As ubiquitous computing environments evolve, various services are being provided as customer-centric services. In the past, studies based on personal profiles have been conducted to provide personalized services. However, identifying the user's preferences and supporting personalized services requires considerable data and time. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a system which provides the service by analyzing the user's emotions, rather than personalized service with personal profiles. In the proposed system, both speech analysis method and image analysis method are used to analyze the user's emotion. By using this emotion analysis method, we implemented the proposed system within the home network environment and finally provide effective personalized service.

The current global spread of communal residential culture and the trend of continuing increase of newly built apartment environment are increasing the demand of home network products for each residential space and among households. The continuing advancement of ubiquitous and the introduction and development of home network system are promoting the demand for the product design. The residential culture change and the apartment interior design change are having mutual effects on the lifestyle of residents and the product design and demand new product design. Coordination with interior products, interior style and products, product and fashion design and reconstruction and fusion between the products and their element factors are the core element of this design study. Based on this, integrated design strategy and concept research and analysis were studied for the design process, and have been expressed in three dimension design through which the design functionality and the external aesthetical design can correspond to each other. It's because the aspect of the future development prospect can be predicted in detail by presenting practical design plan.

Internet Data is hugely increased for high quality multimedia services and the related techniques is also developed rapidly. This paper is aimed to develop integrated internet data and Digital-Television receiving system with high performance and optimization, which is obtained by one-board integration with load control. It is applicable to various devices like computer, set-top box, home multimedia gateway etc. The performance is proved by evaluation test. It shows that the developed device can be TV tuner and internet AP for more robust multimedia services.

This study recognize the problems about the High-speed IT building certification system and the technical standards of telecommunication facility, broadcasting public receiving facility including Home-network facility which are installed at apartments for the successful building of the Ubiquitous city that the government is driving and suggested a sweeping change of the housing law interrelated for making up a housing efficiency grade-display system and systematizing the maintenance by solutions. Also, presented the integrate-construction model designs separately of the residential IT line about the buildings applied to technical standards, the building acquired second grade below of High-speed IT building and the building when the above solutions get to he systematized.

The Internet of Thing (IoT) will be a very important core technology to implement Intelligent Smart Home Network and it will take charge of an important role connected to Smart Phone, Cloud Computing in the Ubiquitous environment. In this paper, Internal Autonomous Regulation by human autonomic nervous system was studied and its core mechanism was applied to the design of IoT based Autonomous Regulation System for Intelligent Smart Home Network. We proposed an autonomous regulating mechanism in which the factors of Temperature, Humidity and Illumination are automatically adjusted as they communicate with the connected things.

As the research on home network technologies, sensor network technologies, and ubiquitous network technologies makes rapid progresses, wireless ad-hoc network have attracted a lot of attention. A wireless ad-hoc network is a temporary network formed by a collection of wireless mobile nodes without the aid of my existing network infrastructure or centralized administration, and it is suitable for ubiquitous computing environments. In this paper, we suggest an interconnection scheme between the wireless ad-hoc network environment based on multiple path source routing protocol and a Mobile-IP based network environment. This scheme reduces the overhead of route re-establishment and re-registration by maintaining multiple paths between the mobile host in wireless ad-hoc network and the base station in mobile-IP network. Also it puts the base station in charge of function that performs translation between wireless ad-hoc network packets and Mobile-IP packets, reducing the load of mobile hosts. In this paper, our simulations show that our scheme outperforms existing interconnecting schemes with regards to throughput and end-to-end delay Also we show that our scheme outperforms multi-paths approach using disjoint routes with regards to routing overhead.

In ubiquitous environment where various kinds of computers are embedded in persons, objects and environment and they are interconnected and can be used in my place as necessary, different types of data need to be exchanged between heterogeneous machines through home network. In the environment, the efficient processing, transmission and monitoring of image data are essential technologies. We need to make research not only on traditional image processing such as spatial and visual resolution, color expression and methods of measuring image quality but also on transmission rate on home network that has a limited bandwidth. The present study proposes a new motion vector estimation algorithm for transmitting, processing and controlling image data, which is the core part of contents in home network situation and, using algorithm, implements a real time monitoring system of multi dimensional images transmitted from multiple cameras. Image data of stereo cameras to be transmitted in different environment in angle, distance, etc. are preprocessed through reduction, magnification, shift or correction, and compressed and sent using the proposed metamorphosis hierarchical motion vector estimation algorithm for the correction of motion. The proposed algorithm adopts advantages and complements disadvantages of existing motion vector estimation algorithms such as whole range search, three stage search and hierarchical search, and estimates efficiently the motion of images with high variation of brightness using an atypical small size macro block. The proposed metamorphosis hierarchical motion vector estimation algorithm and implemented image systems can be utilized in various ways in ubiquitous environment.

