According to the enforcement of various laws for the ubiquitous city, the convergence technologies for the ubiquitous in the industry has been emerging. In this paper, we propose a method for the ubiquitous convergence technology by a functional integration of the public employment of the physical space and physical facilities, as the related laws are enforced and the city development plan is processed in the situation which constructs the ubiquitous and eco-city. We also present a scheme for the establishment to prepare the foundation of systematization, standardization, and information-oriented by providing an application example for the common-use-channel and unification IP pool based on the proposed method.

As the applications within Internet and Ubiquitous becoming more extensive, the security issues of those applications are appearing to be the most important concern. Therefore, every part of the system should be thoroughly designed and mutually coordinated in order to support overall security of the system. In this paper, we propose new technique which uses the fingerprint features in order to generate Mobile One Time Passwords(OTPs). Fingerprint is considered to be one of the powerful personal authentication factors and it can be used for generating variable passwords for one time use. Also we performed a simulation of homomorphic graph variable of fingerprint feature point using dendrogram and distribution of fingerprint feature points for proposed password generation method.

In the near future, we can access the information whenever we want, wherever we use because almost devices in ubiquitous environment are connected by either wired or wirelss networks. Especially, u-Learning which emphasizes on pedagogical property is enable to improve learning abilities. As researches of the previous u-Learning, there have been learning by mobile devices such as PDAs as well as the smart classroom which makes the remote students participate in the existing class. However, these researches have not satisfied pedagogical, cooperative and ubiquitous properties yet. Thus we suggest the framework for both local and mobile classroom, which can make the properties easy to satisfy.

Recently, the Korean Pharmaceutical Association has a public service advertisements for medicinal misusing prevention and environment protection by medicinal substances. And the cost and procedure complexity was increased by specialization of dispensary and medical practice. To overcome this situation, we felt the need of a medicine information system. Ubiquitous and convergence technology have become trends in the IT field. In this research, we designed prototype of medicine information system for management and prevention of medicinal misusing using IT technologies.

Disaster management system can prepare enough for a social disaster. In addition, it is measures to reduce damage. When, where and how to prepare for a disaster will happen we can not expect an appropriate sense of crisis, disaster response and is the right choice early. In this paper, the next national disaster safety sector effective use SNS will find ways. To do this successfully in the field of international disaster safety use cases and measures are derived that can be applied to our country. As a result, comprehensive and systematic introduction of disaster management system to minimize the damage will contribute effectively to the rapid disaster recovery.

This article first defines the concept of ubiquitous learning, and then examine ways to design the educational environment for e-Learning and u-Learning. Next, identifies some disadvantages before seeking possible solutions. Finally, the article explores visions of how ubiquitous learning might look in the future. With the advent of information, communication and computer technologies, the needs and demands for ubiquitous learning are largely emerging, enabling students to easily access everything they want anytime, anywhere. In particular, the advance of high-speed broadband networks such as DMB, WiBro and WCDMA and the proliferation of portable digital devices including DMB, PDA and high-performance mobile phones will encourage the widespread adoption of u-Learning.

네트워크 전력계측 장치는 전국의 수용가 측에 설치되며 전력품질을 감시할 수 있는 단말기와 표준화된 이더넷망(유무선)을 사용한 네트워크 환경과 전국의 전력품질 데이터를 수집할 수 있는 서버로 크게 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 128 샘플링으로 계측되는 전력품질계측 단말기를 구현하고 전력품질 분석 알고리즘을 고안하였으며 이더넷망을 이용하여 전력품질 데이터를 수집하고 수집데이터를 분석하여 전력 품질에 대한 분석을 하였다. 뿐만아니라 전력품질에 영향을 주는 고조파신호들과 OVER/UNDER 전압과 전류 및 주파수, SAG, SWELL, INTERRUPT등을 인식하여 해당 데이터를 메모리에 저장하는 일련의 알고리즘을 연구하였으며 이렇게 저장된 정보를 이더넷망에서 무결성과 신뢰성이 있게 고속으로 전송받을 수 있는 통신 프로토콜에 관한 연구가 수행하였다. 뿐만 아니라 응용프로그램에서 소프트에웨어적인 필터링 기법과 분석알고리즘을 연구하여 이상신호에 대한 원인 판단이 가능하도록 연구한다. 본 논문은 네트워크(인터넷/이더넷)와 전력품질계측 관련 방법론과 SERVER개념을 도입한 유비쿼터스에서 센서네트워크 기법을 전력산업에 융합하려는 연구에 그 요점이 있다.

Context-awareness is one of the key features of ubiquitous paradigm. A methodology that is specifying the relationships between the contexts and services needs to be developed to intelligently and sensitively deal with dynamic environment. The existing models on context-aware modeling are difficult to verify the correctness of models with respect to timeliness. In this paper we propose an approach which includes timing constraint in the relations of the context model, and verify its effectiveness using colored Petri-Net. Moreover, a context-modeling toolkit including context-awareness engine and simulator is developed to support agent-based context-aware service. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology is demonstrated using an example of Usilvercare.

W These days, Ubiquitous is coming a more popular tool in mass communications and in advanced countries ubiquitous computing is commercialized. In Korea, we have studied the business models of the ubiquitous computing generation as well. Ubiquitous computing is the environment in which humans and computers coexist and properly work together. I would like to present a service infrastructure for a more efficient context-awareness than computing home networking system in this monograph. In the mean time, they have focused the context-awareness system on identifying users in the designated space and recognition. But I would like to focus on the middleware system structure for more efficient recognition.
