  • 그라운드 앵커의 유지관리 점검 목적은 크게 두 가지로 구분된다. 첫째는 기 시공된 앵커 및 앵커 구조물이 설계 의도에 맞게 적절히 작용(기능)하고 있는지를 점검하고 원래 목적한 기능을 수행하도록 보수 보강하기 위함이며, 둘째는 점검결과를 바탕으로 장기적인 운용에 따라 앵커에 발생하는 결함을 보완하도록 유지관리를 고려한 설계에 활용하기 위함이다. 그러나 그라운드 앵커가 도입된 이후 40여년이 지났지만 아직 국내의 실정에 맞는 유지관리의 방안이 마련되어 있지 않은 것이 현실이며, 특히, 장기간 그 기능을 유지해야 하는 영구앵커의 경우는 유지관리가 더욱더 중요한 과제이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 그라운드 앵커의 유지관리 점검에 대한 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

  • The importance about the maintenance consideration of the building has a great impact and regarding the life continuation of the building the many interest is becoming intensively. The housing lot of the heart of urban at the capital region has insufficient recently and the construction of the ground complex building in solution for the insufficiency is increasing at the rapid pace. The ground complex building is brings the maximization of land use from inside the site, but maintenance consideration phase is caused by administration cost share and administration bound limit where person is concerned for a many problem point it contains. The objective of the present paper is that the building is maintain an efficiency initially and is improve in order to develop guide line for a maintenance consideration improvement from design phase. According as literature research and question research is enforce, the paper is escape problem point the maintenance consideration and is bring up guide line for the architectural plan field and the maintenance consideration improvement of the building. Result of the study is expected a help in maintenance consideration improvement during life cycle of the building

  • 과거 시간, 인력, 비용절약 등의 능률 우선과 양적 팽창의 성장 추구에 의하여 개발자체가 우선순위를 갖게 됨에 따라 유지관리분야는 그 중요성이 인정받지 못하고 소홀히 대하여 왔다. 하지만 건설이 일정 수준에 도달하면서 건설과 유지관리는 동등한 비중을 갖게 되며 복지 사회로 접어들면서 개발보다는 유지관리부분이 더 중요하게 인식되었다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 유지관리를 위한 전문가적 정보시스템을 Mobile GIS를 적용하여 구축함으로서 기존의 건축물 유지관리업무의 한계성을 벗어나 현장에서 직접 데이터를 검색, 저장, 관리하여 신속하고 경제적으로 건축물을 모니터링 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 시스템이 구축되어 응용분야에 적용되면 급변하는 현장 상황에 적절하게 대처가 가능하며, 실시간 데이터 베이스의 갱신과 구축이 가능하게 될 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 도시방재력 향상을 위한 학교시설의 유지관리에 관한 연구로 도심지에 있는 학교시설의 필요시 방재기능으로 활용 할 수 있도록 방재기능을 외보공간측면, 내부공간측면으로 구분하교 세부 사항을 설정하였다. 그리고 지속적으로 사용 할 수 있도록 유지관리 측면을 안전, 건물, 균열, 누수, 기계, 설비(급배기, 급배수, 난방) 등으로 구분하였다. 또한 유지관리 주기는 상시관리, 2~3년 주기, 5년 주기로 설정하여 방재기능을 유지관리 방안을 정리하였다.

  • As BIM has been increasingly applied to building project recently, its application to civil engineering project is also on the rise. As construction structures have been expanded and complicated in a size and type, the information for handling maintenance process has also increased. Thus, to actively utilize the BIM information created at the design stage, this study has been carried out to establish a maintenance system using a marker-less based augmented reality method, by presenting a maintenance system for the construction structures using augmented reality. A SURF algorithm is used to link the 3D objects in the design and construction phases to the maintenance phase. The presented method in this study can increase the utilization of 3D information created at the design stage, by offering an augmented reality technology at the maintenance stage. The method could also improve the efficiency of visual inspection on construction structures by augmenting 3D model of a bridge structure.

Road O&M Cost Prediction Model with the Integration of the Impacts of Climate Change using Binomial Tree Model (기후변화 영향을 고려한 도로시설 유지관리 비용변동성 예측 이항분석모델)

  • Due to the increasing trend of operation and maintenance cost (O&M cost) of infrastructure, the accurate estimation of O&M cost is crucial part to the government. Recent literatures pointed out that gradual climate changes such as average temperature changes, average precipitation changes, and etc. have significant impact on infrastructure O&M cost. This research is intended to develop a long-term O&M cost prediction model of road facilities by considering the impacts of average temperature changes. For this end, the climate change scenarios of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)'s $5^{th}$ report are adopted to structure the impact of average temperature changes by using binomial lattice model. The proposed framework is expected to regional government in supporting decisions for road O&M cost.

  • After the North-South Korean summit and PyeongChang Winter Olympics, it is recently expected that the North-South economic cooperation plan will be discussed in earnest. And it will be growing interest of the major infrastructure facilities such as roads and railways, and so on North-South Korean. Moreover, most of North Korean facilities have problems related to the safety and functionality of them such as aging, deterioration, and poor maintenance. This study asserts the necessity and importance of infrastructure maintenance in the Korean Peninsula. Therefore, Results of this study, it is appeared that very vulnerable to road, railroad, power/communication, water sewage and needed urgently for improvement. Accordingly, The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status for the whole facilities including the main infrastructure of the North Korean and to evaluate on the maintenance level of infrastructure based on face to face interview refugees of North Korean.

Maintenance-Effectiveness Analysis of Photovoltaic Equipment for Detached Houses (주택용 태양광발전설비의 유지관리 효과 분석)

  • With the government's support using new and renewable energy, photovoltaic equipment has been rapidly supplied. However, compared to supply rate, maintenance has not supported enough and relevant research has not much conducted. Even though large power plant facilities have been maintained well, small equipment for detached houses has been rarely maintained. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze maintenance effectiveness of photovoltaic equipment for detached houses. It was analyzed that photovoltaic equipments were merely maintained. What is the most important in maintenance effectiveness is increase of power generation. It was estimated that if photovoltaic equipment for detached houses is maintained well, power generation increases by 6.5% at least. That produces the same effect as the additional supply of photovoltaic equipment to 9,700 households. As a result, it is necessary to maximize the effectiveness of the government's budget investment through well maintenance of photovoltaic equipments.

  • The M&R(Maintenance & Repair) budgeting system for domestic military facilities based incremental budgeting model has caused many problems due to the difference between M&R requirement and budget, so military facility become early deterioration. this study proposes the application method of foreign M&R budgeting model for domestic military facility to improve current M&R budgeting system. In order to investigate the current status and problem of M&R budgeting system, this study reviewed various literature related characteristics and types of the foreign M&R budgeting model. The interview was performed for domestic military facility official. The model would greatly improve the current M&R budgeting process for the domestic military facilities.

  • According to increase in supply of public rental housing, in connection with support plan of housing welfare from government, necessity of maintenance management is coming to be important. By analyzing characteristics of public rental housing and maintenance management system, this study grasped developmental possibility of a web based maintenance management system as well as a critical point for improvement of problem and elevation of efficiency about maintenance management process. As we present not only useful possibility of ubiquitous equipments utilizing IT like PDA but effectiveness by using, based on this result, we represent course of improvement to systematic development for user that complement the existing maintenance management system which is currently developed.
