본 연구는 투석치료를 받고 있는 만성 신부전환자의 영양소 섭취량과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써, 환자들의 영양상태를 개선하기 위한 자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 대구지역 대학병원에 내원하는 혈액투석 환자 51명과 복막투석환자 50명을 대상으로 직접면담법으로 자료를 수집하였다. 설문지 내용은 영양소 섭취량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 일반적 특성, 기호도, 영양지식과 태도, 스트레스 자각 정도, 식습관, 식품섭취빈도조사 등이었다. 조사대상자의 신장질환 유병기간은 혈액투석 환자군은 55.8 $\pm$ 61.3개월, 복막투석 환자군은 68.6 $\pm$ 61.5개월이었다.(중략)

우리나라의 승강기 기술은 유럽, 미국, 캐나다의 기술표준을 도입함으로써 선진화를 꾀해오고 있으나, 초기의 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 품질서비스가 아직도 취약한 실정이다. 그 동안 서비스 품질의 정확한 구성요인을 파악하기 위한 연구가 다양하게 이루어져 왔지만, 대부분 서비스품질의 구성요인들 중 기능적 품질에만 국한된 연구가 주류를 이루어 왔으며, 서비스품질 구성요소를 통합한 승강기 유지보수산업에 대한 실증적인 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 승강기 유지보수산업의 서비스 품질속성에 대한 고유속성과 척도 도출을 통해 경영성과 요인으로서의 고객만족도와 재무 비재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 중소벤처승강기 유지보수 산업의 서비스 품질 제고를 전략의 수립에 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is (1) to demonstrate that ignoring group differences may mislead to incorrect conclusion when analyzing correlation data (e.g.. factor analysis). (2) to highlight the importance of the data analytic method considering group differences. and (3) to provide ways of incorporating group differences in data analysis. In study 1. ignoring group difference in factor analysis may mislead to incorrect factor structure. To remedy this. z-transform method and group analysis tool in covariance structure models were suggested. In study 2. the group differences effect was illustrated by using real data (IQ test data).

This papers reviews the concept of happiness which has begun to be widely used in many fields. The concept of happiness is extensively examined within the analytical concept of subjective well-being. Three components of subjective well-being are clearly summarized in the paper. In addition, related questionaries measuring those components are provided from the most widely accepted in the study of happiness. The role of two factors such as income and unemployment in determining individuals' happiness is also discussed.

의료조직의 팀제는 산업계의 팀과는 다르다. 산업계의 팀 구성원들이 팀원으로서 단일의 지위, 책임, 직무를 가지고 있고, 팀장에 의하여 평가받을 것이다. 그러나 의료조직의 진료팀 구성원들은 일반적으로 팀 구성원과 기능적 부문의 구성원으로서 이중의 지위, 책임과 의무를 유지하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 진료팀에 있어서는 상호간의 의사소통을 활성화시킬 수 있는 더욱 향상된 노력이 필요하고 다양한 분야의 전문가들을 통합할 수 있는 임파워먼트된 리더십이 필요한 것이다. 실증분석은 대학병원에 소속되어 있는 진료팀 구성원들에 대한 조사를 통하여 수집되었다. 실증분석 결과는 정교하게 설계된 팀 전략이 적용되어야 함을 제시하고 있다. 팀 구성원들은 팀 요인이 확인되어야 하고 리더십과 의사소통에 의하여 검토되어야 하는 개념으로 인식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 팀 요인은 필요조건이고 팀 요인에 기반한 팀 과정이 팀 성과를 향상시키는 충분조건이라는 것이다.

스마트 폰이 보편화되면서 소셜 네트워크 게임의 시장이 확장되고 있다. 온라인 커뮤니티를 기반으로 한 소셜 네트워크 게임은 유저의 수에 비례하여 수익이 발생하기 때문에 초기 유저 확보의 점유가 중요하다. 현재의 소셜 네트워크 게임은 체계적인 비즈니스 모델을 사용하지 않고 일반적인 게임 마케팅 비즈니스 모델을 사용하는 사례가 대부분이다. 초기 유저 확보를 위해서 객관적이고, 논리적인 수익 모델 및 수용 요인 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요인을 멀티 레벨 비즈니스 모델을 디자인 한 후, 초기 유저 확보를 위한 정량적인 근거를 제안하였다. 소셜 게임 'Rich town'을 분석하여 초기 유저 유입 데이터를 도출한 데이터를 본 논문에서 제안한 멀티 레벨 비즈니스 모델에 적용하였다.

최근 정보통신서비스는 유비쿼터스라는 새로운 패러다임을 맞이하여 급속히 발전하고 있다. 특히 DMB 서비스는 TV의 이동 수신이라는 새롭고 혁신적인 기술과 함께 무선 이동 통신망을 이용하여 양방향 서비스가 가능한 방송 통신 컨버전스 시대를 선도해 나갈 주역으로서 정보통신의 새로운 성장 동력으로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 서비스나 기기를 제공하는 기업에게는 기술적인 측면도 중요하지만, 효과적인 마케팅을 위해 소비자들이 이러한 서비스를 어떻게 수공하고 이용하는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 즉, 언제 어디서나 상황에 맞는 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 효과적인 상품 개발과 서비스를 위해 사용자들이 어떠한 요인에 의해서 정보통신서비스를 이용하는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 강호작용성의 구성요인을 제시하고 이러한 특성이 DMB 서비스의 수용과 사용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 분석해보고자 한다. 또한 이를 통해 기업의 입장에서 향후 DMB와 관련된 다양한 서비스를 개발하고 이용자를 확대하는데 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

This study is to ascertain the meaning of personal media as cultural intermediaries in the cultural diffusion, acceptance, and intermediation for the production and consumption of cultural contents. We examined the case of personal media, , which is one of popular YouTube channel in Korea and analyzed fifty most viewed videos in last two years based on four perspectives of digital cultural intermediaries: forms, expression methods, linguistic features, and evaluations. As expected, results demonstrate that shows characteristics of digital intermediary: diverse subjects without fixed rules, a variety of multimedia effects, colloquial style including neologism and multilingual, and users' high preferences caused by creator's sincerity. Our findings and limitations can serve directions of further empirical researches.

This study examined the factors that influence the use of YouTube-based home training contents by integrating and applying the technology acceptance model and health belief model. The main results are as follows. First of all, it was found that personal innovativeness had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease and perceived usefulness. Perceived susceptibility did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived benefit had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, it was found that perceived ease had a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness, Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on continuous intention to use. This study will be meaningful in that it partially reconfirmed the possibility of integrating the technology acceptance model and the health belief model.
