국토해양부의 국토지반정보 DB구축사업은 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과를 전산화하여 재활용할 수 있도록 DB구축, 시스템 보급, 센터 운영 등을 주요수행사업으로 '00년부터 현재까지 10년 이상 지속적으로 추진되고 있다. '07년부터 "지반조사성과전산화및활용에관한지침"이 국토해양부 훈령으로 제정 시행되면서 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과에 대한 전산화는 건설사가 직접 입력 제출하고 있다. 지침 시행과 함께 국토해양부에서는 국토지반정보 통합DB센터(한국건설기술연구원) 중심으로 지반정보 유통프로세스를 확립하고 지반정보 생산을 위한 지반정보 입력시스템, 검수 등록을 위한 검수등록시스템, 지반정보 유통을 위한 웹유통시스템으로 구성된 국토지반정보 유통시스템을 구축 운영하고 있다. 보급 활용 중인 국토지반정보 유통시스템에 대하여 지반정보 생산자 및 활용자들의 지속적인 개선요구사항들을 수렴하고 있으며, '11년도 사업을 통하여 사용자 중심의 국토지반정보 유통시스템으로 개선 및 추가개발을 추진하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장의 의견을 수렴하여 사용자 중심으로 개선한 국토지반정보 유통시스템의 주요 연구내용을 소개한다.

Agricultural product distribution means all economic activities ranging from farmers(agricultural products producers) to consumers. In general, as the domestic agricultural product distribution channel is complicated and many distribution agents are involved in the distribution process, it takes a lot of distribution costs and is characterized by a relatively high distribution margin. Therefore distribution agents involved in the distribution channel requires an integrated, unified information system based on an accurate and seamless information exchange and mutual information sharing to integrally manage information. In this paper, we propose a standardization plan for database structures to use and share the distribution information among distribution agents and to implement an integrated distribution information system.

GIS 시스템 구축사업이 진행됨에 따라 편리성을 위한 연구와 함께, 최근에는 전산망 및 인터넷의 보안문제가 대두됨에 따라, GIS 시스템에서도 보안에 대한 관심을 갖게 되었다. 크게 GIS 시스템에서의 보안과 관련된 문제는 지금까지 전문가들을 위한 정보유통에서 최근 일반인들에 대한 정보유통으로 발생되는 유통정보에 대한 보안문제와 GIS 유통노드, 지리공간 데이터 서버에 대한 보안문제로 구별할 수 있다. 유통상의 정보에 대한 보안문제는 전송되는 유통정보에 대한 도청을 방지하기 위한 암호화 기술이 요구되며, 또한 전송도중 불법사용자에 의한 변조 혹은 삭제 등의 위협으로부터 유통정보에 대한 무결성을 입증하기 위한 인증기술이 요구된다. 이와 같이 암호 및 인증기술과 함께, 인터넷과 전산망의 급속한 보급에 따른 GIS 유통노드, 지리공간 데이터 서버에 대한 불법적인 접속 및 무단 변조에 대한 전산망 접속제어 기술도 요구된다. 결과적으로 GIS 시스템이 정상적으로 운용되기 위해서는 이러한 제반 문제 해결을 위한 방안이 제시되어야 하며, 이는 각종 범죄를 방지하고 건전한 정보화 사회를 구축하기 위한 선결과제이다 따라서 본 고에서는 이러한 제반문제 해결을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

21세기 첨단영상매체인 디지털 비디오 디스크(DVD)가 지난 1996년 11월 처음 등장한 이래, 올해로 만 8년째를 맞이한 DVD산업은 본격적인 성장기에 접어들고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내 DVD유통업체는 비효율적인 푸시(Push)유통체제로서 유통물류시스템을 가동하고 있다. 따라서 국내 DVD유통관련 업계의 물류비용 절감과 DVD유통(제조업 포함)업계의 사업 참여를 적극 유도하여 선진 유통정보시스템 구현을 통한 산업 경쟁력 확대차원의 사업추진방안이 필요한 실정이다.

With the rapid dissemination of Internet and the fast development of IT technology. utilization and circulation of video files through Internet has been widely popularized. To keep playing a central role in information circulation in this ever-changing environment, libraries should pay attention to the circulation of video content, as it emerges to be an important type information resource. In this context, this paper examines the issues surrounding the development of the video content circulation system, while suggesting foundational knowledge required for the development of the system. First, the author reviews the current state of video content utilization and circulation on the internet and examines the related technical developments. Then, the author explains each component of the video content circulation system, while discussing the issues to be considered in the practical implementation of the system. The paper will provide practical guidelines for the librarians in their investigation and/or implementation of the video content circulation service and system.

정보시스템부의 사업 가운데 2004년도에 새롭게 출범시키는 신규 과제는 "차세대 정보 유통 시스템 프레임웍 개발연구"이다. 이 사업을 통해 구현하고자 하는 (정보 유통 시스템 프레임웍)이란 과학기술 정보의 생성, 가공, 분배, 서비스 등의 모든 과정을 하나의 구조화된 시스템에 반영하고 이를 통합적으로 운영할 수 있는 표준적인 콘텐트 생명주기 관리체제이다.

