This study aims to set a cooperative network system for children's service in public libraries in Korea centering on the National Library for Children and Young Adults. The purpose of the study is to foster effective online and offline cooperation among public libraries through the National Library for Children and Young Adults and improve children's library service. Based on the survey results and face-to-face interviews the study suggests various ways to strengthen cooperative network system and public library council for children's service. First is to empower the council and to that end, to expand the cooperative network as well as to clearly set its role. Secondly it advises to capitalize from council's homepage service and adapt social-networking tools.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the future prospects for establishing the True Donghak phase of Daesoon Thought. The True Donghak refers to 'the future prospect of having a true life, true thinking, and true living' in which enjoying the world in a state of good fortune became a true reality after the death of Suwun, according to faith in Gucheon Sangje. The correlation between "Attending to the Lord of Heaven" in Donghak, and "The Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth" in Daesoon shows the prospect of achieving the Daesoonist transformation into energy to gain true life and re-creation. The correlation between "Nourishing the Lord of Heaven" in Donghak and "Attending to Study and Attending to Law" in Daesoon show the transformation of Daesoon-reason into true thinking and renewing. The correlation between "Humanity is Divine" in Donghak and "The Salvation of Humanity is the Will of Heaven" in Daesoon show transformation into the practice of Daesoon for the true living and renewing. This investigation utilizes the literature review and the generation theory of life-philosophy to examine revelations regarding the conversation between Spirit and Mind. This is the future prospect for the establishing the True Donghak phase of Daesoon thought. It consists of a threefold connection among life, thinking, and living. The "public-centered spirituality of Daesoon Truth" which connects and mediates among people appears in three aspects. Firstly, it is thought to be the vision of the true life through the 'renewal of active, energetic power' bestowed by Gucheon Sangje. Secondly, it is thought to be the vision of true thinking through the "renewal via freedom from delusion". Thirdly, it is thought to be the vision of true living through the "renewal of true mind". To bring about the creation of true Donghak, Gucheon Sangje incarnated to the Korean peninsula instead of Suwun and the salvation of the world salvation now centers on Korea with regards to the threefold connection future prospect. Gucheon Sangje's revelation addresses and solves the postscript problem of Chosun and further establishes a Utopia. Suwun established Donghak but failed later on due to his lankiness. At last the true Donghak has been opened for the future by Gucheon Sangje and Jeongsan's fifty years of religious accomplishments. In the long run, it has been developed further by Woodang's Daesoon Jinrihoe.

The national base map of Korea has become more useful as the spatial information industry has developed rapidly. Beyond the simple application of the past paper map era, the role as important spatial information in the smart city and digital twin era is required with the IT (Information Technology) revolution. Therefore, the concepts of seamless, multi scale, object-oriented, customized production and real-time updating have emerged, and innovations in the distribution process through the internet are also taking place. Although the concept and definition in the law that is corresponds to the status of the national base map must be supported, the concept and definition of the paper map introduced from the surveying law in 1980 still exist. The definition of the national base map cannot meet current technological developments and social needs and does not reflect the perceptions of the majority of the people as well as the practical capacity of government organizations that manage it. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the concept of national base map in accordance with the current situation and to define it in the law. In this study, the concept of national base map was established and defined by comprehensive analysis of the development process of the national base map, the changes in the times and cases of the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan.

Co-Authorship analysis is a kind of bibliometric analysis. and a well established tool for character of knowledge network in some technical fields. If more than two authors co-author an article, there is a relation of knowledge. So This study aims at discovering the trends and phases of OLED technology using co-authorship analysis, a kind of bibliographic analysis. The Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE) database was used to search for the number of times paired Korean articles were co-authored in OLED field.

Present work deals with a shape optimal design to minimize the weight of the mask-frame used in the process of OLED vapor deposition by the fine metal mask. A design concept for an optimal shape of the frame to increase the stiffness and to reduce the weight is derived using the topology optimization, shape design variables of the frame by adopting slots being defined. An optimal shape is determined by solving the shape optimization problem to minimize the weight of the frame under constraints of the maximum displacement. Weight of the optimal design is 117.6 kg, which is reduced by 138.4 kg(54.1%) of that of the first design, 256 kg.

The fact that Disney studio produced several propaganda animations for the U. S. Government during World War II, is not widely known to the public. Der Fuehrer's Face that this essay centrally deals with totally includes the characteristics of signification and aesthetics in Disney animation. And, Der Fuehrer's face shows the tendency that represent the connotative theme of the work and myth to the audience, based on the typified character and the imagery of spaces in the work. Therefore, from this perspective, the semiotic studies on Der Fuehrer's Face is ultimately the approach to the characteristics of Disney animation's representation and communication that is established, through experimental trials and efforts.

