본 연구에서는 사회적기업육성법에 의해 인증 받은 한국의 사회적 기업을 대상으로 사회적 기업 운영자 및 주요 경영진의 마케팅 지향성((1) 고객지향성, (2) 경쟁자 지향성 (3) 부서간 유효성)이 기업의 경영성과((1) 재무성과 (2) 사업성과 (3) 조직효과성 )에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 한다. 사회적 기업은 수익성과 공공성을 동시에 추구하는 목적을 가지고 있기 때문에 일반적 의미의 기업이라 보기 어렵다. 무엇보다도 이윤의 극대화가 제한되기 때문이다. 또한 현재 사회적 기업에 대한 접근이 복지적 측면에서 많이 이루어지고 있는 것도 사실이다. 그러나 현대적 의미의 사회적 기업은 일정부분 일반기업과 경쟁해야 하기 때문에 스스로의 경쟁력을 갖추어야만 지속성을 유지할 수 있으며 사회적 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 사회적 기업이 일정한 수익성을 지속적으로 추구하지 못하는 경우 정부의 재정 부담이 증가하여 사업의 지속성이 어려움에 빠지게 될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 마케팅 지향성에 따른 경영성과를 실증 분석해 봄으로써 사회적 기업이 가져야할 무형자산인 마케팅지향적 사고 및 행위에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다.

Yongsan International business Center, Incheon Songdo City, Roppongihill sand Midtown, including the most of latest internal and external construction projects become larger and more complicated than before. Mega project is one of most complicated project type as public and private sectors involve and the space will be construed in all directions i.e. horizontal, vertical, underground and ground. Therefore mega projects need a new program management information system to start the project's success. So this paper proposes a platform design study to intelligent program management information systems to mange mega projects.

This study proposes the functional elements for long-term preservation of electronic records, which are parts of nation's important records and information assets. For this purpose, We compared the international standard ISO 14721 with international research projects and digital archives systems from multi-nations. We identified 18 functional elements for long-term preservation of electronic records. They can be used as the basis to strengthen authenticity and usability when building new digital archive systems or upgrading existing systems at the Archival Institutions.

Industrial Security is a management activity protecting industrial asset of enterprise by application of security elements(physical, IP, conversion security tools) and can be understood as a comprehensive term including software aspect(establishment of policy and strategy, maintenance operation, post- response act, etc.) as well as the operation of hardware elements. In this paper, after recognizing the definition and relative concept of industrial security, the role and its relative laws of the industrial security organizations, the management system and the reality, I will find some problems and submit a reform measure. Furthermore I would like to propose the policy direction to enhance the national competitiveness and to become one of the advanced nations in 21st industrial security through the effective industrial security activities of our enterprises.

This article analyzes the venture firm based upon the new framework of Dynamic Firm Capability (DFC) to identify the process mechanism. Research methodology includes the case study involving structured interview and data collection from two leading Korean ICT(Information Communication Technology) firms in the same sector (DVR). IDIS, spun off from the university, has accumulated the innovative capability based on the R&D department. On the other hand, KODICOM has retained the technological trajectory in terms of marketing competence. Underlying hypothesis is that a firm should show a idiosyncratic evolutionary pattern by acquiring different complimentary assets(CA). In addition, effective internal process should be matched with the essential characteristics not only at the firm level but also at the sectoral level. By analyzing those two different firms, we will find the strategic successful factors based upon the evolutionary point of view. It is a key contribution of this paper to study on the process mechanism of ventures, and to explain detailed process mechanism by viewing two different characteristics of the firm at the functional level.

연금분할제도란 혼인기간 중 부부가 가정의 유지를 위해 담당하였던 역할들에 대하여 동등한 가치를 부여하고, 따라서 그 기간 동안 획득한 노후보장자산을 이혼 시 동등하게 분할하기 위한 목적으로 운영되는 제도이다. 이혼여성의 노후소득보장을 위한 긍정적인 역할에도 불구하고 연금분할제도는 다양한 차원에서 비판을 받고 있다. 대표적으로 이혼여성의 분할연금 청구권이 배우자이었던 자의 상황에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다는 점, 분할연금에 대해서는 보험의 원리가 제대로 작동하지 않는 비대칭성의 문제, 연금분할의 과정에서 가입자 우선 원칙 등이 주된 문제점으로 지적을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 독일과 스위스의 연금분할제도 운영사례를 토대로 우리나라 관련 제도의 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 먼저 개선방안의 탐색을 위한 목표체계로서 여기서는 부부간 역할분담에 대한 동등한 가치부여, 이혼 이후 독립적인 삶의 보장 그리고 연금재정의 중립성을 설정해 보았다. 다음으로는 이를 위한 구체적인 정책대안으로서 ①분할연금에 대한 보험적 기능의 활성화, ②이혼과 동시에 연금분할의 실시 그리고 ③분할연금의 독자적 수급권 기능 강화 등이 개선방안으로 지적될 수 있다. 나아가 현행 공적연금제도의 체계 하에서 연금분할은 장애 또는 사망의 사회적 위험에 대한 적용의 불완전성 그리고 운영과정에서의 형평성 시비 등을 야기할 우려가 있으므로 제도의 근본적인 개혁이 필요로 하다는 점을 강조하였다.

