새로운 유비쿼터스 컴퓨터 환경 하에서 다양한 응용 서비스들은 사용자들의 편의성과 정보의 접근성을 향상시키고 있다. 그러나 정보의 고도화에 따른 역기능이 사회적 문제로 지적되고 있다. 특히 개방형 환경에서의 인가되지 않는 제 3자에 의한 공격은 사용자의 프라이버시 문제뿐만 아니라, 국가적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 안전한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅환경에서의 사회 경제활동을 위한 정보보호의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이 중 전자서명은 개인의 프라이버시 보호뿐만 아니라 사회 경제활동의 근간을 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 안전한 유비쿼터스 환경 구현을 위한 전자서명 핑거프린팅 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 기존의 전자서명 방식의 제한성을 보완하여 이를 웹 페이지에 적용하고 HTML로 표현된 문서에 대한 안정성 향상을 제공할 수 있다.

정보화 사회를 거쳐 유비쿼터스 환경으로 나아가고 있는 정보기술은 이제 우리의 생활 곳곳에서 그 대체를 생각할 수 없을 정도로 중추적인 역할을 하고 있으나 역설적으로 그에 따른 역기능이 큰 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 현재의 정보기술에 바탕을 둔 정보윤리교육은 최근의 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 필요성뿐 만 아니라 미래의 건전한 유비쿼터스 세상의 구현을 위해서도 그 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보기술의 건전화와 올바른 이용 문화의 확산을 위해, 역기능 중심의 윤리적인 관점보다는 정보기술의 순기능을 중심으로 하여 역기능에 대해 분석 및 고찰하고, 순기능의 강화방안과 그에 따른 정보기술과 문화에 대해 다루는 새로운 접근 방법으로 문제기반학습을 적용한 정보윤리 교과과정을 제안한다.

In this paper we are investigating how ubiquitous revolution in knowledge society changes the education system. By the help of ubiquitous computing and networking techniques we estimates the configuration of e-teaming in the age of knowledge -based society, and we examines Education Model with e-teaming and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) at e-School. We also suggest the feasible design of the e-School and a Blended-learning scheme based on cooperative education as a way of teaching Education.

전파를 이용한 서비스가 사회전반에서 이용되고 관련 기술들이 발전함에 따라 유비쿼터스 사회의 도래를 기대할 수 있게 되었다. 유비쿼터스 사회에서는 인간의 제반활동이 통신 인프라를 기반으로 제공될 것이며, 이의 기반이 되는 주파수에 대한 수요가 급격하게 증가하게 된다. 그러나 주파수 자원은 활용가능성 측면에서 희소자원으로 인식되고 있어 적기, 적소에 적절한 양의 주파수를 공급하는 것이 매우 어려운 과제가 되고있다. 이러한 주파수 부족현상을 기술적인 측면에서 타개하고자 주파수 공유기술의 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있는데, 주파수 공유기술이 적용되어 효과를 발휘하기 위해서는 제도적 기반이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 주파수 공유기술의 발전 방향을 서술하고, 주요국의 주파수 정책에 대해 살펴봄으로써 국내 전파정책수립에 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

The effects of the U-Police Service is expected to go much beyond present police service. Scientific police service using the UIT will enable the police to confront rapidly to the crimes which has been in the blind spot of law enforcement in the result of insufficient police forces and maintenance of law and order by putting police manpower first. Cetizens' feeling of safety from crimes is also expected to be much improved and this will bring about noticeabe effect on crime prevention by suppressing the crime impulse in advance. This thesis have come up with various research results by interviewing police officers and citizen of the City of Seoul under the circumstances that there has been no positive and analytical studies on the areas that the UIT could apply to or the possibility of utilizing the UIT. As we apply the UIT to the police service, how we solve the problem occurring by adopting the UIT and how much we can protect private information is much more important than what kind of service we can provide. Especially, embodiment of U-Police service is a necessary precondition for constructing ubiquitous city in near future. Following studies to draw relevant research results by expanding the objects of the study are much needed including the study on the measurement of efficiency of U-Police service in each service sectors which the UIT applies to.

The roles and services of a library have historically been influenced and developed by the change of information technologies. The ubiquitous technologies have been widely studied for medical area, construction, commerce, broadcasting, telecommunication and so on. The ubiquitous technologies have extended to the roles and services in a library. The development of ubiquitous IT, the roles and functions of a library and information center should be changed. To adjust evolving environment, this study focuses on concept and definition of ubiquitous computing and networks. Especially, with requirements and essential technologies which can be a technological infrastructure for ubiquitous life, library services and roles in ubiquitous life are discussed by literature review, case analysis and expert interview. With the results, this study proposes that library services and roles in ubiquitous life should be considered in two ways which are network and physical spaces. Also, roles of a library in ubiquitous life will be extended to culture and education center including traditional information center. To perform those roles and services, a library should develop various service programs relating culture and education such as personalized service and educational program.

최근 새로운 정보기술의 패러다임으로 이슈가 되고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이 기술은 행정, 경제, 의료, 교육, 문화 등 사회 곳곳에 적용될 것으로 예상되고 있으며, 그에 따라 비즈니스 모델에 대한 중요성도 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기초 기술, 표준화, 보안 등에 관련된 연구가 중심을 이루고 있을 뿐, 비즈니스 모델과 관련된 연구는 미흡한 실정이다 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 등장하는 다양한 비즈니스 모델에 대해 사업화 이전 단계에서 보다 효과적으로 사업화 가능성을 평가함으로써 사업자가 유망한 비즈니스 모델의 도출이 가능하도록 하는 평가체계를 제시한다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서는 IT서비스에 사람뿐만 아니라 기기 및 사물 등이 참여하고 다양한 인증수단이 사용된다. 하지만, u-IT서비스에 참여하는 개체에 대한 신뢰된 인증환경이 없다면 유비쿼터스 사회의 전체 신뢰도가 떨어지는 결과를 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경의 신뢰된 인증 환경 조성을 위한 프레임워크로서 u-lT 서비스에 인증서비스를 도입하기 위한 절차와 u-lT 서비스 위험평가 방법 및 인증수단 선택기준 등의 보안요구사항을 제시한다.

정보화 사회의 발전에 따라 컴퓨터끼리의 커뮤니케이션을 넘어 물리공간을 융합하는 유비쿼터스 기술이 발전하고 있다. 유비쿼터스를 위한 기술인 RFID는 RFID TAG가 모든 물체에 부착되어 리더와 정보를 주고받을 수 있게 된다. 하지만 RFID의 제한적인 환경으로 인해 현재 보편적으로 쓰이는 보안 기술을 사용하는 것이 어렵게 되어 유비쿼터스 시대에 맞는 새로운 보안 방법의 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 시대에 맞는 암호화 인증 기술에 방법에 대하여 연구하였다.
