지난 20세기 말 우리 도서관계는 관종을 초월하여 명칭변경, 가능변경 및 통폐합, 위탁경영, 기능축소 등 많은 어려움을 겪었으며, 이러한 어려움은 2000년에도 계속될 것이라는 우려가 많다. 그러나 금년 2000년도는 새천년 지식정보사회 출발의 해로 그 어느 때보다도 도서관의 사회적 역할이 크게 증대될 것인 바, 우리 도서관계도 올 한해를 알차고 내실 있는 도서관으로 도약하는 해로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이에 우리 협회에서는 본지면을 통하여 도서관계 각 단체의 올 한해 각오와 사업방향 등을 알아보았다.(편집자 주)

변환기에 있는 국내 외주위탁 시장의 특징은 대기업을 중심으로 시장이 형 성되어 있다는 것이다. 즉, 전체 시장규모의 약 절반 가량을 대기업들의 그 룹내 정보시스템 관리 비용이 차지하고 있으며, 자본금 10억 이상의 대형 외 주업체가 전체 70%정도를 점유하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹들은 계열사들의 정 보 시스템 부문을 통합하여 시스템 통합 회사를 설립하고, 이를 통해 내부 정보 시스템의 관리 및 운영을 실시하고 있다. 따라서, 계열사들은 기업의 환경과 요구 사항에 관계없이 무조건적으로 그룹내 시스템 통합 업체에 정 보 시스템을 외주 위탁하여 왔다. 하지만, 기업의 미래는 정보 시스템이 제 공하는 정보의 질에 의해 좌우된다고 해도 과언이 아니므로, 계열사들은 외 주위탁을 위해 그룹내 시스템 통합 업체 뿐 아니라 전문 기술과 경험을 가 지고 있는 외부 회사들을 고려하여야 한다. 즉, 기업의 환경과 필요한 정보 기술에 적합한 외주 위탁 회사를 선정하도록 하여야 한다. 계열사들이 기업 내부의 상황과 그룹의 환경에 따라 최적의 외주위탁 전략을 결정하도록 하 기 위해 본 연구에서는 두 가지 요소 -조직의 정보강도, 그룹의 영향지수-를 도입하였다. 이 요소들을 사용하여 계열사들의 독특한 업무의 환경에 적합한 외주위탁 상황 모형을 제시하고, 제시된 모델의 적합성 여부를 검증하기 위 해 시스템 통합 업체를 가진 국내 대기업의 사례들을 분석, 평가해 보았다. 6개의 그룹에서 11개의 계열사들을 선정하여 각 계열사들의 현재의 외주위 탁 전략, 조직의 정보강도, 그룹의 영향요소 및 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도를 상위 관리자들과의 인터뷰를 통해 조사하였다. 이 사례 연구들의 결과는 각 계열사들의 상황에 따라 제시된 외주위탁 전략과 현재의 외주위 탁 전략이 일치할 때 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. A public library in most countries is a knowledge and cultural institution, which is established, supported and funded by the local administrative authorities and central government. Public libraries, therefore, should ensure access to knowledge and information through various resources and services equally available to all members of the community. This role of the public library is a world-wide phenomenon and are called the universality which is applied to all countries. On the other hand, the public library's policies and operations in many countries have their own particularity, meaning exceptional cases, and this is due to the different stages of the growth and development, socio-cultural diversities. This study analyzed and discoursed whether expansion policy of the small library, supremacy of lifelong learning, steep increase in the percentage of contracting out, installation and operation of reading rooms in public libraries are examples of tolerance of particularity based on the universality or the negation of the universality packed with particularity in Korea.

집단급식소란 다수의 사람들에게 일괄적으로 식사 및 관련 서비스를 제공하는 시설을 말한다. 식품위생법에서는 상시 1회 50인 이상에게 식사를 제공하는 곳을 집단급식소라 한다. 여기에는 일반회사, 공장, 건설현장, 오피스건물, 컨벤션 센타 등 다양한데 식사품질, 서비스, 위생이나 안전 등의 중요성이 부각되면서 이런 업무를 외부 전문업자에게 아웃소싱 형태로 위탁하는 경우가 늘고 있다. 특히나 학교나 병원 등은 매우 까다로운 법규를 적용받기 때문에 관련 전문업자에게 급식업무를 맡기는 것이 여러모로 편리하다. 본 고에서는 다수가 운집한 시설에 집단급식업무를 수탁받아 개시할 경우, 이익창출 등 성공적인 비지네스를 위하여 어떤 항목을 어떻게 검토해야 하는지 사례를 통해 알아보고자 한다.

In the biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization (CMO) business, establishing a production schedule that satisfies the due date for various customer orders is crucial for competitiveness. In a CMO process, each order consists of multiple batches that can be allocated to multiple production lines in small batch units for parallel production. This study proposes a meta-heuristic algorithm to establish a scheduling plan that minimizes the total delivery delay of orders in a CMO process with identical parallel machine. Inspired by biological evolution, the proposed algorithm generates random data structures similar to chromosomes to solve specific problems and effectively explores various solutions through operations such as crossover and mutation. Based on real-world data provided by a domestic CMO company, computer experiments were conducted to verify that the proposed algorithm produces superior scheduling plans compared to expert algorithms used by the company and commercial optimization packages, within a reasonable computation time.

