유비쿼터스 및 건설기술 등이 융합된 유시티는 최근 신도시를 중심으로 활발하게 구축 중에 있다. 그러나 구축 및 운영에 있어 고비용의 예산요구로 실효성을 얻기에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 유시티 통합네트워크센터에서 요구되는 표준화된 유시티 통합플랫폼의 부재로 각각의 유시티에서 개발된 U-서비스의 재활용이 어려울 뿐만 아니라 U-서비스 간 연계에 많은 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 SOA기반 통합플랫폼을 제시함으로써 U-서비스의 쉽고 빠른 개발, 개발된 서비스의 재활용 및 서비스 간 연계 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 설계하였다.

This research is about the methods in making computers understand the situation in regards to interaction between House and Human Behavior. In this paper, house is the ubiquitous house, as a future house, adopting ubiquitous computing presenting the interrelation of human and house - interior space, architecture, nature. And the Context Aware Model of ubiquitous house is proposed to embody the ubiquitous house. The research objective is to systematize the context in the ubiquitous house and suggest a theoretical basis to embody the ubiquitous house interacting between the House ud Human Behavior Especially, this paper focuses on the Context Aware Model based on FengShui-Theory(sp. YangTaek-Theory). The ubiquitous house is not what operates passively by human but a information-oriented house that can predict the situation and the living patterns of human. For a information-oriented house and informal living context at home, this paper uses FengShui-Theory whose central concern is the interrelation of human and nature. Through these concepts, this research will suggest how to systematize, control and manage the context at home. In the end, it is expected to offer a theoretical basis to embody the intelligent house and apply an environment design communicating between the computers and human.

The purpose of this study is to suggest configuration methods of sensor according to user's behaviors in the ubiquitous house. Recently, with appearing the concept of 'Ubiquitous', the applications of ubiquitous technologies on the our environment adopt a new paradigm. This new paradigm leads to the possibility of creating more intellectual dwelling environment according to user's behaviors. This paper suggests to change our dwelling by considering both engineering technology and considering the character of dwelling, because the house should provide causes humans with comfortability. Therefore, we need to understand user's behaviors in the dwelling, towards user friendly environment.

본 연구의 목적은 거주자의 명령 없이도 스스로 거주자의 행위를 배워서 다가올 상황을 예측하고 이에 맞춰진 개인화 된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 지능형 유비쿼터스 주택의 시스템구조를 제안하는 것이다. 이러한 시스템 구조가 갖춰야 할 전제조건으로 거주자의 행위패턴, 공간이동패턴, 서비스패턴을 조합한 맞춤형 서비스개념 도입이 필수적임을 도출했고, 이를 구현할 수 있는 4가지 구성요소로 Agent, Database, Working Memory, Log Data가 필요함을 확인하였다. 특히 이들 4가지 구성요소를 갖는 지능형 유비쿼터스 주택의 시스템 구조는 처음에는 거주자 행위의 사례나 패턴이 저장되어 있지 않지만 시간이 지남에 따라 각 거주자에 대한 정보가 누적되고 거주자의 라이프스타일을 인식하게 되면서 거주자별 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce ubiquitous home services for the aged. In comparison with general ubiquitous homes, ubiquitous homes for the aged have two major characteristics. First, the service contents should be expanded and strengthened. Second, the services should be customized to each individuals. The primary objective of a ubiquitous home for the aged is health care. The three affordances for this objective are 1)prevention of sickness and reducing the speed of aging process, 2)technical assistance for disability, 3)recovering and enhancing the physical and cognitive function. For this purpose this paper analyses the characteristics of the aged and current ubiquitous technology and ubiquitous home service, thus providing an outline for ubiquitous services necessary for aged people.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the customer demand for design development of digital convergence furniture in the living space of the ubiquitous home. This study used the individual survey method and was collected from July 1 to 20, 2008. The frequency and percentage were used for data analysis by SPSS window's 12. The results of the study were as follows: The first, a lot of survey targets were 30-40 years old, university graduates, over 50,000,000 won in annual income and 30-40 pyung in house size. The second, what types of activity were carried out in the living room were acquisition of knowledge>entertainment activity>communication activity>household chores. The third, what types of furniture were used in the living room were A/V furniture>table>sofa>computer table>bookself. The forth, customers preferred to picture telephone service in sociality, home-theater service in entertainment and home appliances remote control service in information service. The fifth, the digital functions which can integrate with the living roon furniture, in the item for A/V furniture, was front door control function which recognizes visitors with the screen. In the item for table was function to search internet and for sofa was self purification function. Finally, the digital convergence furniture is not only for one activity but also for various types of activities that can comprehensively function to materialize the concept of comfortable furniture in the living space.