Since 1970s, the metropolitan-cities in Korea constructed enormous capacities of apartment housings to settle the inferior housing conditions. However, from a stand point of children, the formality of the apartment housing is too tight and specialized to give children enough space to play in and the location and physical area of that is bad and insufficient either. In this study, progressive method for the playground is offered to improve the conditions of playground in apartment housings through the examinations of the utilization of the playground and the problems of that. As a result, three of items for the improvement of the playgrounds are suggested. First, re-interventions for the rules which prescribe the area of the playgrounds are needed. Second, the locations of the playgrounds should be based on the children's playing activities and parents' profitable apprehend. Third, the access to the playgrounds should be based on the children's conveniences. In order to perform these recommended items, objective POE data for the playgrounds through the systematic examinations are also needed in addition to the abilities of the planners.

경제위기 극복의 핵심과제는 '시장기구의 원활한 작동에 의존하는 경제의 틀'을 마련하는 것이며, 이를 위해서는 경제적 시장경제체제를 구축해야 한다. 이러한 견지에서 공정거래법 정책의 위상, 역할, 과제, 방향 등을 새로이 정립할 필요가 있다. 공정거래법 정책의 기초개념이 되어온 경제력(집중)과 경쟁의(불)공정성은 지나치게 포괄적이고 주관적이며 이에 대한 분석의 틀이 되는 이론체계도 없어 정책의 개념적 기반이 되기 어렵다. 공정거래법 정책은 독점력과 효율성의 개념 위에서 경제효율 증진이라는 목적을 추구해야만 정책의 일관성과 실효성을 높일 수 있다. 이는 대기업들의 독점력이 경제력집중 및 재벌구조와 형태상 제 문제의 근원(根源)이며, 독점력은 경제이론에 의해 정책방향과 기준이 제시되는 개념이기 때문이다. 공정거래법 정책은 시장구조와 형태를 실질적으로 경쟁화함으로써 경제효율을 극대화하는 데 주력해야 한다. 무엇보다도 경쟁 제한적 법령 제도 관행을 철폐하기 위한 규제개혁을 주도하고 경제구조조정과 재벌개혁의 기본원칙과 방법이 시장기능과 경쟁을 강화하는 방향으로 설정 시행되도록 하는 것이 긴요하다. 특히 대기업간 사업교환이나 인수 합병에 대하여 엄격한 경쟁정책적 검토와 규율을 적용해야 하며, 시장의 독과점화를 방지하면서 구조조정을 촉진하는 방향으로 기업결합 규제기준을 개선해나가야 할 것이다. 가격담합 등에 대한 당연위법 원칙의 확립, 입찰조작의 감시 적발체제 구축 등 카르텔 규제를 강화하고, 유통조직 활동의 효율화를 도모하면서 독점유지 강화행위를 엄격히 금지하여 다양한 유통경로와 업태가 출현 발전하도록 해야 한다. 산업조직적 조사 분석능력을 확충하여 경쟁정책적 시각에서 주요 사건을 선별 조사하고 법집행에 있어 사소(私訴)의 역할을 확대하기 위한 노력도 필요하다.

The purpose of this paper is to review the trend of research in geographical education since the launching of the Korean Geographical Society in 1945 and to suggest the areas and directions for future oriented research in geographical education. 422 articles (including 12 books) were reviewed and analized for this paper. The outputs of research in geographical education contributed in developing and improving the geographical education in primary and secondary school geography. But to achieve stable and desirable status as a subject in the school curriculum, research in geographical education has to be changed in its target areas and methods. The results and the suggestions of this study are summarized as follows: First, research in geographical education in diverse areas, especially in the areas of significance, aims and objectives, and psychology of geographical education should be preceded the revision of the school curriclum so that the results could be used as the basis information and evidences in decision making about the curriculum. Second, research in geographical education for affective domain and skill development should be implemented more actively in accordance to the trend of integration centering around the dicipline-inquiry skill and citizenship skill. More close relationship between the circles of geographical education and geography would be one of the ways to satisfy the social needs. Third, the linkage between primary and secondary school geography is crucial to the research in geographical education. Considering the sequence in human development research in geographical education for two levels of school should be conducted in more wide school-year span. Fourth, critical and prescriptive research in geographical education focusing on the individual, diciplinary, and social relevancy of the content of geographical education may be recommended. Finally, the outputs of the research in geographical education should be publicized more widely so that the rationale for justification of subject geography and geographical education may be shared with among the researchers, educational administrators, and practioners.
