Recently, the mobile Internet is rapidly changing environment in a user's web server performance requires frequent connection is difficult because the proper response is needed to improve the performance of web services engine. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to improve the performance of web services for the installation of additional access to users regardless of tomcat servlet container and process the request and to shorten processing time of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) message of the server structure to of for web mobile services. The web-sever structure is consists of user demand receiver, web document processor, SOAP protocol processor, NBTM(Non-Blocking and Thread Manager) manager, session manager. The system fully supports a standard web-service protocol, reduces the message processing time and communication overhead of mobile web-service system in Web 2.0 and overhead of server, and confirms the improvement of capability by comparing and evaluating Web 2.0 standard mobile web-service system through delaying achievement evaluation by the experiment of realization in Web 2.0 environment.

In this paper, we are to overcome the latency problem of current Web 2.0 Web Services system. To overcome the standard mobile web services implementation, a SOAP message processing system (SMSP) was proposed in which the SOAP request and response messages are directly processed without using Servlet engine. Our system can completely support standard Web Services protocol, reducing communication overhead, message processing time, and server overload.

웹이 대중화되면서, 사용자 계층도 어린이, 노인, 장애인 등으로 다양해졌다. 인지적, 신체적 특징에 상관없이 모든 사람에게 동등한 웹 기회를 제공하고 있는가를 나타내는 지표가 웹 접근성이다. 웹 사이트들이 특정 수준의 웹 접근성을 준수하도록 유도하기 위해 W3C(World Wide Web Consourtium)의 WAI(Web Accessiability Initiative)는 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 가이드라인 WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guideliens)를 개발하였다. 현재, WCAG2.0까지 발표된 가이드라인은, 4개의 원칙(Principle), 12개의 지침(Guideline), 그리고 61개의 성공기준(Success Criteria)으로 구성 되어 있다. 평가자들은 WCAG2.0에서 제시하는 성공 기준에 맞춰, 웹 사이트가 웹 접근성을 어느 수준으로 준수하고 있는지 평가한다. 하지만, WCAG2.0을 기준으로 웹 사이트를 평가할 경우, 성공기준의 준수여부는 평가가 가능하지만, 특정 사용자 집단의 특성을 반영한, 우선순위가 포함되지 않아, 특정 사용자 집단을 위한 개선 사항을 도출하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 WCAG2.0 기반의, 특정 사용 집단을 위한 웹 접근성 평가 모델을 제안한다. 사용자 특성에 따라 성공지침들의 중요도가 달라 질 수 있으므로, AHP 기법을 활용하여 성공지침들의 상대적 중요도를 평가하고, 우선순위화 하였다. 평가 모델의 효용성을 입증하기 위해, 특정 사용집단으로 노인 집단을 선정하여, 웹 접근성 평가 모델을 개발하였다.

This paper reviewed the main characteristics of Web 2.0 and discussed the possible applications related to National Geographic Information Systems. In general, Web 2.0 refers to a next generation World Wide Web environment that let people participate and share information and data. The recent examples using Web 2.0 with geo-spatial information are convincing us apply Web 2.0 into National Geographic Information Systems. In order to imply Web 2.0 into National Geographic Information Systems, we should consider not only technological advancements related to providing the services but also shifting the relationship between information provider(government agencies) and end-users. In other words, new platform should be provided to users so that users can easily create, share, and mash-up data, which was previously managed and owned only by government agencies. Successful integration Web 2.0 platform into National Geographic Information Systems require some important points such that; 1) the consideration for the data should be changed from closed and agency owned data to opened and shared data. 2) data standards should be established to integrate all data from different sources. 3) real change need to be happened rather than different naming on the same system.

웹2.0의 등장과 함께 사용자 참여, 공유, 개방의 개념은 기존의 서비스 구조나 비즈니스 모델의 파괴(Disruption)와 함께 인터넷 기반의 모든 서비스로 빠르게 확산되면서 새로운 경쟁력을 갖는 서비스로 다시 태어나고 있다. 또한, 웹 기술의 발전은 기존의 다른 서비스의 발전에 크게 영향을 끼치고 있는데 이는 웹의 기본적신 속성인 표준에 기반한 개방형 구조를 기반으로 하여 다양한 융복합 서비스 제공을 가능하게 하기 때문이다. 인터넷 기반의 TV 서비스 분야에서도 예외는 아니며, 이미 TV 2.0, Broadcast 2.0이란 용어가 등장하고 있는 등 TV 서비스가 인터넷과 같은 개방된 네트워크를 기반으로 할 때 가질 수 있는 장점들이 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 본 고에서는 웹 2.0기반의 기술이 IPTV와 같은 네트워크 기반의 TV 서비스와 연계될 경우 어떠한 특징과 장점을 갖는지를 알아보고 웹 2.0 관점에서 제공해야 되는 요소기술의 특징과 표준화 현황에 대해서 언급하며, 나아가 웹2.0 기반 IPTV 서비스의 발전방향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

