일본 유니트형 노인요양시설의 기능별 공간구성 분석 - 동북지방 농촌지역 5곳 사례를 중심으로 - (Space arrangement Analysis of Unit Care Facility in Japan - 5 Case Study in Tohoku Rural Area -)

  • There are many advantages to unit-care welfare facilities' care services for the elderly in Japan. The field research was conducted after holding interviews with employees at five elderly welfare facilities in Japan. This research analyzes the space arrangement of unit-care welfare facilities in Japan's Tohoku rural area. The purpose of this study is to provide design data on the space arrangement of a unit-care facility for Korea. The results of research are as follows. 1. Cafes, restaurants, and stores were operated in the elderly welfare facilities, which were open to the general public as well. Therefore, local residents frequently visited. 2. The kitchen, living rooms, private bedrooms and construction of the elderly welfare facilities were similar to that of normal residential houses. 3. The event hall is conveniently located at the center of the facility. 4. It was easy to understand the health status of the elderly by having a health office in the open living room. 5. There were open spaces which are frequently used by the homebound elderly, including room rehabilitation, daycare and short term residence. The above results will be used for space planning data in Korean unit-care facilities.

한옥을 적용한 유니트형 시설의 도입과 인테리어 적용요소 분석 (Implementation of Unit-care Welfare Facility applying a Traditional Korean House and Analysis of Interior Application Elements)

  • This paper not only reviews recent trends and characteristics of welfare facilities, but also proposes main components such as building materials and furniture applying a traditional Korean house. This paper aims to utilize interior design and construction materials of unit-care welfare facility applying the traditional Korean house. Results are as follows. 1. The rate of the private bedroom as elderly welfare facilities is 63.1%; on the contrary, the rate of the 4-person bedroom is 63.2%. The expansion of the private bedroom is an urgent need in order to improve the quality of residences. 2. According to elderly services needs and revitalization for the traditional Korean house, it is required to implementation the unit-care facilities for the elderly and interior design for the traditional Korean house. 3. The interior design for the traditional Korean house is applied to elderly living space such as a bedroom and a living room; it is not applied to care space and management space such as a nurse station and an office occupied by employees. 4. There is no problem to construct space applying the traditional Korean house using interior products currently being sold in the domestic market. 5. Standardized mass production is essential to popularize the traditional Korean house style interior.

컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용한 한옥 유니트형 노인복지시설 모델 제시 (Model Development of Unit-care Welfare Facility for a Traditional Korean House Using Computer Graphics)

  • This paper presents computer graphics applying the traditional Korean house(Hanok) style interior to unit-care space of Welfare Facility and proposes the possibility as interior design and construction materials. In this paper, the proposed computer graphic-based model is a single-story building that provides convenient traffic between rooms. Computer graphic-based model is presented by Auto CAD, 3D program (Sketch-UP v.8), rendering program (Podium v.2) based on the traditional Korean house and related work of unit-care welfare facility. Computer graphic-based model that combined unit-care and the traditional Korean house has the following characteristics. In each room of living space, wallpaper and flooring Korean paper(Hnaji) is considered and windows, door, furniture of traditional pattern were placed. The living room(Daechung) that is representative of the traditional Korean house and the corridor (toenmaru) are the elements to save the image of the traditional Korean house as much as possible. Especially, the corridor (toenmaru) is placed to conveniently use in nursing-care facility and home-care support facility. A public space is placed around the inside court (An-madang), while the living space (unit-care) has a sense of independence by separation. Bathroom and kitchen have a modern design for functionality than aesthetic elements.

지열 난방시스템을 이용한 분만돈사의 난방효과 분석 (Evaluation on Heating Effects of Geothermal Heat Pump System in Farrowing House)

  • 지열히트펌프를 이용한 축사용 냉난방시스템을 개발하고 농장 적용성을 검토하기 위하여 330 $m^2$ 규모의 농장에 개발 시스템을 설치하여 돈사에서의 난방 이용효과를 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 지열 난방시 부하량은 24,104 kcal이었으며 농장시험 지열이용 냉난방시스템의 제원은 히트펌프 용량은 10 USRT 였으며, 상부 덕트형 30,000 kcal 홴코일유니트를 사용하였으며 FCU의 풍량은 90 $m^3$/분 이었다. 2. 지열 난방 1주령시 외부 최고기온 $14.2^{\circ}C$, 최저 영하 $9.3^{\circ}C$일때 시험구는 평균 $21.5^{\circ}C$로서 대조구 $19.8^{\circ}C$에 비하여 높았다. 3. 지열 난방 시험돈사의 먼지 농도는 PM10 185.3, PM2.5 40, PM1.0 $23.4{\mu}g/m^3$으로 대조구 PM10 481.4, PM2.5 47, PM1.0 $28.2{\mu}g/m^3$에 비하여 낮았다.4. 지열 난방 시험돈사의 유해가스농도는 $CO_2$ 1,470, $NH_3$ 10.6, $H_2S$ 0.05 ppm으로서 대조구 $CO_2$ 2,025, $NH_3$ 23.3, $H_2S$ 0.69 ppm에 비하여 유의적으로 (p<0.05) 낮았다. 5. 지열난방시 복당 이유두수는 10.5두로 대조구 10.4두에 비하여 높았으며 이유시체 중도 6.93 kg으로 대조구 6.86 kg에 비하여 컸으며 특히 온도가 낮은 대조구에서 모돈사료 섭취량이 99.6 kg으로 시험구 88.2 kg 보다 유의적으로 (p<0.05) 많았다. 6. 지열 난방시 외부기온과 지하수 순환량에 있어서 외부기온이 낮을 경우 1일간 8.4-12.9톤으로 지하수 순환량이 많았다.
