개인정보의 수집에 대해 프라이버시를 최대한 보장하면서, 다양한 서비스마다 각기 다른(Service-specific) 개인 프라이버시 정보의 접근에 대해 적응적이고 동적으로 정보 이용 범위를 제공하는 지능형 개인정보보호 에이전트 및 접근제어 기술 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 IT 환경변화에 따른 기술발전 과정에서 필요하게 될 개인정보보호 요구사항을 검토한다. 또한, 개인정보보호에 대한 요구사항에 대응할 수 있는 프라이버시 보호 프레임워크를 검토한다.

사회가 고령화, 초핵가족화 및 재난취약계층이 늘어나면서 요구호자에 대한 고품질 맞춤형서비스가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 소방방재청의 24*365 긴급대응서비스에 IT첨단기술, 바이오 의료기술을 접목하여 언제 어디서나 고품격 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 U-119시스템 개념, 구축사례 및 발전방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

전체적으로 우리나라의 IT-BT-NT 융합기술에 대해 융합기술 개발이 미래의 성장동력 창출에 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 융합기술 개발면에서 IT - BT 는 선진국에 비해 $65{\sim}80%$, NT-BT는 $65{\sim}65%$, IT-NT는 $50{\sim}80%$로 열세를 보이고 있다. 그러므로 융합기술개발에 기반한 신산업 육성을 위해서는 먼저 정부측에서 연구개발 예산의 확대와 자금지원, 종합적인 융합기술개발전략의 수립, 관련부처간 역할분담과 조정, 법 제도 정비 및 역기능 방지대책의 마련이 필요하다.

The world is rapidly passing on knowledge information to development of IT. If we cannot activity make use of IT, which is good tool enabling expansion of human convenience, the convenience cannot help continuously decreasing. This study is purposed of establishing growth direction of church by newly consideration the matter how to have internal and external relationship with the people living with Ubiquitous computing paradigm. The phrase "Ubiquitous Computing" has become popular ever since Mark Weiser used it in an article. It is to realize a computerized environment in which small computers are embedded and cooperate with each other. This environment will support many activities of our daily life. In a Ubiquitous Computing environment, various devices will be connected to the network from houses and buildings. Therefore it is necessary to ensure network security and to protect private data from tapping, falsification and the disguising of identity by others. This study reviews the Ubiquitous Computing technologies in detail and outlines the design concept of the Stream Cipher Algorithm.

우리나라에서는 2000년대 초반부터 u-City(유비쿼터스도시)라는 미래도시 모델을 정립하고 2008년에는 u-City에 관한 법률과 시행령을 제정 공포하여 u-City의 구축과 운영을 제도적으로 지원하고 있다. 다양한 목적과 지역적 특성에 맞게 u-City가 구축 운영되고 있지만, 표준 모델과 프레임워크가 정해져 있지 않은 상태이다. 한편, 지능형교통시스템(ITS, Intelligent Transport System)은 수년간 구축과 운영을 위한 표준모델과 프레임워크가 연구 검증되었으며, 최근 한국에서도 ITS 프레임워크와 관련하여 표준화된 모델이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 표준화되어진 ITS 프레임워크를 통해서 도시서비스를 구축 운영하는데 필요한 프레임워크의 구조와 기능을 파악하고, 2008년에 제안한 u-City 제공 서비스 프레임워크(UCSF)를 비교하여 UCSF의 구조와 기능을 검증한다.

현재 우리는 Ubiquitous IT기술을 활용한 편의시설이 곳곳에 적용되어 가고 있는 도시에 서 살아가고 있으며, 이러한 Ubiquitous IT기술은 발전에 발전을 거듭하여 우리가 느끼지 못하는 곳까지 확대되어 가고 있다. IT산업과 도시산업의 융·복합화을 통해 형성되는 새로운 도시의 개념인 u-City는 다양한 u-Service의 제공을 통해 국민의 삶을 향상시키는데 의의가 있다. 정부에서도 Ubiquitous 활성화 정책과 u-City 관련 산업 육성을 위해 노력하고 있으며, 이에 Ubiquitous 환경 및 정보인프라 구축등 기술적 구현은 빠르게 발전되고 있다. 그러나 u-Service의 효과를 체험하고 보다나은 서비스가 제공될 수 있도록 정보를 제공해 주어야 하는 소비자(국민)들은 계층별 정보격차로 인해 체감할 수 있는 u-Service가 미흡한 것으로 파악된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보격차 분석을 통해 계층별 소비자 맞춤형 u-Service 적용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 논문은 u-Service의 기본단위인 도시에서 생겨나는 정보격차 속성을 이해하고, 정보격차의 주체별 분석을 통하여 올바른 u-Service를 적용할 수 있는 효율적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The economic growth that depended on IT industry is reaching to a limit. In order to overcome the limit, the convergence industry that makes new market and products is essential. However, companies preparing a jump into the convergence industry must understand the exact visions and characteristics of convergence. Therefore, we investigated the structural changes of industries caused by convergence and importance characteristics of convergence. Also, we demonstrated the current status of the convergence industry and analyzed economical, social/cultural, and technological environments that the companies are facing, and elaborated the opportunities of convergence. At last, we suggested basic requirements and strategies for companies starting a convergence business and IT utilization methods to accelerate the convergence business activation.

The direction of this project is creates a future and it experiences ubiquitous world. The subject of the space is 'Ubiquitous Creative World' which Imagining the past becomes actuality and imagining in future become actuality and future when it will approach at once. The storyline of this space is as belows; 1 Zone - Ubiquitous life Gallery : it will be able to experience the future world ; home, office, street, school and the others. 2 Zone - Interactive Play Gallery : it will be able to explore the interactive media with information technology ; digital cafe, imagining jump, digital art and the others. 3 Zone - New product and Business Gallery : it composed with business, new product, and demonstration gallery such as public information space. The space concept makes connection and concentration which uses unit and line for world which becomes accomplished by the network. Connection of digital and the human being to make the center of new digital life.

의료기관의 정보화 수준이 높아짐에 따라 권한 없는 자의 정보 접근 및 유출, 진료정보 및 개인정보의 손실이나 파손, 환자 안전에 대한 위협 등 여러 가지 정보보호 리스크 요인이 대두되고 있다. 의료기관이 취급하고 있는 의료정보는 환자 개인을 식별할 수 있는 개인정보뿐만 아니라 개인의 사생활보호 차원에서 신중하게 취급해야 하는 매우 민감한 진료 정보를 포함하고 있으므로 정보보호의 중요성이 매우 크다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 개인의료정보를 컴퓨터와 네트워크를 통해 처리하는 의료기관의 정보보호 수준 제고가 매우 중요하고 시급한 과제로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 의료기관 정보화의 진전과 원격의료/재택의료의 발전, 국가보건의료정보 인프라 구축, e-Health 및 유비쿼터스 건강관리 시대의 도래 등과 같은 중대한 의료정보 패러다임의 변화 속에서 정보보호의 이슈와 해결방안을 모색해 보았으며, 의료정보보호 수준제고를 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다. 개별 의료기관뿐만 아니라 국가 차원의 의료정보 인프라 구축 사업 추진 시에도 본 연구에서 제안한 의료정보 보호 수준제고 방안이 적용되어 정보화의 효율성과 정보보호가 균형을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
