For the development and management of u-City(ubiquitous city), Ubiquitous City Construction Law was enacted(March 3, 2008) to form the legal basis of u-City plan, construction and managements afterwards. Among u-City elements, the u-City Management Center has its own meaning and importance in roles which are crucial to the u-City developments, and its legal establishment is one of the core u-City realization factors. In spite of its crucial position for u-City, the legal arrangement of its basis concept, physical/systematic structures, and managerial finance sources and their standardizations are very immature. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyse its overall problem issues and then to suggest the basic directions and enforcement strategies to form its legal basis.

유비쿼터스 사회가 도래함에 따라 유비쿼터스 기술을 도시에 적용한 u-City가 개발되고 있다. u-City는 다양한 정보화 기기들이 존재하며 정보화 기기 사이를 연결하는 다양한 네트워크 기술이 상존한다. u-City의 핵심 요소인 uMC(ubiquitous Management Center)는 u-City 내의 모든 서비스를 처리하도록 설계되었으며 도시를 통제하는 중요한 기능을 수행한다. 따라서 사용자의 인증 및 보안을 처리하기 위한 기술이 요구되며 이러한 기술은 uMC에 필수적으로 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 인증 기술에 대해 설명하고, u-City 네트워크 환경에 적합한 인증 방법과 절차를 제안한다. 제안된 u-City 통합 인증 시스템은 u-City에 존재하는 정보화 단말기와 사용자를 인증하여 정당한 사용자에게만 IP를 할당하고, 할당된 사용자에 대해 정책에 따라 차별화된 권한을 부여 할 수 있으며, 따라서 uMC의 보안에 중요한 역할을 한다.

This paper has attempted to propose a more progressive direction for U-environmental sculptures in a ubiquitous urban space in terms of usability, service, function and formative characteristics that enhance user satisfaction with these sculptures. For this, Media Pole, a U-environmental sculpture on Gangnam U-Street, has been examined. The results of this study are as follows: First, a study of user satisfaction was planned after establishing levels of satisfaction in terms of service, function and formative characteristics. In terms of satisfaction by the section of Media Pole, the public transportation map was the most influential in service while street culture and beauty of shape were critical in function and formative characteristics, respectively. In the relationship between satisfaction by section and overall satisfaction, furthermore, functional satisfaction had the biggest influence. Therefore, the development of human-centered functional factors which have pleasant and touching stories to facilitate communication with citizens are important in order to develop various Media Pole contents to enhance user satisfaction with the U-environmental sculpture and allow it evolve into a Gangnam landmark Since we are in the initial stage of a U-city, there are many problems that need to be addressed such as a lack of natural beauty, poor material quality of environmental sculptures, absence of storytelling, poor technology, lack of content, poor profitability and lack of means of social communication. In the end, the development of a comfortable, people-friendly space and U-environmental sculptures are needed in consideration of economic, social and cultural aspects instead of focusing on advanced technology only.

우리나라는 세계 최초로 유비쿼터스 도시(Ubiquitous City: U-City) 관련 법률을 제정하고 종합계획을 수립하는 등 스마트시티 관련 정책을 선도적으로 추진해 왔으며, 현재 스마트시티 정책은 스마트시티 국가시범도시 건설, 스마트 챌린지, 스마트도시형 도시재생사업 등 다양하게 추진 중이다. 본 연구에서는 최근 정보통신의 발달에 따른 디지털화 시대를 맞이하여 해외의 스마트정책 사례를 조사 및 분석하여 국내 도시문제 해결로 시민들의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 스마트시티를 구축할 수 있는 시사점을 도출할 예정이다.

최근 u-City나 Eco-City와 같이 IT 기술들이 도시 공간에 융합됨으로써 점차 지능형 도시로 발전되고 있고, 도시에 거주하는 사람들은 자신의 주변 상황에 맞게 자연스럽게 필요한 서비스를 제공 받게 될 것이다. 이와 같이 향후 유비쿼터스 도시 운영을 위해서는 다양한 GeoSensor를 도시 전체에 구축하고 계속해서 모니터링 해야 만 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 룰 기반의 이벤트 처리 기술은 넓은 지역에 걸쳐 구축되어 있는 GeoSensor 네트워크로부터 센서 데이터를 수집하여 도시내에 발생되는 다양한 상황들을 효과적으로 모니터링 할 수 있다.

