마이크로 드릴비트 세척시스템의 유체-구조 연성해석 (Analysis of Fluid-Structure Interaction of Cleaning System of Micro Drill Bits)

  • The micro drill bit automatic regrinding in-line system is a system that refurbishes drill bits used in a PCB manufacturing process. This system is able to refurbish drill bits with a minimum size of ø0.15-0.075mm that have previously been discarded. Beyond the conventional manual cleaning process using ultrasound, this system adopts a water jet cleaning system, making it capable of cleaning drill bits with a minimum size of ø0.15-0.075mm. This paper analyses various contact pressures applied to the surface of drill bits depending on the shooting pressure of the cleaning device and fluid velocity in order to optimize the nozzle location and to detect structural instability caused by the contact pressures.

  • In this study, optimization design technique for control of solid-fluid coupled force (sloshing) using evolutionary method is suggested. Artificial neural networks(ANN) and genetic algorithm(GA) is employed as evolutionary optimization method. The ANN is used to analysis of the sloshing and the genetic algorithm is adopted as an optimization algorithm. In the creation of ANN learning data, the design of experiments is adopted to higher performance of the ANN learning using minimum learning data and ALE(Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian) numerical method is used to obtain the sloshing analysis results. The proposed optimization technique is applied to the minimization of sloshing of the water in the tank lorry with baffles under 2 second lane change.

  • Fuel tank sloshing noise of vehicle is caused by flow impact on the tank wall during sudden braking, and the sloshing vibration of tank wall is a coupled phenomenon of the fuel inside tank and tank wall structure. Therefore, Fluid-Structure Interface(FSI) analysis technology should be adopted to predict accurately the sloshing vibration. In this study, FSI approach was employed to analyze sloshing phenomenon for a simple tank model with velocity change of the actual vehicle test. First, the simulated results for rigid tank model were compared with those for deformable tank model. Next, influence of baffle location and shape of baffle holes on the acceleration magnitude and the maximum stress of tank wall was investigated. In addition, sloshing analysis for tank with another baffle type was carried out.

  • In order to investigate the vibration characteristics of fluid-structure interaction problem, we modeled two rectangular identical plates coupled with bounded fluid. The fixed boundary condition along the plate edges and an ideal fluid are assumed. MSC/NASTRAN was used to perform finite element analysis and analytic solutions were compared with experimental solutions to verify finite element model. As a result, comparison of FEM and experiment show good agreement, and the transverse vibration modes, in-phase and out of-phase, were observed alternately in the fluid-coupled system. The effect of distance between two rectangular plates on the fluid-coupled natural frequency is investigated.

Finite element analysis was performed using ANSYS to verify modal parameters and analytic results were compared with experimental results. The effect of distance between two rectangular plates on the fluid-coupled natural frequency was investigated.

A commercial computer code, ANSYS was used to perform finite element analysis and FEM solutions were compared with the experimental results to modify the finite element model. As a result, comparison of FEM and experiment showed good agreement, and the transverse vibration modes, in-phase and out of-phase. were observed alternately in the tluid-coupled system. The effects of distance between two rectangular plates and width to length ratio on the fluid-coupled natural frequency were investigated. And it was found that the ormalized natural frequency of the fluid-coupled system monotonically increased with an increase in the number of modes.

  • An analytical study is presented on the hydroelastic vibration of two rectangular identical plates coupled with a bounded fluid by using the finite Fourier series expansion method. It is observed that the two contrastive modes, the so called the out-of-phase and in-phase modes. All natural frequency of the in-phase modes can be predicted well by the combination of the beam modes in the air, but the natural frequency of the out-of-phase mode cannot be estimated precisely.   • This paper deals with the free vibration of two identical circular plates coupled with a bounded fluid. An analytical method based on the [mite Fourier-Bessel series expansion and Rayleigh-Ritz method is suggested. In the theory, it is assumed that the ideal fluid is filled in a rigid cylindrical container and the two plates are clamped along the plate edges. The proposed method is verified by the finite element analysis using commercial software with a good accuracy. Two transverse vibration modes, namely in-phase and out-of-phase, are observed alternately in the fluid-coupled system when the number of nodal circles increases for the fixed nodal diameter. The effect of gap between the plates on the fluid-coupled natural frequency is also investigated.

  • This paper dealt with numerical estimation of pressure pulsation of the refrigerant in a suction pipe of the compressor. To evaluate the effect of reduction of pressure pulsation, a pipe system with tube was simulated using F.S.I.(Fluid-structure interaction) analysis. A commercial program was used for calculating behavior of pressure. The numerical simulation for pressure ratio of before and after going though internal structure were carried out. As a result, it was verified that the pressure after passing structure is less than the pressure before passing internal structure depending on the longitudinal frequency of structure.

  • 본 논문에서는 해양시추 생산설비의 상부구조(topside structure)에 설치된 공정설비(process module)에서 가스 누출에 의한 가스폭발 하중에 대한 해양구조물의 비선형 동적 거동응답 특성파악을 파악하기 위하여 LS-DYNA 코드의 유체-구조 연성(Fluid-Strycture Interaction) 해석기법을 적용하여 폭발 압력파를 보다 정확하게 구현하기 위한 기법을 개발하고자 한다.
