RFID and Kiosk has been acquiring the essential position not only for providing simple information but also as the tool for establishing Ubiquitous based society. Especially it can be said that the time for developing various Kiosks as important methods to conducting marketing and service through the differentiation and easiness on dealing information has come. Considering the present requirement, 'U-Commerce System' has been designed and developed. In the system, the RFID reader installed in 'U-Shop Kiosk System' recognizes the RFID tag on situated the specific products and detail product information and related multimedia advertisement are provided. Moreover, when the customers have the needs to purchase concerned products on the spot, they can pay and order by using credit cards. By employing the system, the amount of stock and delivery condition can be monitored in real time and the gathered information in DB can be used for dealing with stock related matters. In addition, a system can be developed to monitor and manage the remote shops in real time base. Furthermore, to overcome the limit of simple unmanned ubiquitous style Kiosk, the possibility of developing an expansion model of ubiquitous style CRM Kiosk has been suggested.

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the power source for the growth of our country is shifting from the 'knowledge and information'-centered business to the culture-based business attaching importance to 'creativity'. In the era of creative culture-based economy, the core resources on which the national competitive power depends can be thought to be 'cultural contents'. The current ubiquitous project, which is being promoted in our country, is characteristically placing much emphasis on building-up of the RFID-centered infrastructure so that it is poorly acknowledged by common people to whom its service is actually provided. In this study, the approach to promotion of the cultural service, to which an easy access is available as a result of combining the ubiquitous-based technology with 'cultural contents', is discussed in the 4 aspects.

Recently, a digital divide has gotten worse in the information age. So LG Sangnam library developed the ubiquitous library for the improvement of information accessability of the blind. It utilizes a mobile phone applied with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology and automates a user's identification process and serve library services at anytime from anywhere. Users can use three access points of a web service, a mobile service and a telephone library service. As a conclusion of this paper. Several recommendations were proposed. For the development of ubiquitous library, various instruments should be considered to diversify user's access points and a usability test and analysis about user's environmental context should be done simultaneously.

Ubiquitous technology is believed to be the next trend following the 3rd wave by information technology to revolutionize the modern society. Ubiquitous construction which is the convergence of ubiquitous technology and construction technology is the blue ocean area for creating new values in the construction industry and therefore requires pro-active participation from construction companies. Many expect that the ubiquitous society would get started in the year of 2008 and the year 2015 be the time of maturity. The importation of 100 U-Cities to foreign countries would be a new driving force for the growth of our economy and construction industry.

As e-learning studying is activated, learner's requirement increased. Therefore, need correct e-learning model augmented requirement of learner and new ubiquitous surrounding. In this treatise when, proposed to supplement studying contents relationship conversion service and cooperation studying service function to LMS that analyze existing e-learning model's limitation for ubiquitous environment e-learning model that can study regardless of, ubiquitously some contents and do based on SCORM ubiquitous-network and next generation sensor technology etc. Learning form conversion service senses a learner's surrounding situations and recognize his/her body condition using smart sensor technology and provides the learner with contents in the optimal form. Using sensing projects like Orestia and SOB, users can more effective collaborative learning service.

In recent years, our society, because of the arrival of a new paradigm according to the rapid changes in ICT has entered into future smart society and the ubiquitous era. So it can be a notable turning point in the city disaster prevention system with big data, aspects of the era change. Therefore, this study was to derive a desirable vision for the big data city disaster prevention informatization in terms of ICT city disaster prevention system development as preparedness for the city disaster by applying 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. Soon this study derived a successful city disaster prevention informatization strategy as preparedness for the city disaster, for example, in terms of water pollution and disaster prevention of Busan Ecodeltacity. It proposed the big data city disaster prevention informatization system with the use of the administrative aspects of information with spatial informatization as big data information. Also this study explored the future leadership strategy of the big data city disaster prevention informatization in smart society and smart eco-city. Eventually in 2030 to around, in order to still remain our city disaster prevention informatization as a leading ICT nation, this study suggested the following strategy. It is important to ready the advanced ubiquitous administrative spatial informatization and ICT disaster prevention system with big data in terms of water pollution and disaster prevention of Busan Ecodeltacity.

유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심 기술인 RFID 기술은 물류현장에 많이 응용되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현재 물류 분야에 적용되는 사례를 분석하고 차세대 RFID 물류시스템을 적용할 수 있도록 지능화된 RFID 장치를 사용하고, RFID 장치 및 물류 프로세스의 오류를 실시간으로 검출하고 보정하여 Open SCM에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다.
