게임 산업에서 Vista 출시가 의미하는 보안 환경의 변화와 위험요소에 대해 설명을 하고 어떤 위험이 존재하고 있는지 인지하는 것이 필요하다. 현재의 게임 산업이 처한 보안상의 위험요소들을 먼저 확인을 하며 Vista로 인해 달라지는 보안상의 위험요소에 대해 명시하도록 한다. Vista에서 강화된 보안기능으로는 ActiveX의 실행제한과 UAC(User Access Control) 기능을 들 수 있는데 온라인 게임에 미치는 영향과 보안상의 이슈에 대해서 관계를 확인하여 보고 향후 방향에 대해 조망한다.

In line with the increased usability of utility pipe conduits in urban areas, construction and R&D activities of utility tunnel, incorporated with the shield TBM method, are actively under way. The utility tunnels are installed through underground excavation, and thus are relatively weak in terms of construction safety. However, hazards associated with the utility tunnel construction have not been properly identified, despite the introduction of a policy to the 'Design for Safety' for the purpose of reducing accident rates in the construction industry. Therefore, in this study, following the derivation of hazards associated with utility tunnel, these hazards were then used as the basis to uncover key safety hazards requiring extensive management in a field, which were then used to conduct a risk assessment having applied the matrix method so that the results can be utilized in risk assessment during the stages of utility tunnel planning, design, and construction, while also serving as a data reference.

무선 멀티미디어 센서 네트워크를 활용하기 위한 응용에서는 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터 저장 및 처리 기술, 데이터 전송 기술 등과 같은 다양한 기반 기술들이 요구된다. 특히, 응용을 실제 환경에 적용하기 위해서는 대용량 데이터에 대한 데이터 보안 기술은 필수적이다. 본 논문은 여러 해킹 기술 중 하나인 스니핑 공격으로부터 원천적인 방어를 위해, 데이터 전송 경로를 위험 요소로부터 물리적으로 회피시키기 위한 다중 경로 라우팅 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 위험 요소의 감지 반경과 움직임을 토대로 위험 요소의 인근에 위치한 센서 노드에 준비태세 단계를 설정한다. 이를 기반으로 데이터의 우선 순위를 설정하여 데이터 라우팅 과정에서 준비태세 단계와 데이터의 우선 순위를 고려하여 우선순위에 맞는 안전한 경로를 통해 위험요소 우회 다중 경로 라우팅을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 기법의 구현 가능성을 제시하였으며, 준비태세를 기반으로 효과적인 위험요소 우회 다중 경로 라우팅을 보였다.

Recently, the public sector information projects have bebn larger in size, sophisticated, and diversified, which make the performance management model be studied continuously. According to the research and understanding on this, there are discontents resulted from poor requirements managements, schedule delays, budget overruns, failure to achieve expected goals, although there are increase the scale of projects and the number of information systems than ever before. it makes the requirement for the plan to manage significant risk factors systematically. So in this study, we will understand the risks which have been recognized by professionals and managers in public sector projects for enhancing the success rate. And the surveys will be conducted for the risk factors in each fields by gathering the opinions of the hands on workers in public sector project support team such as S company, L company. Finally, the correlation index between the risks and the other project fields would be clear by this survey.

Purpose: This study was conducted for the purpose of selecting important events from among various events that may pose a risk to railway passengers. For this purpose, opinions of various railroad vehicle passengers and railway operator workers were investigated and analyzed. Method: The survey was conducted on 1,000 men and women in their 20s and 60s and 429 workers at 11 company across the country. A survey was conducted on the dangerous situations that may occur in subways, general railroads and high-speed rail vehicles targeting passengers. For railway operator workers, the questionnaire is limited to subway vehicles. Result: Among the passenger risk factors(abnormal behavior and dangerous situations) selected based on the frequency and importance of occurrence of passenger risk factors, the main risk factors are selected 'car door jamming', 'sexual harassment', 'intoxicating behavior', 'fighting' /assault', 'wandering around', and 'not wearing a mask'. Conclusion: The major risk factors affecting passengers were selected by surveying passengers and railway operators. we plan to develop a CCTV detection system with AI technology that can quickly and continuously detect the major risk factors of railway vehicles selected as a result of this study.

최근 기후변화 때문에 태풍, 호우 등 자연재해로 수방시설물의 피해규모가 커지고 있으며 이러한 피해는 단일 재해요인이 아닌 여러 재해요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생하고 있다. 그러므로 도시의 안전성과 방재기능을 확보하기 위해서는 복합위험요소를 고려한 재해위험도의 진단 기술 및 종합적인 재해경감대책 수립을 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 복합위험요소를 고려한 재해위험도 및 재해경감대책을 수립하기 위해서는 도시재해를 유발하는 다양한 요인들이 도시재해에 미치는 영향과 재해요인 중에서 어떠한 재해요인이 도시재해에 더 큰 영향을 미치는지에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정보전달 이론 중의 하나인 엔트로피 방법을 이용하여 복합위험요소를 고려하여 도시지역에 대한 재해위험도를 나타내는 복합위험지수의 가중치를 산정하고자 하였다. 복합위험지수의 가중치는 지표별 속성정보를 추출하여 정규화 과정을 거친 후, 속성별 엔트로피를 산정하여 지표별로 산정된다. 엔트로피 방법에 따라 산정된 가중치는 다른 가중치 산정 방법에 따라 산정된 가중치와의 비교 분석을 통하여 타당성을 검토할 것이며, 이렇게 산정된 가중치를 복합위험지수 산정에 적용한다면, 보다 현실성 있는 도시재해 위험성 또는 취약성 지수로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, we suggested the direction to lower the risk by analyzing the risk factors for each process for the hydrogen refueling station to be installed in Chungju. HyRAM, one of the quantitative risk assessment tools for hydrogen gas, was used to analyze the hazards. By evaluating the frequency of accidents and consequences for each process, the most dangerous processes and accident factors were presented, and the risk mitigation factors were synthesized. Hydrogen refueling stations are currently in the global infrastructure expansion period, and the lack of accident data could be an alternative to this risk assessment and is expected to be used as a reference for the future expansion of hydrogen refueling stations.

본 논문에서는 위험 관리 지역에 대한 시나리오 구축을 위한 분석 모델을 고려한다. 위험 요소에 대한 분석은 외부 상황에 대한 요소뿐만 아니라 내부 상황에 의한 요소도 제공된다. 대응 모델에 대한 반응은 요소분석을 통하여 도출될 수 있는 결과를 통하여 결정된다. 위험 관리 지역에 대한 시나리오 분석 모델을 위하여 DEVS 방안을 고려하며, 이에 대한 모델 설계를 고려한다.

Construction accidents occur due to a number of reasons-worker carelessness, non-adoption of safety equipment, and failure to comply with safety rules are some examples. Because much construction work is done outdoors, weather conditions can also be a factor in accidents. Past construction accident data are useful for accident prevention, but since construction accident data are often in a text format consisting of natural language, extracting construction hazards from construction accident data can take a lot of time and that entails extra cost. Therefore, in this study, we extracted construction hazards from 2,026 domestic construction accident reports using text mining and performed a seasonal analysis of construction hazards through frequency analysis and centrality analysis. Of the 254 construction hazards defined by Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, we extracted 51 risk factors from the construction accident data. The results showed that a significant hazard was "Formwork" in spring and autumn, "Scaffold" in summer, and "Crane" in winter. The proposed method would enable construction safety managers to prepare better safety measures against outdoor construction accidents according to weather, season, and climate.
