유압전동장치의 유량 압력맥동 특성 (Flow and Pressure Ripple Characteristics of Hydrostatic Transmissions)

  • This study deals with a flow and pressure ripple characteristics for a hydrostatic transmission(HST) consisting of a vari-able axial piston pump connected in an open loop to a fixed displacement axial piston motor. These flow ripples produced by pump and motor in HST interacts with the source impedances of the pump or motor and dynamic characteristics of the connected pipeline, and results in a pressure ripples, Pressure ripples. Pressure ripples in HSP is major source of vibration, which can lead to fatigue failure of components and cause noise. In this paper, the flow ripples generated by a swash plate type axial piston pump or motor in HST are measured by making use of hydraulic pipeline dynamics and the measured pressure data at two points along the pipeline. By using the self-checking functions, the validity of the method us investigated by comparison with the measured and estimated pressure ripples at the halfway section of the pipeline, and good agreement is achieved.

  • The clutch system is a subcomponent of the transmission that is designed to engage and disengage power flow between the engine and the transmission. Recently, the engine power of automobile has been continuously increased because of customer's demand for the bigger one. As the engine power is increased, the vibration transmitted to the hydraulic clutch operating system has been increased. Therefore the demand for the reduction of clutch pedal vibration during the operation has been increased. This paper describes the pressure pulsation reduction characteristics of the damper cylinder which is applied to the hydraulic clutch operating system. And the purpose of this study is to propose an analysis model and investigate the effect of the design variable variations for the hydraulic clutch system. Especially, we studied the effect of damper cylinder parameter variations on the hydraulic clutch system performance.

Therefore it may be concluded that the simulation model and test results will be very useful f3r the design of hydraulic clutch damper cylinder.

  • 유압시스템은 1795년 J. Bramah가 물을 작동유체로 사용한 Press를 개발해 사용한 이래 2세기 이상 인간생활의 다양한 분야에 이용되어 왔다. 초기 유압시스템은 쉽게 구할 수 있고, 저장이 용이한 물을 작동유체로 사용하였다. 그러나 물은 부식성, 낮은 점성계수로 인한 저 윤활성과 많은 누설량, 그리고 저온에서의 동결 등과 같은 문제점을 가졌다. 당시에는 물에 대한 부식성이 없는 재료나 물의 누설을 막을 수 있을 만큼의 가공기술이 부족하였으므로 이러한 물의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 1906년 Wiliams와 Janney가 물 대신 기름을 작동유체로 사용하기 시작했다.(중략)

  • In this study, a novel hydraulic energy-regenerative system was presented from its proposal through its modeling to its control. The system was based on a closed-loop hydrostatic transmission and used a hydraulic accumulator as the energy storage system in a novel configuration to recover the kinetic energy without any reversion of the fluid flow. The displacement variation in the secondary unit was reduced, which widened the uses of several types of hydraulic pump/motors for the secondary unit. The proposed system was modeled based on its physical attributes. Simulation and experiments were performed to evaluate the validity of the employed mathematical model and the energy recovery potential of the system. The experimental results indicated that the round trip recovery efficiency varied from 22% to 59% for the test bench.

  • An electro-hydraulic manipulator using hydraulic actuators has many nonlinear abetments, and its parameter fluctuations are greater than those of an electrically driven manipulator. So it is relatively difficult to realize not only stable but also accurate trajectory control for the autonomous assembly tasks using hydraulic manipulators. In this report, we propose a two-degree-of-freedom control including parallel feedforward compensator (PFC) where PFC plays a very important role in the stability of a proposed control system. In the experimental results of the 6-link electro hydraulic manipulator, it is verified that the stability and the model matching performance are improved by using the proposed control method.

  • 산업사회의 발전에 따라 사회 기반시설분야도 복잡다양해지고 특히 도시기능이 활발해지면서 지금의 도심지에는 지하철, 상수도, 하수도, 전력구, 통신구, 지하보차도, 지하상가, 지하주차장 등 여러 가지 용도의 지하공간이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 지하 구조물을 축조하는데 있어 도로상에 차량 증가로 인한 교통 혼잡이나, 지하매설물의 장애로 인하여 기존의 개착식 공법으로 시행하지 못하고 지하터널공사로 시행하는 경우가 빈번하다. 기존 국내 외 터널공법 관련문헌과 현재 사용되는 터널공법의 실제 시공에 관한 정보를 수집하여 장 단점, 시공시 주의사항, 적용조건등의 조사내용을 바탕으로 RPS 공법을 고안하였다. 소규모 지하구조물을 구축하기 위한 RPS 공법은 출발갱내에서 상부에 파이프 루프를 시공한 후 광폭 유압 패널이 장착된 철제 선도관을 추진시켜 선도관을 원압잭에 의하여 압입한 후 P.C. 콘크리트 구조물을 거치하고 원압으로 압입 추진토록 하였다. 또한, 대규모 지하구조물 축조시에는 구조물 예정상단부에 지반조건에 따라 파이프 루프공법 또는 소구경 Semi-Shield 공법을 이용하여 루프를 시공함으로써 상부의 침하를 방지하고, 측벽은 광폭유압 패널을 이용하여 여굴의 최소화 및 곡선부 시공을 용이하게 하였다.

  • In order to reduce energy consumption, secondary controlled system has been applied to many types of equipments. In lifting equipments or press machines using hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic transformer is used as a control component instead of a valve for motion control and a component for recovering potential energy of load. The transformer is a combination of a variable displacement pump/motor as a secondary controlled element and a fixed displacement pump/motor. In this paper the effect of transformer is studied. Multiple closed loop controllers with displacement feedback of variable pump/motor, speed feedback and position feedback of cylinder are used. The efficiency and energy consumption when cylinder is driven up and down is calculated by simulation. Simulation results show that considerable energy saving is achieved by choosing load ratio, circuit type and supply pressure.