본 연구는 주거환경에서 IT 기술의 도입이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 현 시점에서 노인단독가구의 일상생활의 편리성 증진과 안전하고 자립적인 생활을 지원해줄 수 있도록 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스가 효과적으로 도입될 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 노인을 위한 전반적인 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스 요소를 규명하고 주택 내에서 노인의 일상생활 행태를 심도 있게 분석하였다. 또한 노인단독가구의 가구유형, 소득수준, 건강상태를 기준으로 노인단독가구를 유형화하고 유형별 생활행태 특성에 맞는 우선적으로 고려할 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스 요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 현장방문조사와 문헌분석, 노인거주자를 대상으로 한 심층적인 관찰 및 면접조사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과를 보면 조사대상 노인단독가구에게서 공통적으로 나타나는 생활행태 특성은 건강염려형, 규칙적 일상생활형, 약보관/복용중시형, 습관적TV시청형, 가족애착형, 물품방치형으로 파악되었다. 유형별로 특징적으로 나타나는 생활행태가 도출되었고, 최종적으로는 각 유형별로 특징적인 생활행태를 고려하여 우선 적용할 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스 요소가 제안되었다.

정부는 임대주택에서 고령자 주택의 의무 설치비율에 대한 기준을 2012년 2월에 마련하였고, 이에 따라 고령자 주호 수는 늘어날 전망이다. 그리고 고령화 사회에 대비하기 위해 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용하면 효율적인 의료서비스를 지원할 수 있을 것이라는 주장이 다양한 연구에서 언급되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 고령자의 자립정도에 따라 헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 고령자 주택의 계획요소를 도출하고 현재 기축된 4곳의 사례 적용평가를 통해 실태 파악과 추후의 전략을 도출하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 고령자 주택계획에서 주호 내 어메니티를 지원하는 부분이 중요도가 가장 높은 것으로 평가되었으나, 실제 주택에서 반영 비율은 낮았고 공용공간의 위험 관리계획이 가장 높은 비율로 적용되어 있었다. 실제 건강측정이나 외부와의 커뮤니티 돕는 것과 같은 새로운 기술을 활용하는 부분은 아직 적용되지 않았지만 에이징인 플레이스의 개념을 실현하기 위해서는 헬스케어서비스를 다양한 측면에서 고려하여 계획할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 정부에서 추진중인 유비쿼터스도시의 성공적 건설을 위하여 공동주택에 설치되는 홈 네트워크설비를 포함한 전기통신설비 및 방송공동수신설비의 기술기준과 초고속 정보통신건물인증제도의 문제점을 알아보고 해결방안으로 주택법령의 주택성능 등급표시 제도보완과 유지관리를 제도화 하기위한 주택법계열의 전면적인 검토 보완 및 개정안을 제시하였다. 또한 기술기준만을 적용한 건축물과 초고속 정보통신건물 인증 2등급 이하 취득 건축물 그리고 상기 해결방안이 법제도화가 되었을 때의 건축물에 대한구내 정보통신선로 통합구축 모델을 각각 설계하여 제시하였다.

본 연구는 정부의 주거복지 지원계획과 관련한 공공임대주택의 양적인 공급 증가에 따라 유지관리의 필요성의 부각되고 있는 시점에서 현행 공공임대주택의 특성과 유지관리 시스템의 분석을 통해 장기적으로 유지관리방식의 문제점 개선과 효율성 향상을 위한 웹기반 유지관리 시스템으로의 발전가능성과 더불어 한계점도 파악해 보았다. 이 결과를 토대로 하여 PDA와 같은 IT를 활용한 유비쿼터스 장비의 이용가능성과 사용에 따른 기대효과를 제시함으로서 현재 연구${\cdot}$개발된 유지관리시스템의 문제점을 보완하여 사용자위주의 시스템을 제시하였다.
