광대역통합망(BcN) 구축을 통해 언제.어디서나 광대역정보통신서비스를 국민에게 제공하여 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 정보통신산업을 발전시켜 고용창출과 소득증대에 기여할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 유비쿼터스 도시(u-City) 개발 과정에 도시의 핵심 인프라로 설계, 구축하는 방안이 대두되고 있다

The international society under the internet technology have been declining boundaries of the global economy. After this step, a social revolution will be happen from the ubiquitous technology which fives objects intelligence to serve people. And then it is expected that every part of a city competitive power is defined by both in qualify and in quantify of the ubiquitous information unit in the future. On this score, now each nation is trying to set relative services and broadband networks to lead the ubiquitous industry. Therefore this paper analyzed about the progress and prospect of a local U-city plan in our nation Especially we propose a new city development model which use U-city and self-communication network to Improve a city competitive power.

유비쿼터스 IT시대에 우리사회가 적절하게 대응하여 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시킴은 물론 새로운 성장 동력을 마련하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 u-City 서비스에 개발에 대한 움직임이 강하게 일고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 u-City내에서 발생할 수 있는 교통상황에 대하여 시민들에게 정보를 제공 할 수 있도록 교통정보관리 서비스에 관한 정의서를 작성 하였다. U-Transportation 교통정보관리 서비스의 프로세스, 서비스 주요기능을 정의하고, 비즈니스 모델 및 R&R, 시스템 구성 및 주요 기술, U-Space 공간적용을 분석하였다. 이를 통하여, u-Ctiy 내의 새로운 서비스 모델을 적용하고자 한다.

우리나라에서는 2000년대 초반부터 u-City(유비쿼터스도시)라는 미래도시 모델을 정립하고 2008년에는 u-City에 관한 법률과 시행령을 제정 공포하여 u-City의 구축과 운영을 제도적으로 지원하고 있다. 다양한 목적과 지역적 특성에 맞게 u-City가 구축 운영되고 있지만, 표준 모델과 프레임워크가 정해져 있지 않은 상태이다. 한편, 지능형교통시스템(ITS, Intelligent Transport System)은 수년간 구축과 운영을 위한 표준모델과 프레임워크가 연구 검증되었으며, 최근 한국에서도 ITS 프레임워크와 관련하여 표준화된 모델이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 표준화되어진 ITS 프레임워크를 통해서 도시서비스를 구축 운영하는데 필요한 프레임워크의 구조와 기능을 파악하고, 2008년에 제안한 u-City 제공 서비스 프레임워크(UCSF)를 비교하여 UCSF의 구조와 기능을 검증한다.

u-방재City는 첨단 IT 인프라를 기반으로 유비쿼터스기술과 단위서비스를 활용하여 시민이 안전하고 편안하게 생활할 수 있도록 재난으로부터의 피해를 최소화한 도시이며, u-방재City 서비스란 도시의 지능화된 기반시설과 정보통신망을 활용하여 재난상황을 상시 모니터링하고, 이를 통해 재난의 사전 예방과 상황 발생 시 신속한 대응이 가능하도록 하는 서비스로 정의된다. 이러한 u-방재City 서비스는 지역간 서비스간 상호 운용성 확보가 매우 중요하며 국가재난관리의 큰 틀 내에서 추진되어야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 지역의 재난발생 특성과 서비스 수요 및 인프라 여건 등을 종합적으로 조사 분석하여 서비스 모델을 개발하여야 한다. 본연구는 u-방재City 서비스의 체계적인 개발과 효율적인 운영을 위해 지역의 재난발생 특성과 재난관리 업무현황, 서비스 제공을 위한 인프라 여건, 서비스 수요 및 요구사항 등을 조사 분석하고, 이를 토대로 u-방재City 서비스 개발 및 운영 방향을 제시함을 목적으로 한다.

최근 건설되어지는 도시들은 정부의 신도시 정책의 일환인 첨단 도시 건설을 목적으로 하는 Ubiquitous City를 계획하고 있다. Ubiquitous City는 언제 어디서나 유비쿼터스 서비스와 인프라가 제공되는 환경을 가지고 있으므로 노출 위험이 높다. 보안을 고려한 개별 시스템들의 설계는 정부 정책과 함께 활발히 진행되지만 통합 시스템을 관리하는 면에서의 방안은 제시되지 못하고 있다. 보안관리방안이 성립되지 못한다면 침해 유형이 고도화되면서 항상 변화하는 유비쿼터스 시대에 보안은 취약해질 수밖에 없다. 시스템을 총괄 관리 및 관제하는 통합네트워크전산센터인 U-City전산센터의 보안 관리망을 구성하고 취약한 시스템들의 보안을 관리하는 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 보안망의 체계적인 관리 방안을 통합보안관리(ESM)를 중심으로 기술적인 보안관리대책을 제안한다. 제안된 보안관리대책이 Ubiquitous City를 계획하는 모든 신도시들의 플랫폼이 되도록 한다.

The ultimate purpose of cities is 'the enhancement of quality of life in city'. In order to achieve this, it is required to optimize the Ontology-driven ubiquitous services included in the U-City and UIS of regions and communities and so on. Almost U-Service's contents are related to spatial or temporal extent. So it is important to design Spatio-temporal event schema for efficient access to U-City. There is a rapid change into an urban society in the shape of Ontology-driven ubiquitous services in which a content on a region or an incident is newly reconstructed through various ideas with the influence of the ubiquitous environment.

도심내 지속적인 차량증가에 따라 도시의 주차문제는 운전자에게 있어 과거부터 현재까지 여전히 불편함을 주고 있다. 이에 유비쿼터스 기술을 이용한 주차시스템이 활발히 연구중이며, 센서를 이용한 새로운 형태의 주차장이 생겨나고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국내 사례 및 선행연구의 검토를 통해 시사점을 도출하였고, 더욱 더 발전된 모바일을 기반으로 한 유비쿼터스 기술을 적극 활용하여 능동적이고 개인 맞춤형의 통합 주차서비스가 가능한 지능형 u-Parking시스템을 제안하였으며, 개별 운영관리의 비효율성을 u-City의 통합운영센터와의 연계를 통하여 효율적 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 주차장 스마트 검색, 인터넷 주차장 예약제, 경로연계 맞춤형 정보제공 등 u-서비스 비즈니스 모델 제시를 통하여 효율성과 경제성을 확보방안을 마련하였다.