As people's living standards and expectations for life increase, by applying advanced technology in the city, to enhance the convenience and safety needs are being expanded gradually. Accordingly, so the future of the city to see a viable alternative to that the ubiquitous city fused information communication technologies, large-scale projects conducted at the national level. Sectoral Disaster Prevention is ready for sure how much the lack of response capabilities in the field for checking solution has been suggested for The National Emergency Management Agency. These results present a Sectoral Disaster Prevention response capabilities somewhat different in were identified. Through these are proposed policy recommendations about Sectoral Disaster Prevention and insufficient areas of step response capabilities and building fire protection system approach combines ubiquitous technology in the new paradigm rather than traditional disaster management, greet era of ubiquitous.

Recently many researchers are keen interested in the concept of ubiquitous using mobile internet and RFID. Busan also plans to build a first U-city in the areas of port logistics, traffic, tourism convention, medical service. It is important to be accepted by consumers for U-tourism convention service adoption to determine the future growth potential. The purpose of this paper thus examines the effect of tourism contents on U-tourism convention service adoption using technology acceptance model.

Recently, a lot of local autonomous entities are promoting Ubiquitous City(U-City) Construction by integrating Information Communication Technology(ICT) with city development, and also internationally, a lot of cities are making efforts to develop U-City to intensify a city's competitive strength and improve life quality of city dwellers. In keeping with such a stream of the times, each local autonomous entity and project developer are developing a lot of methodologies to establish optimal U-City in corresponding cities and also inquiring into a variety of development procedures, such as connecting existing urban development methods with information establishment methods. The method used usually is to establish Information strategy Plan(ISP) for a city which will be developed through consulting in the stage of city development planning. ISP is to establish vision & strategy for building the ubiquitous city and is a methodology including city vision, strategy, goal, and implementation method, etc. However, due to a lot of variables, such as a variety of city environment, establishment period, budget, information technology, and etc., it is difficult to contain establishment plans for every occasion in a similar method, in reality. Therefore, it is naturally necessary to suggest plans for city vision & strategy, and selection of element technology/service. Thus, this paper suggests models for vision & strategy establishment of U-City and suggests Top-Down Approach and Bottom-Up Approach method as a plan for U-City establishment. In addition, this paper analyzes general promotion methodologies for constructing U-City and analyzes how these two strategic methods [Top-Down Approach and Bottom-Up Approach] for city vision establishment are composed in such a methodology, to define and analyze its constituent plan.

Resently, We suggested u-Korea strategy to manage and develop a nation based on national ubiquitous technology using mobile.. therefore many a local self-governing body is writing out u-City construction plan to build most suitable future city in oneself environment. In this paper, after analyze tendency and character of ubiquitous related plans, it makes a plan international youth digital film festival based on ubiquitous technology in jinju. And it suggest strategy of digital film or game industry on a department of digital contents industry. also, an opportunity this paper propose research scheme of early level for u-Jinju of city-farm composition supported ubiquitous service in all the jinju area.

Today's rapid shifts toward a new paradigm are combining city spaces with reality and technology, which is known as a ubiquitous environment. An ubiquitous environment means that 'whenever' and 'wherever' become connected. It is a great possibility that this will change our future lifestyle. Korea has the biggest advantage in the implementation of this new environment, such as having an excellent network infrastructure. Using these attributes of a ubiquitous environment, changes are being made toward ubiquitous cities within developing fields of construction, landscaping, streets, art, and the environment. This research is based on background of research that activated media pole in public city space has been done research about reality of digital skill, fusion, and sense of ubitizen, and Kang-Nam U-street applied by ubiquitous technique. While reflecting an environment that can be utilized in a modern digital society, the application of ubiquitous technology to media pole can be a space for the two-way communication of the current paradigm. It would also be meaningful to create a new cultural space through media pole. Through evaluation, citizens of the ubiquitous age are going to interact to raise the satisfaction that media pole in city space can prevent giving direction to develop and trial and error about service ability, identity, and publicity. Finally, the media pole can be used as a fundamental element to suggest directions for change when viewed as future development.