휴대전화, PC, 브로드밴드(ADSL, FTTH) 등 가정 내에서의 IT기기 및 네트워크의 보급이 급속하게 진전되고 있다. TV와 에어콘 등 가전제품의 IT화가 진행되어 가정 내에서 네트워크를 형성함은 물론 외부 네트워크에 상시 접속되는 세계가 실현되어 가고 있다. 네트워크 접속에 대응하는 네트가전이 보급되면 가전기기 간의 연대 및 외부와의 정보통신에 의해 가전제품의 기능과 성능을 최대한으로 발휘할 수 있게 되어 생활환경, 편리성이 크게 향상됨과 아울러 성(省)에너지화에도 큰 효과를 나타낸다. 네트가전은 TV, VTR, DVD등의 AV계(系), 냉장고와 세탁기 등의 기기계, 태양광발전시스템과 전기온수기 등의 설비계로 분류된다. AV계에서는 디지털정보의 다운로드와 기억에 의해 다양한 고품질의 영상음향에 둘러싸인 세계가 탄생하게 된다 기계계의 네트가전에서는 홈서버 경유로 외출 장소에서 기기의 상태를 파악하여 제어하는 것이 가능해진다. 설비계에서는 설비 간의 연대에 따라 에너지절약 운전과 최대전력량의 제어에 의한 코스트절약이 실현된다. 네트가전을 이용한 홈네트워크 실현을 위해서는 고객이 쉽게 다를 수 있으며 만족할 수 있는 기능과 서비스, 성(省)배전$\cdot$저(低)코스트의 네트워크, 기기가 외부에서 간단히 제어될 수 있는 고신뢰성 인터페이스의 실장(實裝)과 표준화, 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통을 촉진하기 위한 컨텐츠 권리보호제도 정비가 필요하게 된다. 미쓰비시전기는 ''언제나, 어디에나, 누구에게도'' 가전제품을 편리하게 사용될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 사회를 실현하기 위하여 AV, 설비$\cdot$기기, 컴퓨터의 모든 분야에 대응한 가전기기, 네트워크 관련기기의 개발을 진행해 나감은 물론 주택을 이용한 실증시험을 실시하여 소비자 메리트의 본질적인 추구를 위해 계속 추진해 나가고 있다.

네트워크의 광대역화, 방송의 디지털화와 웹2.0을 모토로 하는 사용자의 정보 소비 행태 변화는 기존의 방송과 통신의 경계를 허무는 통방 융합 서비스의 도래를 가져왔다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 통방 융합 서비스인 IPTV 서비스의 정의 및 서비스 특징에 대하여 알아보며, 사용자의 정보 이용환경 및 기술 발전에 근거한 IPTV서비스의 진화 방향에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 서비스 특징 및 기술을 고려한 IPTV 서비스정의에 대하여 알아보며, 각각의 서비스 특징 및 기술에 대하여 서비스 진화적인 측면에서 고찰한다. IPTV서비스의 향후 발전 방향은 웹2.0기반 서비스와 이동형 서비스이며, 개인화 및 개방성을 지원하기 위한 IMS/SDP 기술이 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 또한 지식기반 유비쿼터스 사회로의 전환에 징검다리 역할을 할 홈 네트워크 환경에서, IPTV서비스 및 플랫폼은 중심적인 역할을 담당할 것이다. 이를 위하여 IPTV서비스를 위한 콘텐츠 및 플랫폼 기반 기술이 중요성을 가지며 망 진화 관점에서 IPTV 서비스 관련기술이 개발되어야 한다.

최근 각종 전자기기의 발명 및 발전으로 가정에서의 컴퓨터 및 전자기기 사용이 크게 증가하고 있고, 이런 추세로 인해 흠 네트워크 분야의 관심 증대되고 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 개인 보안을 위한 인증분야의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크 환경을 고려한 적합한 인증 시스템을 비교 평가하여 미래의 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 환경이 구축될 때 가장 적합한 인증 시스템에 대하여 연구를 하였다. 본 논문에는 홈네트워크 환경에 적합한 인증 시스템의 요건인 인증의 신뢰성(reliability), 이음새 없는 서비스 구현을 위한 연산의 복잡성(complexity), 외부 침입 등 해킹에 대한 강인함(robustness) 3가지를 기준으로 현재 사용되고 있는 인증 방법론을 비교여 각 방범론의 장 단점 분석하고, 홈네트워크 환경에서 좀 더 쉽고 빠르고 안전하게 정보에 접근하기 위하여 이미지 코드를 이용한 인증 시스템을 제안한다.
