많은 개발자가 참여하는 대형 소프트웨어 시스템 개발의 효율성 증대를 위해서는 컴포넌트 간 인터페이스의 효과적인 관리가 필수적이다. MDMS는 컴포넌트간의 인터페이스 정의 및 변경 이력 관리, 인터페이스 기술서 자동 생성, 소스 코드 자동 생성 등의 기능을 제공하는 도구이다. 한화탈레스는 1998년 MDMS를 처음 개발하여 적용한 이후 다양한 국방 소프트웨어 시스템 개발에 적용하여 소프트웨어 개발 생산성 향상에 효과를 보았다. 하지만, MDMS를 다양한 프로젝트에 적용하는 과정에서 최초 개발시 고려하지 못했던 여러 문제점 및 한계를 발견하였다. 이러한 문제점 및 한계는 다양한 프로젝트의 특성 지원 미흡, 형상관리 및 유지보수 문제, 프로젝트 간 메시지 재사용 미지원, 취약한 보안 등 이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 네가지 개선방안을 제시한다. 첫 번째, 다양한 프로젝트에 적용이 가능한 유연한 SW 구조로 개선해야 한다. 두 번째, 통일되고 일관된 형상관리와 함께 전담 개발 및 유지보수 조직이 필요하다. 세 번째, 프로젝트간 메시지의 재사용 지원을 위한 방안으로 프로젝트 별 MDMS 운용이 아닌 통합된 MDMS의 운용이 필요하며, 그를 통하여 다른 프로젝트의 인터페이스 정의를 상호 참조할 수 있는 구조를 적용해야 한다. 마지막으로, 외부 협력업체와의 협업을 위한 보안 대책을 수립하고, 관련 보안 기능을 지원하여 사외의 협력업체의 개발자가 직접 MDMS에 접속하여 개발할 수 있도록 개선해야 한다.

In this short paper, an elasto-plastic repair and retrofit element is developed for the investigation of the seismic performance of damaged reinforced concrete members. The developed element is capable of reflecting the increased characteristics due to both repair and retrofitting for degraded strength and stiffness of the members. The element having both birth and death time can freely be activated within the user-defined time intervals during static and dynamic time-history analysis. Comparative studies are conducted for reinforced concrete members being repaired and retrofitted. Analytical predictions including the developed element display reasonable correlation with experimental results. In short, it is concluded that the developed element is capable of providing salient features for the healthy assessment of seismic performance of RC members being repaired and retrofitted.

본고에서는 먼저 동기식 디지틀 다중화 신호의 특성에 대해 간략히 살펴보고, STM-16 동기식 디지틀 다중화 신호 전송을 위한 광송수신기의 설계 및 다중화/역다중화 설계 기술에 대해 고찰한다. 또한 광전송 시스팀의 유지 및 운용 보수를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 방안에 대해 고려한다.

There are almost 18,000 dams including about 1,200 large dams in Korea. The large dams are well operated and maintained by KWATER(Korea Water Resource Corporation), KRC(Korea Rural Community & Agriculture Corporation) and KHNP(Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.). Several research reports concern with the safety of these large dams are presented but there is no paper concerned with small dams which has diversion tunnel through the dam body. The purpose of this study is to show the common defects of small dams according to various cases of degradation of dams and the repair and retrofit methods which applied to the damaged dams. And this study performed resistivity survey to evaluate the effect of retrofitting dam. Also, this study tries to present the solution which concerned with these common defects in maintenance and design steps.

최근 구미지점 정전현황 분석결과 적극적인 배전설비 유지보수 활동으로 배전선로 전체 정전은 감소한 반면 고객설비 불량에 의한 파급정전은 꾸준히 증가하는 추세로, 고객 파급정전이 발생할 경우 동일 선로에서 공급중인 고객 전체에 피해를 주게되며, 특히 구미지역은 정전에 민감한 첨단점자제품과 섬유산업이 주종을 이루고 있어 이에 대한 대책이 절실한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 구미 국가공단 고품질 전력공급을 위해 한전 구미지점에서 추진하여 온 고객설비 파급정전 예방활동 및 효과에 대해 정리하였음.