미래 전쟁은 과거의 재래식 전쟁과는 판이하게 변화된 환경 속에서 새로운 전투 형태와 방법으로 전개될 것이다. 특히, 첨단 기술의 급속한 발전은 전장에서 싸우는 방법을 변화시키는 주요 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 전장에서 적을 먼저 발견하고 타격하기 위해서는 실시간 표적 획득 및 첩보 수집과 정확한 상황판단 및 적시적인 지휘가 요구되기 때문에 정보 수집 자산이 부족한 사 여단급 부대를 대상으로 감시 정찰 센서 네트워크 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 평시 체계와 전시 체계의 운용 개념이 부족한 상태에서 실 세계에 적용하는 것은 유지비용의 증가, 감지 오류, 야전 환경과의 부적합 등을 야기한다. 따라서, 이러한 문제점의 해결 대안으로 이 논문에서는 지상군 작전에서 적의 조기 발견과 전장 가시화에 필요한 전장감시 센서 네트워크 시스템을 위한 상황 인식 프레임 워크를 제안하였다.

방조제는 국토 확장, 수자원 확보 및 배수 개선에 사용되는 구조물로, 재난 발생 시 자산, 국가산업 및 환경에 큰 영향을 끼칠 위험이 있다. 따라서, 파도월류, 지진, 투수, 액상화와 같은 다양한 피해 원인에 대비하여 구조적 사용성과 안정성을 확보하기 위해 신중한 검토 및 분석이 수행된다. 그러나 변화하는 환경조건에서 방조제는 다양한 외력의 변동성과 불확실성에 노출되며, 설계 시 고려된 손상 요인이 개별적으로 발생하기보다는 여러 요인이 복합적으로 반응하고 그 영향이 전달되어 피해의 발생과 전파 과정이 복잡한 양상을 나타낸다. 따라서 방조제에 대한 사고 예방 및 안정적인 유지관리를 위해서는 발생 가능한 위험을 종합적으로 고려한 위험도 평가가 중요하게 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 방조제 손상 원인 중 큰 비중을 차지하는 제체 내부 침식 위험에 대하여 위험인자 간 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 확률통계학적 접근으로 Bayesian network 기법을 도입하였다. 위험인자에 대한 파괴 메커니즘을 조사하여 분류 후, 설계값과 측정자료를 기반으로 위험변수의 통계적 특성을 반영하기 위해 Monte Carlo 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 파괴 매커니즘의 위험도를 계산하였다. 위험도는 연간기대피해액으로 제공되었으며, 이는 방조제 손상으로 인한 피해에 대비하여 예방할 수 있는 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

기업은 IT 를 일종의 자산으로 판단하여 IT 센터를 직접 구축하고 온프레미스 형태의 시스템을 운영했다. 그러나 경영 환경의 변화가 빨라지면서 IT 부문의 비용 효율성에 대한 압박도 커지고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하면 IT 자원을 효율적으로 활용하고 사용한 만큼 비용을 지불할 수 있어 IT 자원의 효율화가 가능하다. 하지만 무작정 클라우드로 옮기는 방식으로 인해 시스템 복잡성이 오히려 증가하고, 관리포인트 증가로 시스템 안전성을 해치는 상황이 벌어지고 있는 것도 현실이다. 신규 서비스 제공 시 기존 시스템 안전성을 해치지 않으면서 IT 자원의 효율적인 활용도 고려하는 방안으로 서비스 단위별 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입을 검토하였다. 이 방법은 클라우드의 우수한 시스템을 사용하며, 실시간 오케스트레이션이 가능하고, 보안도 우수하다고 볼 수 있다. 기존 인프라를 유지하면서 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 구현한 하이브리드 방식으로 시스템 구축 결과 중단 없는 시스템 운영이 가능하였으며, 보안도 보다 강화된 결과를 얻었다. 향후 시스템 구축 시 온프레미스의 경우 서비스 단위로 클라우드 서버를 병행 운영한다면 운영효율성 뿐 아니라 기능성까지 만족시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

According to an apartment house environment and the service provide method of major telecom operators, is providing optic-LAN service with installing the equipments of optical office center and optic distribution at MDF(Main Distribution Frame) and under-ground of apartment. therefore the distribute is deepening between service providers because of space securement to install equipments and spare pipe securement to reinstall UTP cable. These were reasons that operators leaned to subscriber collection and neglected to maintenance, in addition, insist the facilities invested by each operators is his own assets for all that in-plant of apartment house is private land. So, would not being touched by others. Accordingly, this study will search it through the field current condition examine that service's types and methods which various telecom operators and broadcast operators are providing, the current conditions of being maintained, the problems of being happened. etc. and would like to improve that the users could use the services safely by making the information & communication facilities maintenance mandatory under the regular size of apartment house circumstances through the analysis of various laws relations which are managed information & communication construction work law, telecommunication basis law, home network. etc. technical standards by the Ministry of Information and Communication and are managed housing law, construction law, the regulation related to house construct standards. etc. by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation.
