"문화가 발전하기 위해서는 기초가 튼튼해져야 합니다. 특히 양적 팽창보다는 질적 향상이 중요하다고 봅니다. 따라서 저는 임기동안 문화의 기초 체력을 다지는데 최선을 다할 생각입니다." 지난 7월 국회문화관광위원회 위원장으로 선임된 배기선의원(민주당)은 21세기의 국가경쟁력은 '문화'에 있는 만큼 지식산업의 근간인 출판인쇄 산업발전을 위해 모든 노력을 다 하겠다고 밝혔다. 8월13일 배기선위원장을 만나 국회차원의 대책과 앞으로의 활동 방향에 대해 들어 보았다.

A tilt-rotor aircraft has various flight modes : helicopter, airplane, and conversion. Each of flight mode has unique and nonlinear flight characteristics. Therefore the gain schedules for whole flight envelope are required for effective flight performance. This paper proposes collective, flap, and nacelle angle scheduler for whole flight envelope of the Smart UAV(Unmanned Air Vehicle) based on CAMRAD(Comprehensive Analytical Model of Rotorcraft Aerodynamics and Dynamics) II analysis results. The scheduler designs are improved so that the pitch attitude angle of helicopter mode was minimized. The range of scheduler are reduced inside of engine performance limits. The conversion corridor and rotor governor are suggested also.

Korean people have revered the white color and enjoyed wearing white clothes. Various kinds of white clothes have been worn by the Korean people, ranging from everyday wear(便服), and scholar's robe(深衣) for the upper class, to religious costumes like Buddhist monk's robe(僧服), shaman costumes(巫服) and costumes for ancestral rites(祭服), or mourning(喪服). There have been many differing opinions by historians regarding the background of this Baekeuihosang(白衣好尙, the preference for white clothing) tradition and even now, it is frequently being discussed. This study aims to consider and discuss the background of this Baekeuihosang tradition, focusing on Chang-seon Yoo's Baekeuigo(白衣考, the consideration of white clothing), which was published in Dong-A Ilbo in 1934. The purposes of studying literature such as the Baekeuigo is to analyze the arguments on the origin of Baekeuihosang, to analyze Chang-seon Yoo's claim of its origin, and to discuss the culture of Baekeuihosang. Chang-seon Yoo claimed that the existing discussions on the background of Baekeuihosang based on the lack of dyes, or undeveloped technique, economic privation and national control strayed from historical facts, according to literature review. It is not worth discussing the farfetched arguments such as the use of costumes for ancestral rites as everyday wears, or the nation of sorrow. Baekeuihosang tradition mostly originated from the effects of many religions and the taste for innocence, or naturalness. White clothes were infused with the sorrow and emotion of Korean people and were also worn to show resistance to foreign power as symbols of ethnicity. Therefore, there should be a new view of the discussion of white clothes and Korean aesthetic sense, away from the logic distorted by the Japanese colonial view of history.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Interactive Metronome (IM) training on the reading fluency of an elementary school student. Methods : This study followed the ABA design, a single-case research method, and was conducted on one elementary school student. From October 2019 to December 2019, a three-session baseline phase (A), twelve-session intervention phase (B), and three-session post-baseline phase (A') were conducted. The intervention was IM training, and long-form assessment (LFA) of IM and BASA:R were performed for each session. In addition, BASA:R was conducted three times at baseline and post-baseline. Result : Compared with baseline, there was a significant improvement in reading fluency after the IM training intervention. Conclusions : IM training can be useful for increasing reading fluency. The results of this work demonstrate the efficacy of IM training as a clinical intervention to improve reading fluency in elementary school students.

기존선 전철화, 철도시설물 정비사업 및 고속철도 연계 운행을 위한 우리나라의 전철화 구간용 궤도회로는 역 구내는 임펄스 궤도회로로, 역간은 AF 궤도회로로 선정하였다. 본 논문에서는 이들 궤도회로의 특성 및 역할을 열차운행속도와 안전측면에서 분석하였다.

Tilt rotor aircraft is a multi-configuration airplane which has three independent flight modes; helicopter, conversion, and aiplane. The control surface mixer resign is reqctired to generate and distribute efficient control forces and moments in each flight mode. In the conversion mode, the thrust vector is changed from helicopter mode to airplane, therefore the thrust vector makes undesired forces and moments which affect on pitch, roll and yaw dynamics. This paper describes the design results of control surface mixer design which minimize the undesired forces and moments due to nacelles tilting angle change for 4O% scaled model.

원활한 의사소통을 위해서는 문장들을 연결하여 흐름을 조직하고 말로 산출하고 전체적인 의미를 파악할 수 있어야 한다. 이야기는 이러한 문장들이 연결되어있는 것으로, 종속적이거나 나열적인 이야기 특성은 의사소통장애인의 이야기 이해와 산출의 수행에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이야기 특성에 따른 유창성 실어증환자의 이야기 이해 및 산출의 능력을 알아보고, 이해과제 수행이 산출과제에 미치는 영향을 분석해보았다. 이야기 종류로는 시간적 나열 이야기와 인과적 관계 이야기, 유머가 있는 이야기를 사용하였으며, 사실적 정보, 텍스트 추론, 빠진 정보추론 등 세 가지의 이해과제를 통하여 이해 능력을 측정하였다. 산출능력은 이해과제 전과 후에 CIU 비율로 질적인 측면을 측정하고, 분당어절 수를 이용하여 양적인 측면을 분석하였다. 그 결과 이해측면은 세 가지 이야기 모두 사실적 정보에 대한 이해 능력이 상대적으로 좋았으며, 오류의 형태는 추론오류가 가장 많이 나타났다. 산출에서는 인과적 관계이야기에서의 CIU 비율이 가장 높았고, 이해과제 전, 후의 차이를 비교한 결과, CIU 비율은 변화하지 않았으나, 분당 어절수에서는 증가하고 있음을 보여주었다. 이야기의 종류에 따라서 유창성 실어증화자의 산출과제의 수행수준은 다르게 나타났다. 그리고 이해과제의 수행이 산출과제에서 양적인 증가는 가져왔으나 질적인 수준에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다.

Restiction of vertical and lateral accelerations is one of the very important requierments which has to be satisfied on the practice of automatically controlled flights of the civil aviation passenger planes. This goal could be achived on the basis of the optimization procedure using specilly constructed quadratic performance index. In the report the application of this procedure to the parameteric optimization of the control laws with known structure for autopilot of midium-size aircraft in the level flight model is demonstrated. Performance index is calculted on the basis of the controllability grammian. Results of simulation of control processes in the lateral and longitudinal channels sre represented.

오늘날 위성항법, 위성통신을 이용한 항공항법감시의 새로운 변화 가운데 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)에서 VDL(VHF Digital Link) Mode 4로 채택된 STDMA (Self-organized Time Division Multiple Access)에 관심이 증대되고 있다. 해양분야에서는 선박위치 자동인식시스템(AIS) 및 선박운행관리시스템(VTS)에서 2002년부터 적용될 예정이고, 항공분야에서는 향후 몇 년후에는 ADS-B, SMGCS에서 응용될 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 STDMA를 이용한 SMGCS구현을 위한 기술개발로서 사전에 측지된 기준국으로부터 실시간으로 GPS 보정값을 생성, 전송하도록 하는 실시간 DGPS기술과 동기신호에 따라 시분할 다중접속을 구현한 소프트웨어 기반의 TDMA기술을 구현하였으며 이를 연구원내에서 차량이동 실험을 수행하여 다수의 이동국간에 측위값을 상호전송함으로써 각각의 위치를 실기간으로 파악할 수 있음을 보였다.