본 사례는 외환위기 및 대우 그룹 해체로 인해 존폐의 위기에 처했던 대우증권이 선도업체 위상을 탈환하기까지의 재건 과정에서 실행했던 마케팅 전략 및 영업활동을 분석하고 있다. 이를 통해 경영위기를 효과적으로 극복하고 새롭게 도약하기 위해 활용 가능한 마케팅 및 영업 전략의 일례를 소개하고자 한다. 끝으로 대우증권의 향후 마케팅 과제와 관련된 토의 주제가 제시된다. 국내 증권업계 선두주자였던 대우증권은 1999년 '대우 사태'로 인해 한때 업계 5위까지 추락하고 1조 2,000억원의 적자를 기록하였으며 신용등급은 투자부적격 단계인 CCC+까지 하락하는 등 위기를 맞이하게 되었다. 대우증권이 회생과 재도약을 위해 채택한 마케팅 전략은 '선택과 집중'이었다. 즉, 최대 수익원이자 경쟁력이 있는 사업 분야인 위탁매매(brokerage)에 역량을 우선 집중하여 안정적으로 수익 기반을 다진 뒤 이를 바탕으로 IB(Investment Bank)와 자산 관리(Wealth Management) 등 여타 분야에서의 역량도 점진적으로 강화하는 전략이다. 전략의 실행 방향은 높은 효율성 확보 및 자원의 확충을 통해 시장 지배력과 수익성을 창출하는 것이었다. 전략적 공감대, 오프라인 영업 강화, 현장 및 고객 중시를 위한 기업 자원의 확충 배치를 바탕으로 영업 프로세스, 영업 인프라, 영업 관리, 고객 서비스, 영업 문화의 혁신을 실행한 결과, 대우증권은 증권명가의 옛 명성과 위치를 성공적으로 탈환하게 되었다. 대우증권은 2004년 위탁매매 영업 부문에서 1위 위상을 되찾은 이래 전 사업 분야에서 성장을 지속하였다. 2006년 증권업종 시가총액 1위를 회복하는 등 각종 경영지표는 큰 폭으로 개선되었고, 신용등급은 AA-로 상향 조정되었다. 나아가 자본시장통합법 시대에 걸맞는 선도 글로벌 투자은행으로서 진화한다는 계획을 추진하고 있다.

The purposes of this study were to: a) provide evidences concerning the effects of emotional leadership b) examine the impacts of emotional leadership on employee-related variables, 'job satisfaction', 'organizational commitment', 'organizational performance' and 'turnover intention', and c) identify a conceptual framework underlying emotional leadership. A survey was conducted from August 23 to November 3, 2005 to collect data from mid-level managers in food service company headquarters (N=219). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive, reliability, factor and correlation analyses and AMOS (5.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The main results of this study were as follows. First, the managers gave the highest point to their leaders in the emotional leadership competence 'organizational awareness : reading the currents, decision networks, and politics at the organizational level' and gave the lowest point in the emotional leadership competence 'influence: wielding effective tactics for persuasion'. Second, the means of job satisfaction was above the midpoint (3 points). Employees' job satisfaction with 'coworkers' was relatively high. However, the extents of satisfaction with 'payroll' 'promotion', and 'work environment' were relatively low. Third, the organizational commitment was above the midpoint (3 points). In the organizational commitment, 'loyalty' factor was higher than 'commitment' factor. Fourth, the means of organizational performance was above the midpoint. The highest organizational performance variable was 'internal efficiency; trying to reduce cost' and the lowest organizational performance variable was 'internal fairness ; equitable treatment and all are treated with respect with no regard to status and grade'. Fifth, most respondents intended on 'thinking of quitting ; towards turnover process'. Sixth, the test of hypothesis using structural equation modeling found that emotional leadership produced p[Isitive effects on job attitude and job performance. Emotional leadership enhanced job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and in turn, employees' attitude positive effects on organizational performance; emotional leadership also had a direct impact on organizational performance

최근 기업들은 자사의 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위하여 배송업무를 포함한 물류업무를 전문적인 제3자에게 위탁하는 아웃소싱이 확대되는 추세이다. 특히 제조업체는 제품 배송업무의 아웃소싱을 다양한 형태로 추진할 수 있기 때문에 아웃소싱 계획단계에서 최적의 업무프로세스 모델링이 매우 중요하며, 자사에 맞는 아웃소싱 모델을 선정하도록 의사결정을 지원할 체계적인 접근방법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 배송업무 아웃소싱 현황을 조망하고, 배송업무 아웃소싱을 위한 고려사항과 업무절차를 배송전문업체 선정단계와 운영단계, 그리고 성과평가단계로 구분하여 제시한다.

지금까지 국가연구개발사업은 체계적인 기술 확보전략이 없었다. 본 연구는 국가연구개발 사업도 기술확보 전략이 있어야 한다고 주장하면서, 국가연구개발사업에 적용할 수 있는 기술확보 의사결정프로세스를 제안한다. 국가연구개발사업은 자체개발(insourcing)과 해외위탁/용역, 라이센스, 공동연구의 외부기술(out-sourcing)으로 유형을 구분하였으며, 이에 적합한 기술확보 유형결정을 위한 다단계 의사 결정프로세스를 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 사업주체 및 사업영역 선정을 중심으로 한국영상물 산업의 물류공동화 전략 및 방안에 대하여 고찰 해보고자 하였다. 본 연구 방법으로는 문헌자료, 보고서, 실증사례를 바탕으로 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 영상물 물류공동화 전략방안으로는 단기적, 장기적 전략방안으로 구분하여 고찰 하였다. 단기전으로는 하주가 운영을 하면서, 공동운영하는 방법과 장기적으로는 물류업자가 운영을 하면서, 대행위탁사업으로 전개하는 방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 영상물 물류공동화에 한정하여 연구가 진행되어졌다. 향후 타 업종으로 확대하여 연구할 필요가 있다.
