the religious activities and expressions of Korean individuals in the online environment. Specifically, the study focuses on four main areas: ①the online religious activities of established religions such as Protestantism, Buddhism, and Catholicism; ②the online religious activities related to divination belief systems such as the Four Pillars of Destiny (四柱 saju) and Tarot; ③online holy sites and wish comments or chats; and ④popular religious neologisms such as jileumshin (지름神 a god with the power to justify consumption) and gatsaeng (갓[God]生 one's best life). Through this review, it can be ascertained that religious ideas and practices are restricted by the attributes of digital media. This implies that the emergence of simplistic forms of religious ideas and activities is associated with the features of digital media and the consumption of digital content.

  • Starting with a Korean soap opera in the year 1993, entertainment industry of South Korea such as K-pop, soap operas, Korean celebrities has been introduced and spread throughout China. The new word 'Korean wave' was coined by fans of Korean entertainment culture at this time, and passion on the subject gradually expanded from soap operas to entertainment programs in the market of China. It is necessary to analyze the current situation that Korean entertainment programs gaining tremendous popularity on the entertainment field in China and research on ways to cope with the fierce competition and to change to survive from it. Nowadays Korea has its own unique attribute with its national traits after years of mere imitative adaptation from broadcast program of Japan and that of America since 1980's. Regarding the process, similar situation is ongoing on the entertainment field in China. This paper intends to study potential of Chinese entertainment industry compared to the differences on programs between Korea and China by scoping out success of Korean entertainment program in China and the impact on Chinese entertainment market.

의류상품 소비자의 판매촉진 반응유형과 쇼핑성향

  • 본 연구는, 그 동안 간과되어 왔던 의류 상품의 판촉에 초점을 맞추어, 판촉의 여러 방법 별 소비자들의 반응 정도를 알아보고, 그 반응 경향이 소비자의 인구통계적 특성, 판촉에 대한 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동과 연관성을 가지는지를 규명함을 목적으로 한다. 수도권 거주 여성 444명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 이용해 분석이 이루어졌다. 실증적 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 판촉의 각 방법에 대한 소비자들의 반응 정도는 가격 할인이 가장 높았고 그 다음은 디스플레이, 쿠폰, 사은품, 백화점 패션쇼, 경품의 순서로 나타났다. 가격 할인, 디스플레이, 사은품, 쿠폰, 백화점 패션쇼 등 5가지 판촉 방법에 대한 소비자 반응 정도를 기준으로 군집분석한 결과 판촉에 대한 반응 유형에 있어 차이를 보이는 5개 집단을 규명할 수 있었다. 각 집단의 인구통계적 특성들 중에서는 소비자 자신의 학력과 자녀의 연령만이 집단간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 각 집단의 판촉 태도는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 각 집단은 의복 쇼핑 성향 및 의복 구매 관련 정보원 이용에서 차이를 보였다. 결론에서는, 실증적 연구의 결과 판촉에 대한 소비자 반응 유형별로 인구통계적 특성, 판촉 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으므로 의류 상품의 판촉 전략 수립시 표적 집단의 특성에 따라 판촉 방법 선택이나 판촉 정보 전달 경로 등을 조절하는 것이 필요함을 제언하였다. 예를 들어, 신중/경제적 쇼핑 성향을 가지며 판촉에 대한 태도가 호의적인 소비자들에 대해서는 다양한 정보 전달 경로를 통해 가격 할인이나 쿠폰을 제공하는 것이 좋은 판촉 방법이 될 것이며, 쾌락/유행 지향적이고 상표/품질을 중시하는 소비자들에 대해서는 잡지, 인적 정보, 카탈로그 등을 정보 전달 경로로 하여 디스플레이나 패션쇼를 통해 판매 촉진을 할 수 있을 것이다.0.10 $h^{-1}$과 0.09$h^{-1}$h-1이었고, 반감기는 각각 6.93 및 7.70시간으로 측정되었다. 각각의 농도에서 12시간 및 8시간 이후에는 g당 0.19$\mu\textrm{g}$ 및 0.18$\mu\textrm{g}$이하로 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. Phosphamidon과 profenofos의 급성어독성은 profenofos가 높았고, BCF profenofos가 phosphamidon보다 약 100배 정도 높게 나타났으며, 배설속도는 phosphamidon이 profenofos보다 약 2배 정도 빨랐다.

  • Metaverse is a compound word of 'meta' and 'universe', which means transcendence and the world. It is a digital world where daily life and economic activities are possible. While the Metaverse is being actively used as an alternative space to enjoy leisure life since COVID-19, not much academic research on Metaverse in Korea has been done yet. Based on the previous research on Metaverse in Korea and overseas we conducted a typology analysis on cultural leisure-based Metaverse and a study on its key features. Considering the current situation in which the Metaverse era is blooming we also investigated the development trends of the Metaverse and related technologies at home and abroad. We also presented the direction of advancement of the cultural leisure-based Metaverse. This study differentiates itself from previous domestic and foreign studies by discovering and analyzing theoretical models, frameworks and features in terms of society, collaboration, and leisure use through case studies. It is meaningful that this research presents directions on further Metaverse research that reflect the current information technology (IT) and changes in life.

  • The transition to the untact era caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly shrunk Korea's continuously growing tourism industry. In this paper, the size, gender ratio, and gender ratio of foreign tourists before and after the outbreak of Corona, gender ratio, It was noted that there was a very large change in the purpose of the visit. Considering the end of the mandatory outdoor mask, the lifting of the mandatory quarantine for all overseas arrivals regardless of vaccination, and the number of outbound tourists who started to recover rapidly from the first half of 2022, this thesis examines how the interest in Korean tourism in the post-corona era is I wanted to see if it had changed. To this end, we analyzed how major tourism-related search keywords changed before and after COVID-19, and suggested changes necessary for the development of the Korean tourism industry.