모바일 관련 산업의 중요성이 증대되고 모바일 기술이 급격히 발전하는 시점에, 지난 수 년간 우리 사회의 곳곳에서 등장한 2.0 패러다임은 모바일 웹 2.0패러다임을 등장시키며 정보통신산업에 큰 변화를 초래하고 있다. 사업자들은 유무선 네트워크 간의 경계가 희미해지고, 전통적인 통신산업의 가치사슬 내의 사업영역이 붕괴되면서 무한경쟁 체제로 진화되어 가고 있는 환경 변화에 순응하고 다양한 모바일 웹 2.0 관련사업을 시도하며 발전시켜 가고 있다. 모바일 웹 2.0사업의 진화 패러다임은 개방/공유/참여의 서비스 모델, 광고수익 모델, 사업자 간 인수 합병 및 전략적 제휴의 활성화, 무선망개방과 풀브라우징의 확대, 유무선 연계 통합 서비스 등으로 요약이 가능하다. 국내외 관련 사업자들은 이러한 패러다임에 순응하고 진화시켜 가며 모바일 웹 시장의 성장을 위한 지속적인 노력을 하고 있으나, 아직까지도 모바일 웹 시장은 도입기 단계에 머무르고 있다. 이는 모바일 웹 시장의 활성화를 위한 환경 조성이 미비하기 때문인 것으로 분석되며, 이러한 환경개선을 위해 망과 플랫폼의 개방, 투명한 요금제의 확산, 관련 기술의 표준화의 정착을 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요한 시점이다.

The environment of web service has changed a great deal due to the progress of internet technology and positive participation of users. The established web service is static and passive, but the recent web service is becoming dynamic and active. Web 2.0 reflects current web service change well. The primary feature of web 2.0 is positive participation of users. Since the size of generated information is becoming larger, it is highly required to share the information fast and correctly. The technology to satisfy this need is web syndication and tagging in web 2.0. The web syndication makes feeds for another site or users to receive the content of web site. In addition, the tagging is the kernel of a information. Many internet users share rapidly the information through tag search. In this paper, we propose the efficient technique to improve the web 2.0 technology such as web syndication and tagging by using the data collection engine. Data collection engine has stored in a database, a user's Web site to use the information. and it has a user's Web site with access to updated data to collect. The experimental results show that our approach can improve the search speed up to 3.14 times better than the existing method and reduce the size of data up to 66% for building associated tags.

본 연구는 체계적인 문헌연구를 통해 웹2.0의 사용이익과 도입요인을 분석하였다. 전자저널 검색결과 259편의 문헌 중에서 도입 기업사례 및 사용요인 관련 연구 10편을 선별하였다. 선택된 논문을 웹2.0기술의 사용이익과 성과, 웹2.0기술 수용요인, 블로그 사용자 행동 및 동기의 주제로 나누어 구분하였다. 이를 통해 본 논문에서는 웹2.0기술에 대한 실제 사용이익을 정보이익, 사회적 이익, 업무관련이익, 지식관련이익으로 제안하였다. 수용요인에 대한 연구결과로는 웹2.0 특성변수를 반영한 요인으로 지각된 참여성과 동시성, 플로우 경험, 지식의 자기효능감, 개인성과기대가 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 밝혀내었다.

Recently the advent of web 2.0 era is an important trend in the business environmental change. Web 2.0 era means users' active participation, share, and openness, develop 'Internet penetration into everyday life,' and change many aspects of our society. web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the socioeconomic aspects: 1) acceleration of system shift to a small quantity of multi-species production system 2) growing influence of on-line channel/information to consumers 3) various minorities' power increase in the socioeconomic sector. web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the enterprise management: 1) the pursuit of open innovation from outside 2) active employment of viral marketing through Internet 3) the pursuit of present business transformation 4) strengthening of customer communication through open dialogue. Firms must squarely look at socioeconomic changes owing to web 2.0, and utilize them as business opportunities.

현재의 우리나라 IT는 유비쿼터스화라는 커다란 변혁을 맞이하고 있다. 이에 물리공간에서는 하드웨어 중심의 편재된 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 또는 유비쿼터스 네트워크화가 진행되고 있다. 더불어 가상공간에서는 웹1.0의 한계를 뛰어넘는 웹2.0이 소개되었고 웹3.0으로의 진화를 모색하고 있다. 웹에서의 발전은 문맥을 추론하여 서비스를 할 수 있는 시맨틱 웹 서비스가 각광받을 전망이며 새로운 웹 서비스는 물리공간에서의 유비쿼터스화와 연계하여 분석하여야 기술발전의 트렌드를 이해할 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있다. 본 소고에서는 유비쿼터스화되는 웹에서의 차세대 기술인 웹3.0에 대한 소개와 이를 토대로 예상되는 웹 서비스 그리고 웹 서비스에 대한 보안을 살펴봄으로 다가올 미래 사회의 웹3.0 환경에서 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 웹 서비스가 구현되는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