최근 들어 소프트웨어 개발에 컴포넌트 기술을 적용하려는 수요는 많이 있지만 범용적으로 사용 가능하며, 소프트웨어의 전 생명 주기를 효과적으로 지원하는 컴포넌트 프레임워크 모델은 제시되고 있지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 기본 컴포넌트의 생성, 컴포넌트들을 조립한 복합 컴포넌트의 생성, 그리고 이미 조립된 복합 컴포넌트의 일부분을 교체하는 기능을 포함한 컴포넌트 프레임워크 모델을 제시함으로써, 소프트웨어-IC의 개념에 더 근접하며, 소프트웨어의 개발뿐만 아니라 유지보수, 수정, 확장까지 용이한 컴포넌트 모델을 제시한다.

대부분의 기업은 다양한 환경의 IT자원과 Application들을 운영해 왔으며, Point to Point 수준의 인터페이스를 개발 또는 운영해오다, 몇 년 전부터 전사적인 인터페이스 표준으로서 EAI(Enterprise Application Integration)을 도입해 왔다. 그러나 EAI를 도입한 대부분의 기업은 EAI도입 당시 기대한 ROI(Return of Investment)의 효과를 보지 못해왔으며, EAI개발 및 유지보수를 위한 비용이 적절한지 한번쯤 고민해 왔을 것이다. 본고는 SK텔레콤 EAI를 약 4년 이상 개발 및 운영경험과 사례를 기준으로 효과적인 EAI개발 및 운영 생산성을 향상 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

This study aims to develop qualification criteria for training and establishing an expert pool of 3D printing operation experts and 3D printing development specialists in the emerging 3D printing industry. We investigate the domestic and international 3D printing industry, as well as 3D printing- related training institutions and quantity of test examinees. Utilizing competency analysis, this study examines the competencies and educational content of both 3D printing operation expert as well as 3D printing development specialists. In addition, a survey was conducted on the issue of institutionalization of qualification criteria for 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists. This study further proposes evaluation methods for qualification criteria for both 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists based on simulations of both written and performance tests. Based on the findings, this study proposes instructional program outlines as well as comprehensive guidelines for training and qualification processes for 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists.

본 논문은 기업의 중요 정보를 내부에 저장하면서도 스토리지, 컴퓨팅 및 네트워크를 단일 시스템으로 통합한 HCI(Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) 기반의 On-premises 가상화 인프라를 기업에 도입했을 때의 효과를 검증한다. 150여 대의 물리 서버를 운영하는 기업에서 신규 시스템에 대해서 HCI 가상화 기반의 인프라를 도입하여 물리 서버 대비 약 35%의 구축비용을 절감하고, 기본 사용 연수인 5년간의 유지보수 비용은 약 59%의 절감효과를 예상할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 HCI 가상화 기술을 통해 정보기술이 기업 비즈니스 성패에 큰 영향을 주는 4차산업 혁명 시대에 기업의 총 IT 소유비용(TCO)을 절감할 수 있음은 물론, 빠른 비즈니스 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 인프라를 구성할 수 있음을 시사했다. 또한 가상화로 전환을 망설이는 기업에는 실질적인 효과를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

The maintenance / repair of concrete pavements has become an issue as a result of increasing of concrete pavements' service year. Asphalt overlay is applied to the concrete pavements after partial repairs on all occasions. This thesis discusses the application standard, evenness, skid resistance, noise, economical efficiency, extension of life span, etc. of diamond grinding, a method of maintenance about concrete pavements. Based on this, it was applied to the field and measured the performance. It was measured the longitudinal evenness of before and after the construction through measurement equipment. and surveyed the skid resistance the each lane classified using the SN standard value. In case of noise, it is selected the kind of vehicle, velocity, then measured the noise between control and constructed site. In addition, it is evaluated the average texture depth. As a result of the analysis, longitudinal evenness is improved about $6{\sim}40%$, skid resistance is improved 66% at first section,37% at second section. Noise is reduced 3.4dB average, and average texture depth is 79% deeper than control section. Therefore, it can be concluded that diamond grinding is suitable as maintenance / repair method of concrete pavements.