인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 인해 다양한 멀티미디어 리소스를 쉽고 빠르게 활용할 수 있는 시대가 도래하였다. 그러나 이러한 멀티미디어 문서들을 새롭게 편집하고 저장하고 유통시킬 수 있는 기술적 인프라는 아직 부족하다고 보여진다. 멀티미디어 문서를 편집하는 작업에는 다양만 문서포맷을 지원하는 멀티미디어 저작 툴이 필요하며 편집된 문서를 저장할 시에는 대용량의 고속 저장강치가 필요하다. 더불어 이러한 멀티미디어 문서를 활발히 유통시키기 위해서는 디지털 문서의 지적 재산권을 보호해줄 수 있는 견고한 유통 시스템이 필수이다. 본 논문에서는 멀터미디어 컨텐츠의 유통에 기여할 수 있는 지식서버 시스템에 관하여 기술하고자 한다. 가상문서[1] 개념을 기반으로 설계된 지식서버 시스템은 기존의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 재구성하여 만든 가상문서를 유통시킬 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 지식서버 시스템을 이용하면 대용량의 저장장치를 필요로 하지 않는 멀티미디어 문서를 저작 및 저장할 수 있고, 새롭게 저작된 멀티미디어 문서를 지식서버 시스템의 인증 서버를 통하여 쉽게 유통시킬 수 있다. 또한 유통된 가상문서가 실제 문서로 재현될 경우에 지식서버 내의 로그관리기에 의하여 로그정보가 기록되기 때문에 컨텐츠 유통 현황을 실시간으로 파악할 수 있다.

The ICT(information & communication technology) led to a dramatic change of floral distribution service, a phase of competition between wholesales and retail stores, and distribution channels in floral industry. It was expected that a role of the intermediaries in this industry would have reduced due to the improvement of transaction process by ICT. However, the ICT made to overcome a regional limit of the floral retail distribution service leading to an increase in sales and enlargement of the stores. And even it made possible to bring out another type of intermediaries such as private associations. This case study focuses on what kinds of efforts the floral wholesale distributors have made to enable a distribution process more smoothly between the wholesale distributors and retail stores through the information system, and what the failure factors in adopting the information system have been. This paper is also to examine how the wholesale distributors have changed themselves to gain dominant positions in distribution channels. As a result of the study, it was found that the intermediaries mostly failed in successfully achieving the distribution channel innovation through the information system because of several main reasons. FLOMARKET Inc. tried to innovate a distribution channel to obtain high quality goods through consolidating a wholesale distribution market in that segregated both floral joint market from free markets. after implementing the information system with consideration of the failure factors, FLOMARKET Inc. was able to minimize goods in stock and make a major purchase of various goods. In addition, it made a possible pre-ordering process and an exact calculation of purchasing goods so they could provide their products with market price in real time, which helped for the company to gain credits from their customers. Also, FLOMARKET Inc. established the information system which well suited to its business stage in order to deal with a rapidly changing distribution environment. It's so obvious that the transaction processing system of FLOMARKET Inc. definitely helped to share information among traders more seamlessly and smoothly in realtime, standardize goods, and make a transaction process clearer. Besides, the transaction information helped the wholesale distributors and retail stores to make more strategic decisions in their business because through the system they enabled to gather the marketing intelligence information more easily and convenient. If we understand that the floral distribution market is characterized by the low IT- based industry, it's worth to examine a case study proving that the information system actually increases the productivity of the transaction process in the floral industry.

본 연구는 WTO체제 출범에 따라 급격하게 지각변동을 하고 있는 우리나라 유통산업의 경영정보시스템 구축을 위한 접근방법을 이론적으로 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 최근 시장개방의 추세에 따라 그 취급상품의 종류 및 서비스 수준 등에 있어 우리나라 유통시장을 폭넓게 잠식하고 있는 수입상품의 유통과정을 중심으로 접근해본다.

이 논문은 지식정보 자원 통합 및 상호운용성 제공을 위한 국가 수준의 지식정보자원의 자동 생성 및 유통 시스템의 주요한 특징을 기술한다. 국가 지식정보 관리시스템들은 지식 유형과 지식관리 역할을 수행하는 종합정보센터에 따라 생성 자원 유형 및 유통 메커니즘이 상이하며, 다양하게 분류된다. 이러한 상호운용의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템간의 표준화된 지식정보 공유 기능 제공을 위한 국가 지식 정보자동 생성 및 유통 표준 모델의 설계가 요구된다. 이를 위해 설계된 모델은 분산 아키텍처 모델, 프로세스 모델 및 서비스 운영 모델로 구성되며, 국가 지식정보 공유를 위한 생성 및 유통 시스템의 개선, 신규 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 위한 참조모델로서 활용할 수 있다.
