번호이동성(Number Portability)은 전화가입자가 사업자, 지역 및 서비스를 바꾸어도 기존에 사용하고 있는 자신의 전화번호를 그대로 유지할 수 있도록 하는 제도이다. 경쟁적인 측면에서 이동전화 번호이동성(Mobile Number Portability: MNP)은 로밍(roaming)서비스와 함께 이동전화시장의 소매 가입부문의 경쟁을 촉진할 수 있다. 우리나라의 경우 2001년 1월 8일에 개정된 전기통신 사업법에서 번호이동성의 국내 도입과 관련된 사항들을 규정하였다. 유선전화 번호이동성의 경우 2003년 말부터 구현이 가능한 지역부터 제공할 예정이며, 이동전화 번호이동성의 경우 3G서비스부터 먼저 실시할 계획으로 복수의 사업자가 3G 서비스를 개시한 이후 6개월 이내부터 도입할 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 호주의 이동전화 번호이동성의 도입사례를 검토하여 국내 이동전화 번호이동성 정책의 수립에 적용될 수 있는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

최근, 우리 군에서는 무선을 기반으로 하는 차세대 전술통신 체계인 전술 종합 정보 통신 체계 (TICN: Tactical Information Communication Network) 구축 사업을 진행하고 있다. 이 시스템의 백본 역할을 수행하는 TICN 전달망에서의 라우팅 알고리즘은 기존 인터넷에서 사용 중인 표준 라우팅 알고리즘과는 다른 특성이 요구된다. 즉 무선전송 링크의 특성 및 재밍 등의 영향으로 링크 상태가 불안정한 상황에서도 생존성과 안정성이 요구되는 군 전술망 환경에 적합하여야 하며, TICN 전달망의 자원 효율성도 최대화할 수 있어야 한다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 기존의 인터넷 표준 라우팅 프로토콜들 중에서 네트워크 상태변화에 신속하게 대처할 수 있으며, 이미 널리 사용되고 있는 OSPF 프로토콜을 TICN 전달망에 적합한 라우팅 프로토콜이 되도록 수정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 라우팅 프로토콜의 대상 네트워크가 유선망에서 무선 전술 백본망으로 변경됨에 따라 튜닝될 필요가 있는 프로토콜 파라미터들을 추출하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 추출한 파라미터들의 값들을 튜닝 하고자 한다.

IMT-2000 appeared in order to satisfy the desires of the uses who wish to supply through wireless most of the services being provided through wire, such as Internet services and multimedia high-speed data information. However, during global roaming, the signal data and the user data get transmitted through the networks of other users. Also, it is judged that with the provision of high speed data communication the amount of data communication necessary for confidentiality protection will increase. It is planned that the recent IMT-2000 Project will begin its commercial service in 2002. From this viewpoint, wireless contents, due to their special characteristics, are greatly exposed to illegal actions by third persons. As a result, it can be said that security and certification issues in the mobile telecommunication environment are indispensable matters. For this purpose, it is intended that in this thesis through an analysis of the existent IMT-2000 certification method, a more safe and efficient authentication method is presented and, at the same time, a security protocol necessary in the provision of wireless contents is designed.

사회 전반의 혁신을 이끌어 온 정보통신기술은 발전에 발전을 거듭해, 최근에는 그 패러다임이 '유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경'으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체들은 한층 성숙된 대민서비스 제공을 목표로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 구축을 위한 정보화계획 수립에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 현재 지방자치단체의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 구현을 위한 정보화계획들은 일관되고 균형 잡힌 프레임워크 위에서 수립된 것이 아니라, 단순히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 활용만을 강조한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 특히, 각 지방자치단체별로 운영하고 있는 기존의 정보시스템과의 연계 문제 해결 및 정보화계획을 통해 새롭게 도출된 정보시스템 사업간의 기술수준격차에 대한 연계 방안 수립을 위한 구체적인 전략은 전무하다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 선행연구들을 분석해 기술수준의 단계를 유선, 모바일, 유비쿼터스 등 3단계로 설정하고, 이러한 기술수준차이를 발생시키는 문제를 보다 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해 대민서비스 향상을 위한 정보화계획과 이에 기반이 되는 행정업무 효율성 증대를 위한 정보화계획으로 구분함으로써 분석치 효과를 높이고자 하였다. 또한, 도출된 분석모형을 바탕으로 국내 5개 지방자치단체에서 수립된 정보화계획 사례를 통해 지방자치단체의 정보화계획 현황을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

We are looking at the two different kinds of IT on this paper. One is VoIP and the other is VR (voice recognition). We are more interesting at the evolving techniques and services produced by combining the two techniques mentioned above. Recently, there are so many services and products appeared in the market using voice recognition technique. Now the technique has progressed on the level that can even replace the user interfaces using the QUI or general DTMF. Therefore, we are expecting so many various new services showed UP In the market which is combination of the VoIP and VR. Up until now, three models are available in the field which are wired telephone, wireless telephone, and wireless internet. We know the effectiveness of the VoIP is maximized more when this technique is combined with others rather than used alone without other techniques.

The rapid growth of mobile communication technology has provided the expansion of mobile internet services, particularly mobile commerce takes much weight among them. Even though current mobile commerce service has serious problems which check its development, such as limited contents, expensive charge system and hardware restriction of mobile device, it is strongly expected as one of the next generation Internet services. In this paper, we summarize the problems like above and provide some total solution to meet them as follows: a function for automatic gathering of product information on online Internet and automatic translation it to data for mobile commerce, a middlelet application which provides functions for product search and order on the mobile device through off-line processing, and a function of user adaptive recommendation. We have actually designed and implemented the proposed system and verified the functions and effectiveness of the system.
