This study is to investigate the housing conditions and housing satisfaction of Chinese students in S. Korea, and identified effective factors for related housing design. Chinese students at CBNU participated in this survey from November to December in 2011. A questionnaire survey was used. 200 students voluntarily participated in this survey with 147 surveys providing useful data for analysis. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and linear regression were used to analyzed the data with SPSS 12.0. The results are as follow. 1) Many Chinese students received housing information from discussion with acquaintance. They lived together 2 students in one-room or dormitory. Monthly rental was about 240,000 won, and they found the living conditions a burden. 2) They are unsatisfied with food, the lack of a refrigerator, and non availability kitchen facilities. These factors are considered in planning for Chinese students housing. 3) For the most part, they are satisfied with their current housing environment, although there is a need to improve health related housing environment factors, including sunlight, noise, and indoor air. The effective residential factors to overall housing satisfaction are dwelling space and size, space organization and floor plan, kitchen toilet bathroom facilities, sunlight, and safety from natural disasters. The effective neighborhood factors identified include access to natural environment, community facilities, parks, noise, and commuting time. 4) Subjective factors played a larger role in overall housing satisfaction than did objective factors such as gender and types of house.

본 연구는 기존의 ServQual 평가모델을 기초로 대학 캠퍼스에 적용가능한 CampusQual 평가모델을 개발하여 중국 칭화대학교에 재학 중인 한국 학생을 대상으로 교내 학습, 정보활용과 대학생활 등에 적응도 조사를 수행하였다. 이 평가모델에는 인구통계학적 변인, 학습과 정보활용, 교내생활적응, 시설환경, 사회교류관계, 관련된 학교제도와 규정을 포함하는 총 5개 분야 30개의 변인들에 대한 설문문항을 포함하고 있다. 만족도, 요구도, 적응도로 구분되는 평가결과는 CampusQual 평가모델에서 제시한 수식으로 계산하였다. 평가결과를 기반으로 한국 유학생이 칭화대학교에서 학업과 생활을 보다 원활하게 수행해 나가는데 필요한 새로운 캠퍼스 서비스 방안을 제시한다.

As the number of Chinese students in Korea has significantly increased, the problems of students' life and academic achievement has appeared obviously. Utilizing an analysis on the relationship between the life satisfaction of Chinese students in Korea and the degree of internet addiction, the purposes of this research are to improve the quality of Chinese students' life and to contribute to the growth of Chinese students in Korea. A questionnaire-type survey was conducted on 350 Chinese college students in Daegu. The results of this study are as follows: First, the used time on internet games, chat and on-line TV differs from gender, the duration of internet games and their academic performance. Second, there are significant differences by gender, Korean ability, and academic performance in the life satisfaction of Chinese students in Korea. Third, Chinese college students in Korea are more addicted in the internet than Korean or Chinese college students at their own country. Fourth, the longer playing online game, the longer watching online TV, the less communicating with the Koreans, and the less satisfying with non -study related activities, the more Chinese college students of studying in Korea are addicted in the internet.

한국에서 유학 생활을 하고 있는 유학생들의 수는 증가됨에 따라 한국어 전공이 활성화되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 점을 고려할 때 외국인 유학생들의 전공 선택을 하는 동기와 그에 따른 전공만족도를 파악하는 것은 의의가 크다. 본 연구는 서울지역에 거주하고 있는 외국 유학생 173명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 전공선택 동기와 전공만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 입증하였다. 분석결과, 외국인 유학생의 한국어 전공 선택동기는 내적동기, 외적동기로 구분되었고, 전공만족도는 인식만족, 관계만족, 교과만족, 일반만족으로 구분되었다. 한국어 전공 선택동기 중, 외적동기 수준이 매우 높게 나타났고, 전공만족도 중, 일반만족 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전공 선택동기 중, 외적동기와 내적동기는 모두 전공만족도인 인식만족, 관계만족, 교과만족, 일반만족에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 한국어 전공 유학생들의 전공만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 전공을 활용한 직장에 대한 정보 및 기회 제공, 양질의 교육과정을 제공해야한다는 효과적인 방법을 제언하였다.

구강건강 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 구강건강관리행태를 파악하여 중국인 유학생의 구강건강 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 마련하고자 전북 소재 대학교 중국인 유학생 236명을 대상으로 2013년 4월 2일부터 5월 9일 동안 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시한 결과 65.3%가 1년 이내 치과내원 경험이 없었으며, 82.6%가 1년 이내 치석제거를 받지 않았고, 68.2%가 구강보건교육을 받은 적이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 OHIP-14는 학년, 건강보험 가입여부, 유학생활 만족도에서 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<0.05), 구강건강관리행태에 따른 OHIP-14는 주관적인 구강건강상태, 1년 이내 치과내원 경험과 치석제거 경험에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 구강건강 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 주관적인 구강건강 상태와 1년 이내 치석제거 경험으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 중국인 유학생들의 구강건강 문제 발생 시 의료기관의 편리한 이용을 위해 자국어 번역 안내서 및 의료 전문 통역자의 배치와 대학 차원에서 학교구강보건실의 운영 및 구강건강증진을 위해 실질적으로 도움이 되는 구강보건교육이 요구된다.
