대규모 프로젝트는 여러 부서의 조직적이며 집중적으로 관리가 되고 있다. 그러나, 소규모 프로젝트나 자체 운영 유지보수에 대한 관리는 그에 미치지 못하고 있으며, 긴급한 이슈가 발생시 전사대상 공지가 수월하지 않다는 문제점들이 있다. 이 문제 해결을 위해 접수부터 개발, 테스트, 이관의 각 단계에서 기업용 SNS 를 활용하여 부서간 업무 협업을 통한 품질보증 활동을 향상할 수 있는 응용방법을 제안하였다. 사례 연구를 통해 기업용 SNS 를 적용하여 소프트웨어 개발 유지보수 프로세스를 수행한 결과, 긴급 이슈 발생 건이 줄고, 조직의 구성원들의 이슈 확인에 대한 책임감 등 조직원의 품질에 대한 의식과 관심의 향상을 이끌어 내었다.

CRM(Customer Relationship Management) improves the competitiveness of small companies to large enterprises. E-mail, SMS (Short Message Service), telephony service, DM (Direct Mail) are used for customer response in many companies. In order to improve company's profit, business diversification is in progress with protecting the succession of existing customers, and the only of new customers. Futhermore, BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) and BPM (Business Process Management) of the CRM can be easily found in many companies, because it is the first contact point to the company at the customer's view. This paper discusses the development of CRM, and proposes a call object routing agent that is the main engine of the CRM. Result of performance evaluation of proposed method show that the system is effective and powerful enough to use at the multi-channel environment.

워크플로우 비즈니스 프로세스는 설러 단위 업무(Activity)로 구성되며 단위 업무에는 여러 가지 타입이 존재한다. 유저 태스크(User Task) 타입은 특정 애플리케이션을 통해 처리되는 중요한 단위 업무 타입중 하나이며 본 논문에서는 유저 태스크 타입에 대한 최적의 수행자를 할당할 수 있는 질의어 기반 수행자 할당 방식을 기술한다. 이 방식은 기존의 워크플로우 관리시스템의 워크플로우 엔진에서 제공하는 로드-밸런싱 알고리즘을 현행 그대로 유지하는 동시에 조직의 조직 구조 정보를 이용하여 유저 태스크에 대한 기존의 할당 방식에서 확장된 형태의 수행자 할당 방법을 제공함으로써 태스크 처리에 대한 최적의 수행자를 할당하여 단위 업무의 처리 효율성을 향상시킨다.

현재의 소프트웨어 개발 패러다임은 전체 시스템에서 독립적인 업무 또는 기능을 수행하는 단위이고 유지보수에 필요한 교체 가능한 모듈로 재사용성과 대치성을 제공하는 컴포넌트기반 개발(CBD:Component Based Development)이 연구되고 있다. 기업이나 조직은 웹을 통한 비즈니스 기능의 확대에 따른 효과적이고 빠른 개발과 적용을 요구함에 따라, 에이전트를 통한 유연한 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 영역에 대한 에이전트의 효과적인 개발과 적용을 위해 컴포넌트, e-비즈니스 에이전트, 자원, 관리 관점을 고려하여, e-비즈니스 에이전트지향 컴포넌트기반 개발 프로세스(ebA-CBD:e-business Agent oriented Component Based Development)를 제안한다. 특히, e-비지니스 에이전트의 식별과 명제를 위해 ebA-CBD 매트릭스, ebA Architecture Model과 ebA-Spec.을 제시하며, 사례를 통해 프로세스의 이해성 및 사용성을 제공하고자 한다.

Refrigerated warehouse inventory management program which manages the logistics of shipping&receiving and inventory quickly and accurately is a costly and labor-intensive maintenance because it is operated in the legacy system on a closed client-server environment. There are no services available for consignees who are the consumers of refrigerated warehouses except fax or phone for orders which makes the business process inefficient and creates many problems such as error and inaccuracy. In this paper, we design and implement a mobile framework with a legacy system supporting various services to the consignees for solving problems of outdated legacy systems and no services to use. The system supports promptness and accuracy which give the users improved satisfaction by providing orders and queries of inventory for the consignees on mobile devices.

본 논문에서는 시스템 사고를 이용한 이러닝 운영 관리를 제안하였다. 효과적이고 체계적인 이러닝 운영관리는 사용자 만족과 밀접한 관계를 가진다. 사용자 만족을 통한 학습 성과의 극대화, 유지보수 노력의 절감, 생산성 향상 및 품질수준의 향상을 위해서는 시스템 사고의 도입이 필요하다. 일반적인 학습 전 단계, 학습 중 단계, 학습 후 단계로 관리되는 운영 프로세스 관리를 확장하여 자산관리, 보안관리, 백업관리, 장애관리, 업무 연속성 관리, 변경관리, 교직원 및 학습자를 포함한 이해관계자 관리 등을 포함하여 동태적인 운영관리가 필요하다. 특히 이러닝 운영관리가 교육성과에 미치는 영향이 크므로 운영관리에 대한 다각적인 접근이 필요하며 운영상의 활발한 정보 공유로 지속적인 서비스 품질 향상이 이루어져야 한다.

The process of construction industry basically consists of many complicated phase, such as planning, design, construction, MO&R(Maintenance, Operation, and Repair), and deconstruction. And various participants communicate each other during every phase of process. Since construction components have become more complex and diverse recently, many researches on how to exchange and standardization of building. However, in Korea research on IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) which is a standard for international data exchange have been conducted with only study limited Issues, such as studies on the development of 2D extension model for IFC, researches on 3D or 4D based IFC extension, and etc. This stuff covers tests of the compatibility among commercial 3D CAD programs using IFC file format. Several problems of the current IFC model are retrieved as a result.

Recently because of rising of international oil prices, plant industry market has been active and purchase orders of big project are tending upwards. For strengthening of overseas plant competitive power and successful project operating, it is essential the project management technology and method. but procurement management of plant industry has evaluated uncompetitive. In this study, we analyzed the process of procurement founded and main contents and information. we study flowing of procurement information. user and creation time though detailing procurement information, then, we suggest the Contents Classification System and Management Model of Procurement Information.

Information and Information processing systems must maintain a certain level of security during the total life cycle of Information. To maintain a certain level of security, security management processes are applied to software, automobile development, and the U.S. federal government information system over a life cycle, but theme of no similar security management process in Korea. This paper proposes a Korean-style security risk management framework to maintain a certain level of security in the total life cycle of information and information processing system in the defense sector. By applied to the defense field, we intend to present the direction of defense security work in the future and induce an shift in security paradigm.

The construction field is implementing cost savings and business process improvements by adopting and applying various information technologies to secure the construction sector's technological competitiveness amid the economic recessions inside and outside South Korea. Therefore, affiliated agencies of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport are reinforcing transparency and efficiency in construction project management through informatization. These agencies are also performing construction project management and maintenance and management businesses by constructing various information systems to create higher added values and secure competitiveness. However, as the application of the constructed information system is limited to a portion of public construction projects, it is not yet possible to understand the whole status of the national infrastructures. Therefore, this paper aims to propose a construction information service plan, its future promotion method and procedure of application on the entire national infrastructures. This plan would be carried out by collecting, linking and fabricating the main construction information from the information systems of the affiliated agencies around the construction project information system(Construction CALS System) being applied at the organizations under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. Such a plan is expected to facilitate effective project management and maintenance of public construction projects and serve as a useful tool for major decision making endeavors such as future policy planning. The proposed plan is also expected to facilitate the management and application of construction information from the construction up to the maintenance management of the national infrastructures.
